The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.
Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.
There were weather issues in the area apparently; however, that was not obvious from what we saw outside of LaGuardia. We were delayed leaving (which I understand); however, once we were on the plane we didn't leave for a long time. It may have been two hours?? - all I know is that we sat there for a long time with no information as to why we were not taking off. Finally, after 45 minutes to an hour (maybe?), the pilot gave us an update that no planes were able to go in the our flight path direction (or something like that) due to weather. There was nothing additional added. What does this mean? Why is this? What are the options? When will you give us another update? There were no updates for maybe another 30-45 minutes. There was no explanation as to why we couldn't be rerouted to avoid the weather. We had no information at all. We just sat on the plane (for about 2 hours) with very limited information. All I would have wanted is an explanation as to what was going on. Tell me there is bad weather coming our way. Tell me they are working to reroute us around it (which is what they did). Tell me SOMETHING.
My 4pm flight did not leave until about 10pm. I did not enjoy this experience.
I had an extensive delay on my previous flight and we had another delay due to the crew not being there. We were scheduled to have a late arrival but due to the delay it was even longer.
Had one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. 1.5-hour delay turned into being held on the tarmac and our pilots timing out. Was supposed to take off at 4pm and didn't take off until 10:30pm.

The flight was delayed at the very last minute and no information, both of my round trip flights were delayed at least the BNA to Boston was informed earlier but the return one was horrible
Nothing really it’s just the flight availability that hurts sometimes
Overall Delta was amazing from automatically booking us on the next flight once we missed our connection due to a delay to the constant communication throughout the entire process. We will continue to fly Delta going forward more and pay a little more if needed.

Leaving at 7 when scheduled to leave at 4:20 - you tell me. Understood there was a ground stop. Then having to "reboot" the plane because of a lighting strike, also understood. But basically the flight was a "clusterf#$%".
No drink service but there was no N/A as an option to choose. Seats were extremely tight. I am under 5.5 and I bumped my knees have no idea how taller people could manage.
My flight from Honolulu (UA 1221) was on a very old 757, no video monitors anywhere. If you wanted to watch a movie, you needed to do so using the United app on one’s phone. WiFi was $8 for Mileage Plus members; I demurred, choosing to spend my time reading a novel using the Kindle app on my Samsung S26. The meal was okay … Breakfast on any domestic airline is so-so as a rule and this one was no exception. The best part of the meal was the fruit plate and the warm croissant. The highlight: The flight left on time and arrived early.

The plane left over an hour late. I missed my connection going to Tokyo. They haven’t sent my bag to Thailand, where I ended up. It took me over 32 hours to get here. Very bad experience so far. I hope they can fix this and get my bag to me, within 24 hours it doesn’t look good at this time.
Improve the food offerings and cabin seating. My wife would prefer to fly another airline, even with a connection for a more comfortable trip. A 737-8 should not be scheduled for a 6 hour segment, which turned into 7.5 hours due to the origin ground delay.
OK, I don’t expect much from coach class. Everything basically is pretty lousy. But at least I expect my bloody luggage to get from A to B. Tap Airlines lost my luggage and it has been more than 24 hours in Lisbon and they still have not located my luggage. On top of that, they are incredibly unhelpful. They feel actually dismissive. This lousy customer service.
Food was poorly timed and not good.. Hand held snacks, really. I kept asking for water and never got any. Service was rushed for a 7-hour flight.

This was one of the worst flights I have ever taken in my entire life. First of all, I traveled Economy, but the seats were TINY and cramped. Not just for me; everyone around me was complaining of the same thing and said they could not get comfortable. Then there was the issue of the heat. For whatever reason the heat on the plane must have been turned to FULL BLAST, because even at 30,000 feet, it was SWEALTERING. Everyone was drench in sweat. Then, they were SO STINGY with the amount of drink they would give you. If you asked for water, it was in a tiny, paper cup (think bathroom cup) and they only filled it 3/4s of the way as if the cost came right out of the pockets of the air stewards. Everything was a money grab, you could tell! You had to pay for the WiFi, which was garbage slow, and the onboard entertainment was limited and stale. If I EVER fly TAP again, it will not be Economy class. What a disaster!

Everything was good with Tap Air Portugal. It was Logan Airport that was a problem. The fuel system was down and delayed my 10:40 boarding. I wasn't able to board my flight until 2:00 am...after that my flights were great.
Not have my bag forced to be checked when I had a carry on included on my ticket. Staff was very rude to me for asking why they were doing this. I was told there was no more room for carry ons but there was plenty of space in the overhead compartments
The crew was excellent. What I did not enjoy was the food. I have taken many international flights and this was on the low end. Otherwise the trip was fine.
Seats were the most uncomfortable seats i ever experienced on a flight to Europe from Boston. It was a waist of money in buying premium seats for top dollars. I want my money back for what i paid extra for my seats. Awful conditions!

The chicken was so dry it was impossible to eat. No substitute was offered. The port to charge my phone was broken and all I got was a shrug from the crew. The entertainment system was glitchy and subtitles didn’t load. Crew seemed fully uninterested and unfriendly.
It was my first time flying with Alaska Airlines and it was a pleasure!

Our gate was changed several times, and the gate agents were just as in the dark as all of us in knowing when our plane would arrive at PHL.
Very long delay at PHL. The old section of terminal F is a disgrace. Take-off was 3.5 hrs late. It was not just the bad weather, but also too many jets occupying too few slots, a very PHL-based problem.,
Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.
It was delayed 5 hours due weather and your app should be rebuilt or disabled. I could not change my original flight on delta so I did it through the delta app. Then rebooked on American once delta cancelled all flights from LGA to PIT on 8/27. American Airlines was fine once the flight took off 5 hours later. I wish my company would find a better provider than kayak.

Got delayed several times, and now have to wait 5 to 6 hrs for next flight. Not including the flight from charlotte to Charlottesville had no AC.
Bathroom ran out of TP and floor was wet. Crew seemed a bit unhappy, overnight flights may be harder.
A/C temp. was way too cold during the flight.
It was not British Air, we were put onto Air Portugal for our London to Lisbon leg.
Horrible leg room - coach seating with empty seat in middle on a 3 across seating. You buy business class for comfort which includes leg room. Absolutely no entertainment options either. Awful experience
The on flight entertainment system touch screen system and the USB charger did not work on multiple seats on least 4 seats an in different rows. The attendant tried to reset the system but was un successful. I couldn't change my phone to get my ticket for my next flight. This was an international flight I changed seats and the problem was the same. the flight attendant offered his power bank
Business class was nothing more than Economy with middle seat empty. Uncomfortable seat and leg room. A mom behind me had a 18 month/2 yr old on her lap, who had his feet on my back all the time- while middle seat remained empty. Pretty much not worth the fare. Very disappointed.
Once again I purchase a business class ticket and the seat is exactly the same as cattle class, the only difference being is that BA install a janky table over the middle seat so there is somewhere to place your complimentary drink, the tray table is just big enough for the small tray, so if you are not concerned about getting fed and watered on the plane or getting access to the BA lounge I would save your money and fly cattle, PS the cabin crew were exceptional in every way, shame about the equipment
When bussing people to/from the gate, don't pack everyone in like a can of sardines and don't send the bus on its way if the plane isn't ready. Waited for about 40 minutes packed in this bus...both ways!
A Perfect 2.5 hr flight. No amenities, but we did not expect any.
