Didn't make it back on American Airlines due to a maintenance issue. The communication and updates were terrible. I ended up returning on Aero Mexico which had a much nicer aircraft with a large entertainment screen with movies and shows AND they had a nice inflight meal. That was a treat after being delayed 26 hours! I think some additional flight miles, or something should be offered for that long of a delay ---it was not pleasant at all---very physical and emotional experience.

Didn't make it back on American Airlines due to a maintenance issue. The communication and updates were terrible. I ended up returning on Aero Mexico which had a much nicer aircraft with a large entertainment screen with movies and shows AND they had a nice inflight meal. A chaotic and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. The boarding process was a disaster; despite group numbers, it was a free-for-all that the staff failed to manage (especially after group 5). Once on board, the "entertainment" was non-existent. There are no seatback screens, and the mobile app selection is incredibly thin. The hardware is severely dated. My seat had zero cushioning left—it felt like sitting on a hard board for the entire flight—and the legroom was cramped. To make matters worse, the bathroom was repulsive, with toilet paper, soiled paper towels and liquid/pee all over the floor. When I did interact with the crew, they provided the absolute bare minimum and made me feel like an inconvenience for asking for anything. Avoid this flight if you can.

We changed our flight because of weather. Unfortunately we were on hold for over an hour, but since we were 5 people who all booked individually, we felt more comfortable doing it with an agent. It all worked out in the end.

The app doesn't update with a gate number even when you are on the plane. The in flight food is only snacks. The charging ports on the seats are old, only for USB A when most devices today use USB C. This should be made known to customers.

Flight from CHI to PVD was delayed by over 20 hours.

Crew was clearly not loving their jobs at any point of the entire trip. Flight back from Mexico, I asked if they had food for sale for the 2.5+hr flight and they did not have any. The business class trip to Mexico also had noted that the catering company forgot to load food. The last leg of trip back had a similarly unhappy crew, a broken toilet, and my seat was broken (reclining would not lock which made landing a crossfit like event). This was a bad week for AA.

I think we deserve more than 25% refund for losing first class seats when having to reschedule flight due to weather.

When I got to the waiting area, it was full but when the time came to board, rgete was no plane. The women where you would show your ticket, gave the news saying there was a maintenance problem and that it be an extra half hour wait. We never did see the plane but ultimately, Noone ever saw the plane because there was a fire on one engine. Needless to say, the wait time before it was announced what really happened, was a few hours. Many, many missed their plane transfer because they entered their first train. Also, the electronic info panels up on the different wall for all to see the status of each flight, never stated anything having to do with the long, long hold up. Many people had major problems because they had to swith planes during their trip and that never happened...

We had a 2 hour delay that impacted our comanions further travel. I have a feeling AA knows there is a problem at the Cabo airport and does not account for that.

The inflight staff is never the issue always the extra and charges american charges! Literally 30 bucks for WiFi! Is insane and then it’s choppy and slow. If you pay for it once you don’t need to pay again for switching aircraft especially when there is flight delays

Is was a good short flight with some turbulence! I would fly Volaris again.

Liked on time, rear entry and exit from plane Dislike the use of duct tape to repair seat rests

They don’t give anything for free you have to pay for everything which it’s expected but at least give out water and a snack as a courtesy for flying with them.

The worst. Kayak sent notification at 2am and 10am regarding the delay. Then sends a notification an hour before original depart time that it will depart on time. I had to wait 8 hours at the airport. My family had to pay for lodging in Guadalajara where I was landing for pick up.

Overall good flight. The flight attendants were annoying and unfriendly. They would ask me to grab someone else’s trash can just waiting until the person woke up or after the flight is done. It’s not my job to pick up someone else’s trash. Especially when it’s not easily reachable.

Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt

For the price, you pretty much can't beat this airlines. As far as comfort, you could do a lot better, but it'll cost you. Over all cheapest way to get from point A to point B.

The whole experience was good. We left a little late but that seems pretty normal we it’s anybairline these days. No free snacks or drinks provided.

Our flight was delayed both ways going there and coming back an hour plus. I have taken Volaris many times and this problem seems to be more common each time.

We paid for Premium seats and no one, EVER asked us for a drink or snack! No one
