Avior in Barcelona was a disaster and we were stuck in the waiting area for over 31/2 hours with no food or water and no AC. Also the local government opened our bags and harrased us about minor items. We arrived into Panama 1 hr late and they had to park the plane at the cargo terminal and we had to wait on buses to take us over 2 KMs to the main terminal - a horrible experience

This company is horrible. Absolutely horrible. Staff is not properly trained and not educated. Rude. Second time flying with them. The first time I was like well maybe today is not a good day. Didn't bother cause everyone deserves a second chance. This time it was even worst. I'm an American citizen and also Brazilian. Brazil does not need a visa to go to Venezuela. The lady at the counter gave me a hard time saying that I needed one. After spending 20 minutes waiting for the "manager" he said that o didn't needed one. She was like ok. No apologies or nothing. Flight was packed. They were letting people take 3 bags with the to the airplane. I had a backpack and I had no room. Of course I was sitting in the emergency exit so they had to put my bag far. It was a mess. I could right all day. I will never ever again fly with them. I regret every single dolar spent on the ticket. Plus the plane is falling apart. Good luck if you are trying to fly with them.
price included only one bag instead of two. Was hit with $80 per person "taxes" before departing Miami that was not explained in the initial offering. counter agent would not let two people fly because of "expired passports" until it was explained to her where the correct expiration date was. two bags were "confiscated" during the stopover in Venezuela until it was explained that this flight was continuing on to Ecuador. Who hassles people in international transit airports? Never again with this airline. Oh and this was just the outbound flight. Still need to come back!
yo viaje con avior en el vuelo 1223 miami Barcelona , primero el personal del mostrador mala atención , resulta que ellos ese día no quisieron aceptar que llevara mi cartera a bordo osea cuando me fui iba con maleta de mano y mi cartera , pero de regreso no se podía , tuve que pagar por mi maleta de mano 50$ no era justo , eso sucedió cuando tenia que pasar a la sala de abordaje dieron esa orden , según y que era el condado? y ninguna otra linea aérea tenían ese problema solo avior, bueno tratamos de hablar con el supervisor de ese mañana y no resolvió nada lo que hizo fue ser grosero y darnos la espalda, si una linea aérea hace cambios deberían de informar al pasajero para uno estar pendiente y no incurrir con faltas. muchas gracias
