Pros: Boarding was simple compared to the complexity of many airlines with all their zones - peasants in the back type of thing. Fare was about half that of other airlines. Delays on both planes, but weather may have been an issue.
Cons: My allocated seat was so cramped my knees were compressed against the seat back in front, however I sat. I am not unduly tall. They did actually move me and that was a bit better. Had to pay for water - that's wrong!
Cons: I originally booked a straight flight from KEF to SFO 2 months in advance and all of a sudden WOW sent me an email saying that they changed my flight to a different one with 6 hour lay-over in LAX due to overbooking. And the email notice was sent < 24 hours before the actual departure. So if I didn’t check in online, I would never find out before coming to the airport. When called to inquire more info and request to change to a different flight that would work better for my schedule than the one WOW automatically decided to switch me to, the representative was not very helpful and giving push back. I had to talk to a manager... Long story short, the flight itself, the seats, and attendant crew were all fine, but the booking/scheduling is a bit of uncertainty (like they can change flight on you whenever and to whatever they want).
Cons: No luggage included.
Cons: Food/drinks are overpriced. Seats are too small. There’s no entertainment for long haul flights. Water isn’t even served. The front desk was very dismissive of any customer service when our plane was late.
Pros: Great legroom, nice crew.
Cons: The confusion about whether or not our flight was going to be on time was extremely stressful. Our first flight got delayed 90 minutes and our second flight got moved up 30 minutes, so our two hour delay shrunk to 0 minutes. The flight crew in Paris had no information about whether or not they were going to hold our flight, and we all sprinted through the airport in Iceland to board our second flight.
Pros: Nice plane, newer model.
Cons: The ability to control air flow was available on every other row. We were unlucky to be in an off row and it was very uncomfortable. Fortunately my wife was able to move to the window seat where it was cooler. The athletic team on board made disembarking a bigger challenge than necessary.
Cons: British Airways just get the basics right. One carry on one personal item. Friendly staff. Comfy seats. Honestly I don’t know what more I could ask for outside of USB ports.

Cons: There were no personal TVs and the small TV in the overhead was hard to see and only played 1 movie. The seats were really small and space was tight.

Cons: We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is
Pros: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.

Pros: I liked the service once we left Dublin but once it was time to arrive to Leeds everything went downhill.
Cons: Our flight did not land to Leeds but to Manchester. I thought this would not be an issue to get my connecting flight to London. As I tried to explain to the airline attendants about my connecting flight they had no idea what was going on and said it wasn't their issue I would have to go to Leeds and explain to them what was happening. I asked if there was a way we could call them and see if I could just get a flight to London from Manchester. They said no. I tried to get a number to call myself still nothing. They sent everyone from the flight onto a coach bus to Leeds. Once I arrived to Leeds, I spoke with Ben and explained my situation. He said there were no more flights to London or anywhere near there. And there wasn't any flights to Austin, TX which was my end point either. He explained there wasn't anything they could do except fly me in the morning to London. I agreed but then come to find out he had to send me back to Manchester. Now I had already had my arrangements to stay in London for the night so I did not have much money left. He said they would take care of the accommodations and the flight to London. I was VERY PATIENT. Within this he was telling me how close they were to closing. I explained I needed everything in place before they even left because I was traveling alone in an unknown country or city. He arranged a cab to take me back to Manchester and a hotel to stay in with dinner and breakfast available. I thought everything would get better but of course it didn't. Ben clearly knew I had my checked bag and carry on. When I'm about to board the flight to London they charged me 60 pounds for my CHECKED BAG. Now this was already included on flight to begin with if all of this had not happened. The attendant did not want to listen to my story and kept passing me to another attendant that said there's nothing they could do. I had to pay since I couldn't leave my belongings. Once i arrived to London. I had to get my bag and RECHECK IN MY BAG. AGAIN they tried to charge me for my checked bag. This time I had enough of your airline and explained it was all included in my flight and I went on a rant with the attendant. He just stared and printed out the ticket for my bag. Didn't look at the computer. Didn't even explain why it's all of sudden taken care of that I don't have to pay anymore. I had no patience to hear his excuse but just wanted to get back home. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Frontier isn't even this unorganized. Shouldn't there be a process for these kind of situations already?
Cons: Would it be too much to ask for a free beverage for the almost 3 hour flight between Dublin and Rome?

Pros: Friendly and helpful crew. We were served drinks and food. I liked that the flight attendants requested everyone put their seats in the upright position anytime food was served so that the person sitting behind you had space to eat.

Pros: After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.

Pros: Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good.

Cons: I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable.

Pros: It’s hard to write a review when flight was supposed to leave at 6:30 and didn’t until midnight, but due to weather. It was frustrating for all but staff and pilot kept us informed at all times so that was appreciated. There wasn’t much to do but to wait out the weather.

Pros: Flying to Europe departure timing and the crew service were great. The regular food was better than all the bigger airlines I have flown recently. I look forward to the trying the gourmet offerings in the future.
Cons: You have to pay extra for seats assigned when you buy your ticket or select them 24hrs before departure. Airlines still have not learned how to deal with babies on parents laps. The little children on parents laps on full flights are as uncomfortable as the neighboring passengers. Bathrooms need mid flight service. Passengers were not considerate.
