Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat
Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
First of all we couldn’t check in online, then we learn at the airport we were on stand by for KLM’s mistake of overbooking. The seats were not comfy at all. Our luggage got lost.
Ad experience - been flying many years with them but they are losing out to other carriers with their service and bagage / seating policy. My 2 12-yo kids were not placed with the parent. Absurdity.
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!
Long delays, lack of information about the status of the flight. The flight was delayed 4 times.
Could we please end the loud announcements about credit card offers on your flights? We are trying to sleep, work, watch videos, etc. and if we need a credit card, we will ask for one. Flying is already not what it used to be.
I would like the crew to talk LESS over the PA and specifically about credit card offers. I am trying to work, sleep, watch a movie and the PA was booming about a credit card offer. Could we go back to the days when the customer was more important than selling a credit card?

No enough space plus only allowing one laggage instead of two like other airlines.
There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!
It was good. But the gate team made me check my carry on when there was plenty of space for my luggage on the plane. Otherwise our trip was fine.
The entertainment options were at best, fair. It was exactly the same as my outbound flight. It would have been more entertaining if there were some series from Apple TV, HBO, Showtime or other carriers for me to catch up with.
Concern Regarding Significant Gate Delay and Jet Bridge Issue Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had on my recent flight AA 2414 on Sunday January 18, 2026. What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. It wasn’t great because the third-party from Kayak there was just no information about how to check in with Vueling. And the purchase of the ticket from under pricer just made everything really difficult. I’m unlikely to use Kayak again for these reasons.
It was fine, older plane with limited entertainment, otherwise fine.
the seats were bad and uncomfortable and the food was not tasty.
the seats were so cramped you could barely move. it was difficult to eat when passengers would recline their seats. the seats were so flimsy and unstable that whenever someone got in and out of their seat, it bounced like a spring back in your face. the movies were nice. the food was terrible. even though the conditions were terrible, they tried to pressure passengers to relocate their seats to accommodate adults who were related and wanted to sit next to each other, even after the passengers expressed that they did not want to move for that purpose. on the connecting flight, the “service” consisted of items for purchase. even though the flight was only 45 minutes, once again passengers (including me) were pressured to relocate for people to sit next to each other. they couldn’t be apart for 45 minutes? this was much less compelling than being apart for an 8 hour flight.
Everything went smoothly, and we even arrived 40min earlier than scheduled, on an Orland-Madrid route.
It was budget airline Veuling, even though we booked Iberia.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the best crew I have met.
Bad experience. The seat room are very tight. The food is not good and the breakfast has no hot drink.

No WiFi on the plane. Crew was insensitive to my medical supplies and medicine in my carry on. If the crew was monitoring passengers putting 2 bags in overhead bins there would be room. We sat for 2 hours extra. Iberojet is horrible never again.
There was no water in one of the sinks in the executive area, which is unacceptable as we could not wash our hands after using the restroom
Like I said the experience was mediocre. Nothing special about this airline.
This flight was delayed by more than an hour. The seats are uncomfortable ans do not recline properly. I prepurchased a wifi pass, but wifi was not working on this flight at all. The food was bland.
Food situation was bad. Also movie choices when compared to other airlines was terrible. Seats very narrow. My tv didn’t work.
I was not allowed to cancel the flight, customer service is atrocious
Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.
My luggage is lost and nowhere to be found, no response from airline
Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
The plane was very old, no power outlets. We also had to wait a long time to board. They kept moving us to different lines before we actually could step foot on the plane. We ended up being delayed an hour but we were never told or informed for any reason. After the meal I asked for a coffee which the flight attendant forgot and I had to ask again. Overall not the worst but not the best experience.
