At the airport in Rome, I wasn't able to take on my carry on bag, when it was within limits. I was upset because many had the same size and had it with them. I was concerned with valuables inside, but thankfully all arrived OK.
I got to my destination on time/no mishaps. Kudos to the flying crew for a job well done.
Too longer walk to connecting flight under time crunch. No entertainment . No much room,all squashed together. No snack (free/as part of ticket) on second flight.
Internal Wifi to watch movies and music
Flight attendants busy and not care much about the passengers. Asked for water twice and never arrived until I got up and went to the back of the airplane to ask again
In Chicago, again my carryon things and person were extensively searched, to the point that the explosives expert was called to examine my shoes and cell phone!! If anyone would have been trying to get away with something, they were certainly able to with the time and energy wasted on me as I was only anxious to get home to see my grandchildren!!
Your bag people are thieves.
No baggage controls from seat 18 to 28 no bags would fit. As we exited all the front rows we're waiting to get there bags stored in back of planes overhead bins. That's just not right, especially when they charge us extra to take a bag for overhead bins storage.
Arrived safely and on time.

These planes feel like they are made of Legos. They are absurdly tiny and uncomfortable (and I am a small woman). Hot and stinky when boarding and no room for you or your carry on luggage. The days of glamorous air travel seem very far away.

The flight was great. Business class is the way to go if it’s in your budget. However, the British Airways photos of business class does not quite reflect reality. It’s just a regular seat with more leg room.
Excellent vegan meal selection!
No Wifi, average movie selection, cramped space, 2+ hour delay (half of which was spent sitting on plane).
The food on the flight was good and the wheelchair assistance was good too.
