Free parking, no security line waiting, only flight out so you can show up a half hour before the flight and be just fine.

Alaska, Southwest and Delta are my go-to's. Stay away from independent airlines that can cancel flights without much warning. Also, order tickets at least 2 months out for whichever airline you choose, and avoid third party agents, because they lack the protection you need if flights run into problems.

Easy boarding. SLC gate was a long way from baggage claim.

It’s too cold like fridge and they don’t offer a blanket with expensive price

Boarding now takes twice as long since going with assigned seats.

Smooth flights, connection, and friendly crew in the air and at the gate.

Flight was delayed again. I fly out every other weekend and lately the flight is delayed 3 out of five times 🤷🏻‍♀️

A List preferred boarding was nice Asked for a mask and cheerfully received Denver bag check-in is tricky. Not near other checking desk. Have to navigate to east security and up to level six for bag checkin. TSA busy and 20 minutes process thru pre lines Denver train to gates quick but one more thing to plan time for and long concourse walk to gate

Not exactly Southwest’s problem, but the new Burbank airport is not great. No restaurants open and tons of work still to be completed. Can’t believe they opened the airport in that condition.

Flight boarded 2.5 hours late (my second southwest flight of the day with late departure), the gate agent was grumpy and unhelpful. Said she was "tired so we aren't going to follow normal boarding order". No complaints about the actual flight crew.

Comfortable. Easy. No problems. Just wish they had gf options for snacks.

Crew and drinks were great. They lost my bag and were not helpful. Instead they simply told me “maybe you should’ve came earlier”.

Flight was on time and I was glad this direct route existed.

First, off the bat, the Delta gate attendant was rude, inattentive and gave us an attitude when we asked for clarification of our seats for this rebooked flight as we missed our connecting flight due to the delay from Berlin. Flight attendants were all but friendly, rushed through for water refills so you couldn’t even catch them to request more water. Snacks were just OK. Headphones for the movies were so bad that with the airplane noise, the volume of the movie wouldn’t go up enough to even understand the voices. I had to turn on CC to even know what was being said.

I think the crew makes way too many announcements that are: 1) hard to hear in some cases and 2) repetitive. This detracts from entertainment and concentration if working or reading.

Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.

Your survey needs a N/A option. I didn’t use the entertainment or eat food.

We had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed several hours, so we missed our connection. We were told to wait at the airport. At around 11:00 pm, the flight was cancelled. There were no available seats out of Jackson for the next two days. Fortunately, we had the foresight to rebook on United for the next day. However, we had to spend a long day at the airport and an overnight at a mediocre hotel. It was a miserable way to spend part of our vacation. We also sacrificed our $450 deposit on our California hotel because we could not get there.

Crew was absolutely fantastic and we’re so welcoming and friendly ❤️

THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>

I was in first class and literally the men behind me were so aggressively loud I moved myself to economy. This has become so common on Delta - people using audio without headphones, and men on 12am / late night flights drinking and yelling to talk to each other which prevents anyone around them from resting. Pretty crazy to have to move from first to economy (poorer service, less comfort...). Wild wild. Looking into other airlines.

First flight out and was 85 minutes delayed. Notification came out way too late

Departure was delayed resulting in me missing my connection. Delta did not autimatically find me another flight.

Takeoff delayed 2 hrs. Boarded on time to find we were missing part of the flight crew. Then informed that they had loaded too much fuel. Spent 1 1/2 hrs sitting there burning off the excess, which included a couple of laps around the runway until we were light enough to fly! Ridiculous!

The WiFi went out an hour before the flight was due to land so I did not get my money's worth.

I have been flying united for a long time but now I’m done

It's not United, but TSA security at Terminal A in Newark is a disaster and seriously makes me consider switching to flying out of JFK. The touchless TSA pre-check had a line of over 50 people and the bag screening was so slow that it limited the flow of people through the facial recognition process. It is the only airport that I frequent that has this issue and makes me reconsider whether I should fly out of Newark given the wasted time and frustration it causes. As I said, it is not a United issue but will impact United if people choose to stop utilizing Newark airport because of the poor experience.

