Poor, the last leg of our trip was cancelled and we didn't know about it until we arrived at the airport. Another flight on the same airline was not available until three days later which would have ruined our vacation. Luckily we were able to get re-blooked on another airline after spending hours at the airport.

Good. Flight was good. Crew was good. Wish they offered coffee refills. Wish I didn’t have to pay for headphones. Otherwise good for a commercial flight.

Boarding was good. Alaska Airlines is good. On time good. clean. The little bag of peanuts was horrible.

Flight was switched to a different airline. Caused scheduling issues. Flight delayed an hour, but arrived only 20 minutes late thanks to tail winds.

Flight was delayed leaving Phoenix. Arrived in Seattle, sat on taxi way for 30 minutes. No reasons given for delayed flight or sitting on taxiway for a long time. Alaska quality has been declining.

We missed the flight. I had a passport issue and told the check in desk that I’m trying to resolve it but when I got approved for entry to USA at 3:32, one hour before departure, the employees had left the desk at 3:30. I tried calling and texting the numbers on the sign. No luck. Waited till the agents came back and couldn’t get a flight to our destination or close, so we flew to Las Vegas instead and drove 6 hrs to San Diego where I missed one night’s stay and the car rental that was reserved there. Extra car rental and hotel in Las Vegas was over $300. Lost tine and money. I wanted to extend the trip by two days but the $1600 SAVER fare wouldn’t let me make changes. Hours on the phone to find out there are no exceptions and no credit if cancelled in advance. Very disappointed. My son’s first vacation with me in 17 years. Wasted a lot of money. Next time I will use a local travel agent.

Both flights were delayed due to an incident at SEA. The problem really rests with inadequate customer & plane facilities for Skywest at SEA. You feel like you are in a cattle enclosure. And planes were sitting on taxiways waiting for parking so every plane was late. SEA appears to be over capacity. It is not a fun passenger experience waiting. But crews and flights were all fine. Alaska needs to step up.

Booked a first class ticket and was not even offered a bottle of water…or a cracker…absolutely zero in flight service on a 1 hour flight

Seat was extremely hard which made even a short 1 hour 20 minute flight fairly uncomfortable.

Everything was good except wifi and a leaking drink chiller. The floor was all wet and my bag was soaked. Did not notice until debarking. Have not heard back from Delta. Even though this was leg one of an international flight in first class, they denied access to their Sky Club - very disappointing!

The staff was fine. The plane was extremely tight, and I paid for the wifi and it did not work at all. I was actually going to ask for a refund.

Check-in, boarding and the flight from Phoenix to Houston was quick and easy. The flight from Houston to Shreveport was delayed 5 hours. It was frustrating but I think United handled it the best they could.

After boarding the plane in Chicago, the passengers were told that there was a technical problem with the plane. Passengers remained on the plane as they tried to fix the problem. After what was probably an hour passengers were told that there was a need to change planes as the problem was not solved. Passengers disembarked and boarded another plane. After taxing to the runway and waiting for takeoff, passengers were told that owing to the thunderstorm the flight was unable to take off but would try and reroute. After some time passengers were told there wasn't enough fuel for the new route and the plane had to return to the gate for additional fuel. after another log delay the flight got underway. On the plane there was food, drinks, ice or entertainment. We were a glass of water, which appeared rationed. Flight arrived about 5 hours late. The pilot was fantastic and communicated with the passengers throughout the ordeal.

Not the fault of United—weather, reroute around weather, time sitting on tarmac, arrived couple hours late, too late for train into city necessitating a much pricier cab but weather…can’t be helped.

Lack of gluten free options in food service. I have Celiac disease and it appears you no longer offer special meals for people with dietary restrictions. I am a frequent flyer traveling into and out of Omaha airport. I have noticed over the course of several months that although our flight typically arrives ahead of schedule (awesome job AA!) - we typically sit on the runway for several minutes waiting for the ground crew to get in place. Not sure if it is a ground crew issue or a gate availability issue (due to construction at this airport). Seems to be more of a ground crew being on time issue.

Arriving plane went to wrong gate. Flight Attendant was late. Was in no Hurry when he arrived. Flight was fine. Plane had to wait 20 minutes to get assigned a gate due to designated gate tied up. barely connected.. Boarded extremely late on final leg of trip.

one crew said "he" didn't serve double alcohol drinks for travelers in exit rows. crew on prior flight did. Is this a AA rule, and the prior crew was being nice? Also, I think we deserve more than a 25% refund for losing first class seats when rescheduling a flight due to weather

Experience was good. We were delayed in leaving by 15 mins because the flight was waiting on a family that was late in getting to the gate. Food and drink options were as expected. I highly recommend checking in ahead of time using the airline’s app so that it’s quicker to get your luggage tags as soon as you arrive at the terminal. No more waiting in long lines!

The captain brought my 6 year old son into the cockpit and allowed him to ask questions, sit in the captain’s chair and talk about all the gears and levers. Made the trip very special for him.

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. After a considerable wait in the queue, Air Canada customer service was very helpful to get us on another flight. Extremely disappointing. My original Denver–Vancouver–Bangkok itinerary was cancelled due to a crewing issue. I was not proactively supported and had to drive back home after already reaching the airport. Communication was poor throughout, and attempts to contact customer service resulted in being on hold for nearly three hours without reaching anyone. Instead of being rebooked on the same direct routing the following day, I was rerouted onto a much longer itinerary via multiple cities and airlines, which resulted in arriving approximately 30 hours later than scheduled. At Denver airport, there was no visible Air Canada representative available to properly assist. Ground staff offered no real support beyond directing passengers to a phone number. There was no clear communication, no ownership, and no meaningful customer care during a major disruption. The final journey involved three flights instead of the original two, significantly increasing travel time and stress. Overall, the handling of the cancellation and lack of customer support was unacceptable. What could have been better? Clear communication during the cancellation Accessible customer service (phone support that actually answers) Proper in-person assistance at the airport Rebooking onto a comparable routing rather than a significantly longer one

Great setup on both flights except the last flight we got condensed dripping all over me in the last 20 mins of the flight

The last 3 hours it was freezing cold in row 56. Multiple people had their winter coats on and were utilizing the blankets provided by the airline. I also did not have easy access to figure out how to book my food allergy and advance for my meals. Most of everything I received was something I couldn't eat. This needs to be made more accessible. Also, I'm 5'10 which is the average height of the American male. I flew from Philadelphia to Toronto and then to Tokyo and the seats were absolutely unbearable. For that long of a flight it is impossible to get comfortable when doing anything. Flights need to have more space and stop prioritizing costs over people.

Was delayed at every point/ connection. Luggages missing for 5days. Had no medications for diabetes and high B/p. when bags where finally delivered on the 30th, the insulin and ozempic were no longer patent, as the ice pack had since dissolved and the authenticity of the med is now questionable, since they must be refrigerated. Please have them refund my bag fees. I should sue them for all the inconveniences caused to me.

The plane was delayed substantially due to a mechanical problem, that being said, the airline was very fair with providing a meal coupon for us. I would rather arrive late on a mechanically sound plane than the alternative. The food served in the plane was just awful, however and I recommend a new catering company.

Flight cancellations, delays, mass confusion and disorganization! That’s Air Canada for you, nothing new. I would have chosen a different airline if it were an option, and Air Canada continues to prove they don’t care about their customers.

everything was fine. but paying for 1 piece of check-in luggage and denying passengers to board with carry-on luggage which by air line's standards does not fit is not acceptable. when one travels for a longer time one needs to have some essentials
