Flight left on time and was early landing. Seats not comfortable and not enough space…
I don't know why flying out of Sarasota requires two plane changes.
For the first time in a long time, the Wi-Fi actually worked the entire flight! The flight crew was amazing as usual.
mandatory demand customer to check their carry on because not enough people check bags.
No trays in our seats, we sat in first row, purchased a business class fare. Had to hold our drinks and snack in our hands. No plugs for our cell phones. Had to pay for it a drink cocktail each. Seats so uncomfortable.
Bring back peanuts Take our drink orders when were all seated, especially after you switch to assigned seating.
The last 30 min or so, they put the heat on full. We thought we were being basted.
Delayed 4 hours due to mechanical issues. No mention of compensation for being over 3 hours late
The flight attendant engaged with people and was funny. That’s the part that changes the experience to excellent
They wouldn’t serve us 🥤 drinks, said there was too much turbulence, I must have been on different plane ✈️
I understand that the plane is a regional jet, but American Airlines can do better! They have been operating these planes for 25 years by now. The seats are uncomfortable, and both boarding and deplaning are painful and waste a lot of time due to carry-on baggage.
Delays and multiple changes in gates. In accurate info sent to phone. Worst flight in years. With no apologies or recompense.
Like: flights are on time, good boarding process Can improve: planes are old, improve entertainment and make space more comfortable
Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then last minute the change to on time. The satélite location is far and a nightmare to get to.
Everything was good The connects, with no blame to crew. Or pilots. I understand they are short staffed. Everything went well for me. I'll be using you guys again in May if not sooner.
A couple ladies from the crew were so rude and nasty. Thought they were mad at having to be there especially if you asked a question. This will make me think twice next time if I book a flight with you.

This time there was nothing to be better, really! Boarding on time, taking off on time and arriving earlier. The only complain is about way too long line at pre-check security point at DFW. But this is the airport’s problem, not American Airline.
Re-checking our bags, the workers were not able to help us with boarding passes for the flight, told us to wait, then ignored us while they helped many other passengers. Until I got rude, they would have left us standing there, and even then they were very curt and dismissive in telling us where to get boarding passes printed. We made it to the gate just as they were starting to board passengers. It was just rude customer service.
This flight was late and did not meet the connecting flight.
