Between the choice of walking to the back of the plane searching for space and sending the bag to the baggage, I chose the latter and lost 15 minutes needlessly to retrieve the baggage. This guy needs to be fired!"

Pros: "My first Jet Blue experience was very good! Ground staff in Boston was very courteous and friendly. Boarding method, although different from other airlines, was very quick and efficient. Cabin crew was very pleasant and served good snacks. The captain welcomed us aboard and told us about the flight and conditions expected along the way. Flight was as he predicted and we landed early, always a bonus. Would infidelity fly them again!!"

Cons: "Economy cabin is not meant for anyone over 6' tall. Worst seats I have experienced on any airline. My knees were jammed against the seat on front of me the entire flight. The seats lacked cushion. My legs became numb 20 minutes into the flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced."

Check in was not good as there was no staff to assist or even an information kiosk in the immediate area. Had to go looking for one with all my luggage; they were having a group 'chat'. Then, instead of being helpful when asked to change seats, commenced to quiz me about why and what I did during my trip."

I waited in line for 2 hours to get on another flight home and the attendant first suggested to fly me to Charlotte then Cleveland where I would arrive a day late after I'd been traveling with my elderly parents for 24 hours. Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. I was displeased."
