The boarding was prompt. The ground staff were helpful in ensuring that my through luggage had been loaded onto the connecting flight

There was no in flight entertainment, not even a water service after I boarded. They offered a meal purchase but since it was a short flight a meal wasn't necessary. At least a free drink of water should have been offered to the passengers

The flight was to Heathrow which was not prepared to accept us at all. We waited 45 minutes in passport control. I expect BA to make sure the port of destination is prepared to receive its passengers

The flight was transferred to a smaller plane, either because there were few passengers (the first story we heard) or because of mechanical problems on the original craft (the second story). Business class was oversold as a result, and boarding was delayed for an hour while they waited for enough BC passengers to accept 800 euros for the downgrade to economy plus. They repeatedly threatened to cancel the flight rather than raise the offer. Eventually enough knuckled under and we were allowed to leave. Some no doubt missed connections because of this petty brinkmanship. The funny coda is that because the plane was so undersold, anyone in economy that wanted their own row could have one, while economy plus was packed with the embittered and downgraded.

Prompt Rebooking. The new schedule was better the original schedule with fewer connections.

My original flights from Dublin to London and London to Munich were cancelled. The booking agency Webjet did not inform me about the cancellation. I noticed changes to my schedule three days before the flight and requested a rebooking. The entire leg to Munich was rebooked by Webjet but again I had to call and ask for an update since they don't issue a second round of confirmation emails.

The boarding started late (30 min before supposed departure), took much longer than expected because we needed to use the bus. Then we waited another hour on the tarmac. We were told it would be only a few minutes. Then we were told we would make up for the lost time, but that wasn't true and an additional half hour was lost on a holding pattern at LHR. We missed our connection. The instructions were unclear on what to do (contradiction between flight attendants and ground crew). By the time we picked up new boarding passes, we had already missed that flight as well and had to go to the customer service, which took another 45 min. Flight entertainment didn't work the first hour. There was a high pitched beeping sound during the whole flight (not the regular airplane noise).

The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!

Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!

I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover.

On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort.

The flight was very bare bones. Entertainment system froze up half way into a movie. You had to pay for wine with dinner. Even on budget carriers, wine is included with meals on the long hauls. Half a cup of water was served twice during the flight. The cabin was kept quite cold. I wore thick socks and slippers throughout the flight, but had to use the small blanket provided to keep my feet warm. Glad I had a heavy coat! I will avoid this carrier on any long hauls in the future.

Dinner not too good. Breakfast very poor. Cold flight. Entertainment not working. Avoid for long hauls.

flight crew hit my chair all the time with the troller. Bought the places with bigger space on the legs, that was true, but was dissapointed with the type of chair that is totally closed at the sides, with no scape room for the legs laterally.

The entertainment options were great, The plane was very clean and the bathrooms was HUGE!

uncomfortable seat, off set from the seat in front of me so my entertainment screen was at an odd angle to watch. Food was ok but they had a sauce on the chicken that was not very appetizing. It actually made my wife sick and lets just say she did not keep her dinner. Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot.
