Staff and crew are wonderful, professional and courteous. Meal is delicious and snacks can be improved. Entertainment needs improvement, pls update selections of movies. I appreciate that our flight was on time

I flew economy class so of course it’s not as roomy as business and first class. But overall it was ok and the seat had an interesting way to recline — the seat itself extended forward instead of the backrest. This way the person sitting behind me would not lose space by my reclining—excellent concept. I wish all airlines used these seats.

Flying with ANA is always a breeze. Seats are very comfortable.

For the price of a seat that is obviously crammed together so as to get many more people onboard and combined with the long flight duration, Free WiFi should be an automatic “Thank You for Flying with Us!” To charge an additional fee when so many other businesses offers it is a bit “cheap” on the airline’s part.

Flight was on time and the crew was as expected, friendly and respectful. Food could’ve been better though.

Food was high quality. Crew was extremely professional, polite, attentive. Flights were on time. Plane had good media tech.

Lovely airport at Haneda. Great food selection. Spacious and private boarding area with dedicated bathroom for each gate.

They did not get my request for veg food that i made a month ago. Also did not have any backup veg food on board or fruit plate or simething. Very disappointing as i had hward about how grwat ANA was supossed to be. Alsio entertainment was lacking and screen and tech was subpar. Overall just mid to low tie. They are living off reputation and are being passed up by most other carriers.

The ANA Staff were great and the plane was comfortable.

We bought the business class tickets. The check-in staff and onboard crew were excellent, providing commendable service throughout. However, it was disappointing to find that China Southern Airlines does not have a lounge at SFO. Instead, passengers were provided with a $35 per person food voucher, which fell short of expectations. Furthermore, the quality of the onboard food left much to be desired, marking a significant decline compared to our previous flight experience in 2019, prior to the pandemic.

Wuhan - Dubai. Old plane: 1. Only USB charger. No power outlet to plug in.. 2. Super narrow seat layout 3. Toilet cover consistently fell down and hit my back when sitting on it.. :( 4. Entertainment system touch screen not sensitive, and need to press hard or use finger tips to hit. Crew were very nice and accommodating though.

No red vine, no whiskey, no vodka. No that I wanted all of them at once but still...

During flight, some passengers perform stomping leg exercises which disturb the comfort (I.e. sleep) of other passengers.

No good but was short flight. Both of our China Southern flights were on time. No surprises.

The food was perfect. The boarding process is a bit long. Given the late boarding time, I felt very tired by the time I was seated.

Quality flight from start to finish. Customer service is evidently very important to this company. The staff really exceeded expectations.

Traveling with the Chinese airlines , their service superior to the US Airlines , they are much more friendly and the seats are comfortable , In the past I flew with United , now ,United Airline will become history for me .

The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.

Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food

An excellent airline; polite and courteous cabin crew, excellent meal and drink service. Highly recommended.

No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects

when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.

There was no entertainment and food option limited But the service was first class on an economy flight

They didn't have a vegetarian food in spite of the ore order

Technical problems checking in. Had to wait a long time while they got things ready.

Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.

Flight was good but they cancelled return direct flight so they provide us connecting flight through hanoi

Not good, the plane was warm , they were selling everything even water

The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

Seats were not the most comfortable and food options weren’t great but overall but everything else was excellent

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

Disappointed everytime. The app doesn't load the boarding passes. They have lots of agent that seem to be busy doing nothing with a long line waiting to get paper boarding passes. Food choices are poor. Entertainment is less than entertaining.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it
