The layovers / connections were too short and too long. I SPRINTED to make the connection from OSL-JFK and then SAT for over 6 hours from JFK-BUF. I don’t mind a longer layover more than I want to RUN to make my next connection
Our vacation started with horribly, 48hr prior to departure SAS airline cancelled our return flight giving us little to no alternative options.

Elderly traveler with disability was bumped from extra legroom to economy with little legroom. He couldn’t bend his knee to fit in the seat. Very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight and will be reported to DOT. Then the food was disgusting. Boiled chicken with boiled rice and steamed veggies. 3 slices of carrot and one broccoli. We couldn’t eat it. No salt or pepper provided. Disgusting.
Payed $140 xtra for seat arrangement Did not get the preselected seats neiter outbound nor inbound. Absolutely not worth the xtra money
Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.
Really like this airline. Best food for airlines and comfortable seats and attentive staff. Delay was due to air traffic.

Very difficult to clearly hear the dialogue on videos due to airplane engine sound. Flying to Copenhagen audio was very clear. Food was excellent. Returning flight--Lunch and breakfast food was the worst I've experienced. Audio was terrible. Why the difference?
Travelling coach, comfort is all in one's perspective. Movie choices were great. Food was OK. Flight crew were pleasant. Tip: If they come through asking if you want tea or coffee, do not ask for water. They get miffed. So use the call button after they pass through.
Everything about the flight was excellent except for the fact that we had to wait one hour on the tar app and then I had to race to catch my connecting flight with the next stop
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.
I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.
The only thing that the airport can improve which will help Lufthansa from delay flights is to warn the passengers that are flying to the USA to be earlier to the gate due to the documents check that in our case delayed the flight
SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.
Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures
Boarding was a zoo. London ground crew was useless. Poor communication regarding where to line up. We were group 2, and everyone was jammed in together. Ground crew didn ’t seem to care.
Flight was good, staff members were helpful and energetic, food can be more tasty.
Fast boarding, great entertainment on board, lots of updates from the capitan during the trip, no lost luggage issues
