The crew was friendly and attentive. Excellent food: sandwich and warm cookie handed out on a 2.5hour flight! Would definitely fly Air North again.
We left a half hour late and there was no food or snacks offered-,not even the crappy pretzels. The flight itself was smooth tho and the crew was nice.
Lots of leg room, no fee for seat selection at check in, good food service and punctuality
My row seemed to have more leg room and I didn't pay extra for it. Air North offers a meal at no extra cost. There was no entertainment available, but that wasn't an issue as most people have options on their phones. The crew was friendly. Air North offers air travel the way it used to be and that is a welcome and pleasant surprise.
Air North is one of the easiest airlines to fly with. Lots of room and great service. Always provide you food.
My interaction with air north was great, Their customer servicr was easy to get a hold.of, Managed to speak with a person, they were very polite and helpful, However I messed up the date with the ticket purchase, Since I used a third party I could not change the date. And trying to contact Kayak and the other third party was a nightmarez So I am unlikely to use a third party again.
Customer server was excellent. The flight was extremely affordable, and my seat was both comfortable and spacious.
Terrible customer service - no interest in being helpful, limited service hours, unwilling to transfer checked baggage of provide advice. Not recommended.
Supposed to fly out at 10am to Kelowna….got delayed until 1:40 and missed an important meeting. I ended up having g to stay over. Should have just driven.
Service was great from start to finish. Pleasant attendants, timely luggage to carousels.
Delays. Poor support booking a hotel after a diverted flight.
The long delay was the worst part of the flight.
Despite exit row seating, which gave leg room, seating was so narrow, the next passenger spilled over onto my seat. WiFi did not work.
Delayed by 5+ hours and they give a voucher for only $20 CAD which isn’t even redeemable at any place with edible food. Then took almost an hour to clean craft after it landed. And nonsensical boarding delayed even further. We didn’t leave until 1:30am….
Again, it was delayed and then our connecting aircraft was very cold.
It was very cold in the beginning; then I asked stewardess to do something about that, and she did something, so for the rest of the flight the temperature was closer to normal. It is typical: by some reason the pilots or whoever is in charge make the cod in the cabin unbearable. The seat is better than on WestJet or Flair, but is is very tight. No leg room.
Delayed for 15 min due to maintenance. We were asked to wait to board as a family, but took longer than if we were not asked anything.
Had to cancel the flight because there was a 14 hour layover before the flight. Unacceptable.
Terrible, luggage’s with b/p and diabetes meds including insulin and ozempic. I’ve in them had dissolved and rendered useless
I travelled in Business class for the first time and wish I could do that again.
