Service was great. Food was perfect. My mom needed a wheelchair and I was worried that I will miss the connecting flight. Emirates ground staff and wheelchair staff ensured we get to our gate on time.
Although lauded as a superior carrier, I found nothing out of the ordinary about the flight. Even in the AirBus 380, there wasn't much space in economy - especially when the seat in front was reclined. Admittedly, the toilet was more spacious than I've ever seen on an airplane, but the ill-fitting divider between the cubicles left a visible slit that was quite disconcerting. The crew were ok, but they were clearly "just doing their job." There was little enthusiasm - although given the number of the passengers, I'm not surprised they were jaded. I'd fly Emirates again, but I don't hold them above other carriers.
Boarding in New York was smooth and well organized. However, the boarding process in Dubai was less convenient. Passengers were asked to board an hour before departure, but after that we had to wait in another area that did not have enough seating capacity. To make matters worse, the flight was officially delayed by an hour, followed by an additional 45-minute delay while on the aircraft. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations. Seating comfort was decent for Economy Class, and considering the fare category, I have no major complaints. The entertainment system was outstanding. Being able to watch a FIFA match live during the flight was a completely new and enjoyable experience for me, making the journey much more engaging.
The flight was literally cancelled by emirates and you sent me to a scammer website of Underpricer.com for the tickets who still has not provided a refund for one ticket. Kayak has gone seriously downhill. If you are going to redirect people to a site then ensure they are reputable and not untrustworthy scammers. Am never using kayak again after this experience. And update your algorithm or whatever so you don’t send out auto emails checking on flight experience of cancelled flights due a literal WAR!! also I have complained about underpricer and nothing from kayak. So disappointing
Difficult to find some food option for gluten and dairy allergy. May be a fruit salad would be better

Fly Dubai takes low cost and thrift to new depths in terms of service levels, terminal 2 is grossly inadequate for capacity and resembles a crowded buss or railway station,, the fly dubai( Emirates) flight is never on time(was 2.5 hrs delayed), and this is not an isolated experience, the flght air conditioning was turned low while we waited on the tarmac for take clearance to save fuel, should say more!!!! The depths! I only fly this airline from a compulsion, emirates code shares for connections to Muscat
They changed the flight time without telling us and were unwilling to help with rebooking because we booked through orbits/kayak
Emirates did great! I liked the service, the food, cleanness, and the flight was on time. Much better airline than Qatar Airways I flew with last year.
I lost my lock from my luggage, I don ’t know someone took something from my bag.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.
The taxi drivers are very rude. Didn’t wait. They said you come in 5minutes or I leave. Did not leave any messages on front desk and they left. We have to hire new cabs in turkey.
Everything was good except for the seating arrangements. We could not get seats to be seated together with my wife. We’re unfortunately.
My first time in business class The in flt staff was outstanding in every aspect of service, the food was amazing, the business seat space made the 11 hour journey easy peazy

I always travel on Turkish Airlines but seriously I am I am considering to change because this is not the first time that the flight attendant are rude and they dont help. I asked for cold water with ice 5 times and I got water with no ice and this is not the first time to ask for something and you dont get it. Also I noticed this behavior only towards people who are not turkish.
There were not enough extra leg room options to purchase. Also the seat Infront of mine was broken and the gentleman literally laid back into my lap for the whole trip. This was the most uncomfortable trip I have ever been on

It was pleasant except for the boarding at Istanbul and long wait for the wheel chair almost missed the flight Itambul to Dubai
The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.

Qatar Airways has consistently set a standard in my mind that very few airlines manage to sustain, and once again, this journey in Economy Class lived up to that expectation. As an avid globetrotter who travels extensively for work, I experience many airlines, service cultures, and levels of hospitality. Yet there is something reassuringly consistent about Qatar Airways. It is not simply the onboard service, but the entire experience: the professionalism, courtesy, warmth, attentiveness, and genuine sense of hospitality. The cabin crew are exceptionally well trained, composed, aligned, and polished in their delivery, yet their interactions rarely feel mechanical. They remain remarkably courteous while retaining a genuine human warmth and an apparent eagerness to assist. On almost every Qatar journey, there are individual crew members who somehow manage to stand out and make the experience even more memorable. What I value most is the consistency. Qatar Airways has established a certain benchmark of expectation for me and, over many journeys, has never underdelivered against it. There is a sense of confidence and ease that comes with boarding a Qatar flight because I know the overall experience will be thoughtfully delivered. For someone who spends a considerable amount of time travelling, that peace of mind matters enormously. Qatar Airways remains one of the airlines I genuinely enjoy flying, not because of any single aspect of the service, but because of the complete package and the remarkable consistency with which it is delivered. The only disappointment on this occasion was that my luggage did not arrive with me at my final destination in Kolkata (CCU), following my journey from Seattle (SEA) via Doha (DOH). Unfortunately, the baggage was delayed in Doha. A baggage exception report is already on file with the local airport team in CCU. Given the confidence Qatar Airways has built with me over the years, I remain optimistic that they will once again live up to that expectation, work their magic, and reunite me with my luggage within the next 24 hours. Looking forward to a swift resolution and, notwithstanding this final hiccup, another thoroughly enjoyable Qatar Airways journey.

Extremely uncomfortable seats with very little cushioning, unable to recline enough to sleep comfortably on this 13 hour overnight flight. My body was in pain by the end.
When we checked in at the Siem Reap Airport in Cambodia, we were only given three boarding passes and told that we would have to check in with American when we arrived in Boston. This was a source of stress for us. After we landed in Boston, we had a long passage from Terminal E to Terminal B (American Airline ticketing counter). Because the electronic ticketing kiosks for check-in would not recognize our Confirmation Code, we had to wait for an hour in a long line where only two AA reps were taking care of Special Services passengers. In many years of both business and recreational travel, I have never had this experience. I would expect more from AA being in partnership with other airlines to do a better job with this.
Our experience on the Doha to Hyderabad segment was extremely stressful due to prolonged delays and a lack of clear communication from the airline. We were traveling as a family, including children, and the uncertainty around timing and next steps caused significant distress. There was very little proactive information provided during the delay, and we were not given clear written explanations about what was happening or how long it might take. This made it difficult to manage the situation, especially while caring for children in a transit environment. In addition, one member of our party was ultimately unable to continue travel, which added to the emotional strain and disruption of the trip. Overall, the experience highlighted gaps in communication, customer care, and handling of unexpected situations. We are sharing this feedback so that future passengers, especially families, are supported with clearer communication and better assistance during irregular operations.
Doha airport is huge , takes long time to reach gate .
Check-in staff were not very pleasing and sounded to be rude, even though I hold a platinum membership. The aircraft is brand new and good. As it's a short flight no other comments.
Bus from gate to plane waited more than 30 minutes in a freezing temperatures of a/c. Plane temperature was very cold .
