Cons: "Entertainment is bad, there is not enough headset to the passengers, half way through the plane, the hostess is already out of earphone. I have to watch silent movies just like the old days. How can that happen"
Cons: "They forgot to plan a pilot....also the crew was 45 min late"
Cons: "British Airways/American Airlines lost/delayed luggage again! Then send an email in the middle of night with a link to schedule home delivery of the luggage that was valid for 4 hours only. It is clearly an attempt to cheat out of their responsibility of home delivery of the luggage that was delayed the second time. Poor, poor service by American Airlines."
Pros: "Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials."
Cons: "Left Newark 2 hours late which mean missing connections in Chicago by 20 minutes. From that point on American was inept in getting me to MSP."
Pros: "Pet boarding was good"
Cons: "The crew The ride was horrible Delayed which I understand dude to weather circumstances Took forever to get off the plane So many children on one flight Couldn’t sleep the whole way Some kid has diarrhea and the entire plane Reaked and the has to cloaw the washroom."

Cons: "Was impossible to sleep, but that's par for the course these days. It was a full flight."
Pros: "Nice leg room"
Cons: "Doors closed early for my 6:28am flight. I couldn't fly until 1:18pm. Crew says that doors close 10 minutes before flight. The doors on the 1:18pm flight stayed open well after 1:18pm. The flight was then delayed until 1:50pm."
Pros: "Everything was perfect"
Pros: "Food, cleanliness"
Pros: "All AA employees I interacted with were professional & very helpful to me & my family. Thank you"
Pros: "On-time departure from PHL; on-time arrival in RIC, my checked bag was on the flight."
Pros: "The free movies were a generous provision. The American Airlines ad was cool. The screen to trace the flight geographically was neat, as were the details about height, temperature, time until landing, and so forth. The service people were nice."
Cons: "The space under the seats on the floor has gotten very small."
Cons: "This was an MD80 that had absolutely been ridden to death. I thought that AA was modernizing their fleet? This was a 30 year old plane."
Cons: "Everything. Flights canceled due to "weather" but every other airline was flying to these locations and the customer service experience was miserable at best."
Pros: "Best part left on time and arrived early. Many thanks. Good seat room in the older S80."
Cons: "Overhead bins very full. No entertainment but that's ok for flights under 4 hours."
Pros: "In flight movies were varied, with both new and international films to watch. Flight attendants were nice. Boarding was smooth."

Cons: "They were late because of bad scheduling and the gate agent was rude"
Pros: "Lo siento. No habla ingles. Me muy guapo."

Cons: "No blankets"
Pros: "The plane was cleaned, the movie was good and the food was good with lower price. It was a no problem flight and on time."
Cons: "Flight connection was too close. Delays in leaving Nairobi made us almost miss this flight"
Pros: "Great crew. Friendly and reaponsive. Easy boarding."
Cons: "4 hour flight from SFO to Charlotte. No food beyond snacks. No entertainemt options. No electrical outlets."
Cons: "We did not get on this flight because AA's scheduled it 90 minutes after landing from an Int'l flight. Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."
Pros: "Bridget was managing the cancellation lines with finesse, compassion, and urgency. She was a star! The rebooked flight was fast, comfortable, and landed early."
Cons: "Previous flight was canceled and forced us to stay in DC an extra day. Watched flights continue to arrive and depart from our hotel room. Rebooked using the mobile app but could not check in on mobile or at the kiosk. Waited in line for almost 2 hours for AA to simply check us in and print passes. The flight did not get catering refreshed after landing in DC so no refreshments or snacks were offered during the flight home."
Pros: "Plane did not crash."
Cons: "Has anyone at AA ever watched the insane boarding process? No running water on the plane, not hot anything (coffee, tea, food). Generally terrible experience, like most of the airlines."
Pros: "We booked Finnair, but it was a code share with AA. We stood in line at ticket counter for 1hr, and then was sent to AA. We almost missed our flight. We were there 3hr before our flight. Very confused!!! What is your suggestion? Should you say AA not Finnair???"
Pros: "The crew was decent.....better on the London to Raleigh flight, the crew on the Raleigh to London flight were not very nice at ALL."
Cons: "I did not like that the ticket I purchased was a British Airways flight, but it was operated by American Airlines. The plane was SO outdated....it didn't even have personal screens. And the movies they played were old. I mean the Devil Wears Prada...COME ON!!!!! Also, the food on the way to London was extremely disappointing. I had chose the pasta with vegetables, and it was macaroni and cheese with broccoli. And not good macaroni, but more like the kind you make for your kids."
Pros: "We were on time and even early. The boarding was smooth, the crew was nice, the food was good and satisfying. We were comfortable. And plenty of movies to choose from."
Cons: "I didn't like that the luggage took so long to come out that we almost lose the connection. We had to run. Too tight maybe."
Pros: "They were on time"
Cons: "The A321 had the most cramped seating I've ever experienced. The video in the seat back didn't work properly going or coming back. Boarding was slow. I don't know why they don't load the rear seats first so you don't have to wait for everyone ahead to secure their carry-on luggage. If they didn't charge so much for checking a bag there wouldn't be so much carry-on baggage"
Pros: "Polite, friendly helpful staff. Plane left on time."
Cons: "There were no window or aisle seats available for free, so I had to pay for the extra cost seats."
Pros: "I did not like anything about the flight to be honest. Oh wait you did have cool club lights that were blue that tried to distract me from the fact that I had to take an American airlines flight."
Cons: "Holy moly. You know if you stopped charging extra money for checked baggage you wouldn't have a ridiculously annoying amount of customers with too many bags for overhead storage. Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."
Pros: "The crew, as always"
Cons: "Being sectioned off from 1st class"
Pros: "personal entertainment systems and charging plugs"
Cons: "only pretzels and no headphones offered for the entertainment systems."
Cons: "The flight was operated by American Eagle, on a small regional commuter jet. We had to board from the tarmac and climb a steep flight of stairs to board. Not advisable for anyone with limited mobility."
Pros: "Everything except what I didn't like."
Cons: "Delayed departure"
Cons: "They changed our gate four times and delayed our flight two hours. Got in after midnight and wasn't able to pick up my rental car."
Cons: "We will NEVER fly AA again."
