Stewards and stewardesses were nice and helpful, even if they looked a little worried when they weren't self-consciously smiling. The sandwich was much better than I thought it would be, and not that expensive given its size. Why can't you put in pay-for-play entertainment. I'd probably pay for something that's reasonably priced.

There seemed to be some trouble at CDG. The staff in the airport and on the plane looked worried. They checked most people's baggage at least twice. Airport personnel even boarded the shuttle to the plane a couple of times before it left. They asked a lot of questions about people's laptops. The plane seemed to be flying low. There was a thud at one point. It was kind of scary. At the end the captain kind of babbled over the loud speaker for a long time, but it wasn't clear what he was saying. The landing was perfect, though.

Arrived on time.

Lights in the cabin were on for well over half of the 6 hour overnight flight. Baggage fees were $90 per bag each way and even normal carry-on bags were required to be checked. Should be illegal to charge that much for bags.

The plane was new and clean. Service was good. Fare was inexpensive.

It took an hour and a half to check in at Stansted. There was no entertainment system on the plane and all food and drinks cost extra. We got to the airport 3 hrs early yet had to go straight to to our gate with no time to spare.

Good price, and for me it's very convenient to fly from the US east coast into London Stansted. Plane was pretty new.

Chaos on boarding. Late gate change was poorly communicated. The gate we ended up at was showing some other airline's flight , and Primera's was showing up at a nearby gate. Huh ? There was a lot of confusion. Maybe not entirely Primera's fault, but they could have communicated better. You pay for everything, even a drink of water ! Put in a few coins to use the bathroom - ok, just kidding on that one, but maybe that's next 8-{ In the past I have paid for a hot meal, but it wasn't good, and not worth the money. Better to pick up some food before the flight.

1)I like the leg room in economy. 2) the bathrooms allow for a lot of headroom when compared to some airlines. 3)the affordability of the flights when compared to other long haul airlines

1) Boarding was late (seems to be a regular occurrence) and as a result the flight was delayed. 2)They have a habit of over booking seats. 3)There's no onboard wifi. For such a new jet in these modern times, I'd expect that such amenities would be a standard. 4) The online checkin is a bit dodgy; i had to keep refreshing the page- not very comforting. 5) Somehow having a one way ticket back to my HOME country (barbados) was deemed as an anomaly at the checkin desk at Gatwick. Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes at the checkin desk waiting for my boarding pass to be approved- absolute madness

The booking & checking system was terrible: online check-in didn't work, adding a bag didnt work. When calling the helpline an unhelpful agent explained that 3 days before the flight I could neither check in online nor add a bag! I've never heard or seen this with any other airline. I was told I would have to pay excess at the airport, around 10GBP per kilo! When I asked to speak to someone else I was told there was noone I could speak to! So, one of the largest travel companies in the world has noone to speak to when you have a problem... think about that for a moment. I felt like I was in a Kafkaesque novel. Crazily, when I phoned back in desperation later that day, it was suddenly no problem to add a bag. At the airport it was a similar fiasco: Thomson insists on a ridiculous 5kg for the on-board luggage. Most board cases already weigh 2-3 kilos before you've put anything in them! Not just this, the case was weighed at check-in. Again, I haven't experienced this in years. So the not very competent check-in agent had me juggling weight between two cases, just to comply with the rules, rules which seem exlusive to Thomson. This was the worst pre-flight experience I have ever had, and I have flown more than 25 times a year on average for the last 20 years. Thomson needs to revise its website, procedures & customer service urgently.

Service and food were good considering it was "plane food". No delay whatsoever.

Black box under the front seat. No room for legs. Seat blocked in lower position, impossible to make it stay in upper position. Entertainment wasn't working good: extremely laggy when it was working ... Seats are way too short. You got the neck support into the upper back ... And I am only 1.80m. Overall, I am done with Swiss until they upgrade their planes. Wifi was 99usd for 220 mo ... what a joke. A 20+yo plane for a such reputated company. There was still the ashtrays inside the restrooms.

Seating was comfortable, didn't feel cramped but we paid to pick out our seats.

Plans were over an hour late both ways with no reason why or communication from anyone. Actually had an entirely different plane on return trip which caused seating problems. We paid for a seat which we didn't get.

Flight EWR to London: delayed by 4 hours because of plane mechanical difficulties Flight London to EWR: unannounced stopover in Reykjavik (on what was supposed to be a direct flight) for fueling because the plane we were scheduled on had mechanical difficulties so they put us a plane too small to make it across the Atlantic. One passenger complained and they made him deplane. Would not fly Primera again. Aside from safety concerns, there are no screens, dirty bathrooms, even no free drinking water....

On time and fast

The plane was old, and falling apart. They didn't allow me to return to my home country, made me miss my flight, and forced me to buy another ticket. Never will I go with them again! Poor customer service! Also morning flights are so early no train makes it at that hour. You'd have to spend the night at the airport.

The food and beverage service in Coach was great as usual ... The new 777 ER 300 was really a nice improvement over the aging Airbus planes previously flown Entertainment systems in coach were top notch with great entertainment choices to view ...

3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course

My son is 6 foot 4 and it really would have been nice to have more options for more leg room that didn't cost $266 per person we were really scrunched in there and it was pretty uncomfortable for 6 or 7 hours

Economy class is cramped, and it was a packed flight. Obviously, this is not a BA-only issue. It may have been me in my dehydrated state, but the cabin was also quite a bit warm.

So, one of the largest travel companies in the world has noone to speak to when you have a problem... think about that for a moment. I felt like I was in a Kafkaesque novel. Crazily, when I phoned back in desperation later that day, it was suddenly no problem to add a bag. At the airport it was a similar fiasco: Thomson insists on a ridiculous 5kg for the on-board luggage. Most board cases already weigh 2-3 kilos before you've put anything in them! Not just this, the case was weighed at check-in. Again, I haven't experienced this in years. So the not very competent check-in agent had me juggling weight between two cases, just to comply with the rules, rules which seem exlusive to Thomson. This was the worst pre-flight experience I have ever had, and I have flown more than 25 times a year on average for the last 20 years. Thomson needs to revise its website, procedures & customer service urgently.

On time and fast

The plane was old, and falling apart. They didn't allow me to return to my home country, made me miss my flight, and forced me to buy another ticket. Never will I go with them again! Poor customer service! Also morning flights are so early no train makes it at that hour. You'd have to spend the night at the airport.

The crew was phenomenal overall service good no complaints in that regard

My son is 6 foot 4 and it really would have been nice to have more options for more leg room that didn't cost $266 per person we were really scrunched in there and it was pretty uncomfortable for 6 or 7 hours
