Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

Check in process was excellent. Lounge needs improvement. Food not palatable and no good choices.

Apart from a departure gate change, a good experience with professional, friendly staff.

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.

Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Everything was very good but seats are small for a big man!

Going to Dumaguette 4 times in a row I was late it's terrible

I am a tall person so the seat was rather small for me lucky for me it was a short flight or i would not have been able to fly long distance in a seat that size.
