Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

There were NO TV screens on the seats and whats worse is there was nowhere to plug in headphones to watch the one tiny TV screen for all. When we were landing the lights in our cabin - the crew was mediocre - the food was indelible - I advent flown American for over a decade internationally and there is a good reason why i will never again!!"

More than that, no blanket or a pillow was available which made the trip so much worse. Worst of all, the last 90 minutes of the flight all the toilets ran out of water so they can't even be flushed. Cons: "Unbelievably poor customer support. They accidentally canceled my flight and when I tried to retrieve my seat back, the lady was taking it as somebody else problem... If the AA was the one made an error of canceling my seat, I wished they would show at least an attitude of taking responsibility to fix the problem."

Cons: "Flight attendant with an attitude. He announced the dinner choices but turned around the moment he began speaking. When I asked what he had said, he rolled his eyes. That's pretty disgusting and takes a lot away from the overall experience. Sorry, that I'm a burden when I paid a ton of money for this flight. And I had no extra or special requests. I'm an easy passenger. I didn't ring for service outside the scheduled ones once... E.V.E.R. Food was the same sweet sour chicken that I had on every one of my flights with American Airlines in the last few years. Come on. Mix it up a little. The flight is expensive enough. A tiny bit more pampering would just make the difference. And flight attendants with a pleasant and patient attitude would make things a lot easier."

Cons: "Everything else! We were first sold a British airlines flight, and then we got switched to American Airlines. I don't know if that is actually an okay thing for them to do. When we got onto to plane we were stuck on the runway for over 2 1/2 hours, where the outside temperature was 95 degrees and the AC in the plane didn't work. The delay was all due to a mechanical difficulty with the engine, this did not give us peace of mind when flying over the atlantic. while up in the air my newly wedded wife and I were hoping maybe we could watch a movie to help keep our minds off the creaking of the wings, the pool of sweat from the delay, and the grumpy flight attendants. Seeing as it was a 9 hour international flight, you would have expected some sort of entertainment. Maybe a personal TV.... nope. Maybe a community TV... nope. At least they have to have a radio....... nope. All we got were our two thumbs to twiddle. After a much needed nap. We woke up hoping maybe for a hot breakfast, but to put the cherry on top of some terrible ice cream, we got a mediocre cold breakfast. All in all I will not fly American Airlines again. I would happily and quickly pay double for any other airlines but them. It's such a poor reprisentation of our country."
