Even though dozens of seats. Why??? Check in in herd an hour early a debacle.. again why??? No plug, no USB, no wifi, no movie on 6 hour flight??? Again it is in stark contrast to immensely support competitors. Sell to someone competent. Mahalo."

Of all the seats with windows on this plane, how could someone do this? Then when we loaded they placed one of our carryon bags in the back of the plane. We had to wait until everyone departed before getting our bag. Never again on Hawaiian Airlines. Still have to take the return flight. Not looking forward to the flight..."
