Very easy ! Use the kiosk and bag drop and right to security within 10 min
Checking bag at terminal was horrible. No agents to check us in and only 1 kiosk working. Boarding went ok. Crew onboard was very scattered rained. Missed our row while serving and then didn’t see them hardly again.
Crew was amazing, takeoff wonderful. The bathroom was disgusting from before takeoff the odor made the flight uncomfortable as you could smell the bathroom from the center of the plane where we were sitting. Smelled like raw sewage. My daughter was throwing up as we landed due to the smell and horrible turbulence as we approached Newark.
Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.
Airline tickets are not cheap. You expect reliable competent service. Thanks to canceled flights and botched transfers we arrived at our destination two days late. This is not acceptable
The flight got delayed. They forgot to bring the drinks when I asked for it. The toilet is messy.
Horrible! Several delays and then was cancelled! I spent over 24 hours in the airport and was unable to get a hotel or food voucher.
The entertainment is a bit limited, it would be better if they added some games to play besides the movies and tv shows. But the seats are comfortable and the crew is polite
This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.
Food was great. Staff was phenomenal. Seats were a bit hard and could use a lot more entertainment options as far as movies to choose from. WiFi was good. Overall great trip.
My flight times changed 4 times since I originally booked the flight. The last time being the day of flight - a 2 hour delay. This meant instead of getting into IAH at 9:30p, I got in at 2:30a. This was very disappointing!!!
The seats. The seat in front of me was awful and when the guy sat down, it flew back and hit my head when I was putting my backpack under the seat, It didn't make for a pleasant experience,

As we approached Denver, we encountered quite a bit of turbulence. I know this can sometimes be the case as I frequently fly this route but not on American. My gripe: Usually a pilot or co-pilot alerts passengers to the possibility of turbulance ahead of time. This did not occur nor did he communiucate during what was a pretty rough ride.
When I booked my flight a month ago - I selected a seat. That seat was NOT the one I ended up with when I checked into my flight the day before. This is the second time this has occurred. So, I checked my next flight on Wednesday and Thursday and no seat was assigned. Poor, very poor customer service.
Flight boarded from Gate 159B, the farthest gate in the LAX Bradley Terminal. While the flight operated on time, the first class cabin attendant made no recognition of my being an Advantage Executive Platinum member.
British Airways is an excellent airline. Comfort, food and airline personnel.
We changed our flight because of weather. Unfortunately we were on hold for over an hour, but since we were 5 people who all booked individually, we felt more comfortable doing it with an agent. It all worked out in the end.
American Airlines did everything they could with the high Spring Break crowd. I was frustrated to be changed from 1st class to a middle seat at the back of the plane. This has happened before, not sure booking 1st class and paying the extra actually works.
One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.

The flight was smooth, the plane was spacious and clean, the staff was kind and the food was decent.
Pretzels were a bit dry and dusty, however it is nice to have a choice between sweet and savory snacks.
Flight crew was great, and even the crew for checking bags! I had a question for a friend of mine flying tomorrow and the man I talked to was awesome and answered my questions and looked up things for me when he didn’t have to! I was able to give her current & accurate info for her flight and she was so appreciative too!!
Never flown with Air Canada before, but it's now a top choice! Loved it!
Horrible crew, horrible seats configuration, ridiculous space in the toilets, Air Canada is no longer a option.
