Entertainment system is okay, flight attendants were ok. Leg space very narrow, I couldn’t get what I wanted to eat, dinner nor breakfast.

Excellent experience with business class area. Staff was attentive and food was amazing. Only one bathroom for business class which was logistically difficult for the staff while preparing meals. Need to offer fluids with meals. I did not get enough water to drink. But overall I rate it 5 star.

On time, great food, good drink selection! Only down was alcohol-free lounge. Lufthansa had a much better offering!

Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.

Seat assignments for family traveling with 2 children. Loud crowd during sleep time

It was crowded… the bathrooms dirty and smelly. The seats have been made even smaller.

delayed to take off from detroit by 3 hours lost baggage in istanbul and now in venice without baggage

Seats were very tight with poor legroom - and I am average height. During the 12 hour flight, tiny paper cups of drinks we're only offered during the super and breakfast services, with the crew nowhere to be seen in between. One of the bathrooms was out of order, leading to long lines waiting to use the remaining two available to the economy class passengers.

short flight but we still got a very nice lunch and the crew did an excellent job in taking care of us

For that price on Business class, I expected to have the pod seats. These were configured as 2/3/2 and my seat mate talked half the flight with a friend across the isle, loudly. Very uncouth.

The flight was very smooth, however, the quality of food was mediocre.

The TV wasn't working No music for the whole flight from JFK to LOS It was too burring.

Flight was delayed by two hours. This really messed things up because I missed my connecting flight in Addis. I had a meeting in Entebbe which was scrapped because my flight from Addis landed later in the day.

I paid for internet that did not work and had to pay more to have it

We had a good flight experience with this airline despite reading many negative comments

The crew was unfriendly and very rude to name a few (Helina). I felt unsafe due to most of the cabinets were open while on flight. All in all the flight was ok, but the crew needed more training on customer service most of all for international flights.

Delay not posted, only departure time listed- not boarding time. We left an hour late and arrived 45 min late. Restrooms had backed up sinks and toilets not flushed ) passenger error). Lots of screen for entertainment didn’t work. But we arrived with our luggage

The plane was old and the luggage racks above us were visibly shaking during turbulence. Water was dripping on our heads during landing. Our flight was over 2 hours late departing but we were not updated or told what to expect as the screen at the gate continued to read “on time”

Check in took over an hour because printer was not working. Attendant did not know how to give free layover Addis Ababa hotel vouchers or update frequent flyer number. After repeated attempts, got voucher emailed. However hotel wanted printed voucher hence more delay. Bus time from hotel back to airport was printed 4:50 hours, but hotel reception called at 3 pm saying bus will leave at 4 pm. Then hotel reception called again saying 4:15 pm. We rushed at 4:15 pm and bus was not ready until 4:40 pm. Many audio outlets were not working in planes.

It is nice and great but the houstees crew are all the way back arguing with customers and behavior issues same of the crew i saw that also all the trips were very much butter!

I had to climb up stairs to enter into the plane with my bad leg. The plane sounds like an helicopter, you can hear it from inside the plane If you can change the air line or plane from Cote d'lvoire to LOS will be better Or better flight direct from JFK to Lagos Nigeria even if it will be limited days of the week

Since 12/12/25, all my 4 checked in bags are still missing. I have no clothes to wear and no entrance to my house because my house keys ate in one of the checked bags. Everything i have are in the bags. I've been going to the airport daily with no answer about my missing bags. I am going to sue Ethiopian airline. This is a disaster. They knew Cote'dviore airline doesn't have the capacity and still went into alliance with them. I've been wearing one clothing since i arrived in Nigeria last Friday. Total mess. I will never fly Ethiopian even if ticket is $1.

I really appreciated the fact that the flight was on time.. I unfortunetly noticed the bad atitude of certain crew members especially the "hotesses" . They were not as much as professional and also they did not respect the passengers.

1 Apart from an issue when my son & I were asked to step to the side while in process of boarding the plane because one of agents cut our boarding passes wrongly and gave us an incomplete portion of it. Fortunately we were allowed to get to our seat after they reviewed the boarding list… 2- We arrived in Abidjan on time at 10:00 pm . We were notified that we are going to be put on an Hotel (Onomo )because our layover was over 15 hrs.. We were finally picked up for the Hotel at midnight… The driver to the hotel was very nice and the hotel crew was very courteous… We were very grateful for the accommodation.

Better than US airlines. Food was adequate and tasty. Aircraft was clean and newly refurbished. Crew was professional and hospitable.

Better than expected. The aircraft was clean and the crew was professional and hospitable.

The plane was very small and hot. The air wasn’t working for the whole flight. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.

Poor. Crew members are not customer service friendly. They were slow and aren't helpful. The team in the actual airport seemed ok but actual flight crew didn't seem like they wanted to help at all or be there. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn't want to use this airline again if I needed to fly. The actual Abidjan airport was another fiasco in itself. Definitely will think twice before flying through that airport again.

Everything was perfect but they need to work on the drink I mean soda, the passengers surpose to be entitled to a can of soda not on cups with the amount of money we paid. They have to work on it.

Nothing was good. It was awful. We boarded the plane and were stationary for 3 hours. They assured us they were in contact with our connecting flight and the plane would wait since 95% of us were going to jfk, but they did not. They took us to Abidjan 3 hours late, knowing that we would all be stuck in a foreign country on New Year’s Eve/ day with no assistance whatsoever. They was little to no communication from them. So many more sad details to add, but I’ll just leave it here - Never would I recommend anyone to use Air Côte d’Ivoire. Absolutely terrible airline. No outlets to charge on their old plane, unfriendly staff, not good food.. I repeat, nothing was good about the flight.

They canceled my flight and they haven’t reimbursed me yet

On time, kind staff but the aircraft was not clean

I will never flight again with them. No charges plug in the air plane. Just that can tell you how bad the service was.

The flight attendants were very nice, friendly and went above and beyond in making our journey pleasant.

i cannot remember in the last 10 years, when was the last time i couldn't stretch my legs while sitting. while seated, my knees are almost touching the seat in front of me. the order of Languages of onboard announcements is not the best in all other companies they use their national language FIRST , in air senegal they lut rheir national language last. What a shame

ldid not like the late departure did not like the late food service. Food should have been serve earlier ro allow more sleeping time. Did not like beeing interrupted just to show announcement about their duty free onboard Finally baggage did not make it to final destination and are still in casablanca.

The Airline canceled my flight and don’t want to refund me.

My luggage was left behind in Miami. I wasn’t the only one. I couldn’t get a boarding pass from air Maroc but I got one from American Airlines for the air Maroc leg. I had the sense of getting in line with air Maroc boarding crew and showed them my AA boarding pass for air Maroc and I got a new one from them. There were several passengers filing missing bags reports in Casablanca so I assume there isn’t a good coordination between airlines. My AA bag ticket says Casablanca but it is from AA. I wasn’t the only one missing a bag.

I couldn’t find my boarding pass with the information provided by Underpricer. It took me several hours to find what the issue was. Finally I got the right code to get my boarding pass from American Airlines. Underpricer WhatsApp call center finally got it right. When I got to Casablanca my luggage was left in Miami. Not sure which airline fault it was if Air Maroc or AA. I filled out a report with Air Maroc

Had problems with online site and app when trying to book flight and manage reservations. My in-flight console did not work and seat did not recline. Staff could not provide details with respect to short connection. Fortunately a fellow passenger was helpful. Otherwise good flights, on-time departures/arrivals, etc.