The food could be much better. Also very unfortunate that most of business class seats were empty but I could not upgrade.

Requested for warm or hot water because of throat pain, it was denied. The entertainment system was hung, requested the crew to turn it off, instead of turning it off they rebooted the device. It was stuck again, no one bothered to check.

Horrible on the chicago end. They change hates then there is a plane at the new gate so we can’t pull in. Then that plane has mechanical issue and needs to be pulled back to the gate but we can’t get to another new gate due the other plane being in the way. Horrible gate management which will cause many customers to miss connections.

- delayed because video screens not working - delayed getting a gate at DCA Just continued bad experience IAH to DCA.

Bag got checked but I thought one personal item was guaranteed.

737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.

Too little snack and drink for almost 6:00 hr flight. Should have serve some food.

At 5:46 am EST, when I arrived at my departing gate, your gqte agent told me that I could not board the flight because the flight is closed 15 minuets before departure. However, the same gate agent escorted a woman (standing right next to me) at the gate onto the flight which, proves that I could have boarded the flight just like the woman I watched board the flight. The gate agent stated "she was here before you". 1-why was she not already on the flight & 2-how and why was she able to board a "closed" flight that I was not. Additionally, although 6am EST was the time of departure, the plane did not 'pullback' from the gate until 6:15am EST The same gate agent told me that the "boarding closes 15 before departure time" is printed on my boarding pass. This statement is not displayed on my digital boarding pass that I downloaded from AA.com. She also told me that this in stated on AA.com whent I booked my ticket however, since am travelling for work, I booked my flight thru my firm's (Deloitte Consulting) corporate travel app, not AA.com. What an amazing plane! We flew a 787 to Miami. Although the Internet was not functioning, it was a wonderful flight.

Crew were helpful, pilot kept us informed about turbulence, snack choice was awesome!

Legroom was decent, but the seat comfort was horrible; I believe the seat cushions have lost their cushion. I was uncomfortable and had back pain throughout the nearly five-hour flight. WiFi did not work despite my attempts to get it up and running. This was very frustrating as passengers all around me were streaming football games, movies, and accessing email and text messages. One flight attendant suggested it was my seat, but that makes no sense, given WiFi doesn't work that way. On another note, I rarely have a good experience with aainflight.com.

The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.

The flight was fine. This survey is not. There is no option for N/A so items which don’t apply to my experience still must be rated. In those instances I give a “3” rating which ultimately skews the results.

First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.

A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.

Smoothe flight. Pilot and crew did a great job. Uncomfortable seat in this jet, felt worn out

It got me to my destination? However we were an hour delayed departing, and we never received any updates or notifications from staff. Poor communication and customer service.

Frontier didn’t give us enough notice that our flight had been delayed. I was just entering the airport when I received the notice, less than 2hrs before my scheduled flight. They delayed it 1hr 22min because another jet left late out of Vegas. Frontier needs better communication with customers because I could have eaten at home and had someone drive me instead of paying for an Uber.

Great flight, no problems. I wish they would increase the checked bag weight limit. Packing was very stressful.

No way to get boarding pass on my phone. In order to print the bag ticket a boarding pass is needed. Asked the agent to print me one, they said they typically do not due this as its so much work. I showed the email confirmation and I asked how i could do it my self the agent replied he did not know as there was no link. The flight was delayed due to an attendant forgetting to come to work. On the flight no drinks were offered only for purchase meals.

The seats were dirty with crumbs and trash , looked it had not been cleaned up from a previous flight

The last time I flew Frontier was in the 1960s when it was a “real” airline. We flew this time because of the price & schedule. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I’ve never flown frontier without a flight getting canceled. I understand that things go wrong with planes, but all other airlines handle cancellations so well. Frontier becomes a dumpster fire if a problem appears for them.

Flight was canceled with little warning. Flight was rebooked through Ontario, California and connecting flight was delayed by over three hours. Frontier is living up to their Greyhound of the skies reputation for sure.

Left Denver late, then sat on tarmac 30 min after arrival

It’s a cheap airline and I wish if they had better seats.
