Pros: "I would have liked for them to refund my ticket even though I asked them to. They ignored my request and I didn't get to go on to the plane but I still paid for it."

Cons: "After scanning boarding passes at gate, flight crew required us to show them again at the plane door. We had already stowed our phones, as I think others had. Minor issue but caused what seemed like an unnecessary backup at the cabin door. Our other domestic Air New Zealand flight didn't require it."
Pros: "Air NZ is fantastic start to finish and airport security doesn’t make you take off your shoes in the airport. Flight was on time start to finish."

Cons: "When I booked I chose seats, then the aircraft changed and I ended up with the family split. It would have been nice if they had at least sent an email giving me a chance to select new seats"

MY travel plans were canceled and l tried thru KAYAK and Quantas to cancel this flight and was not able to confirm cancelation but still received flight boarding. l tried to get refunded thru Kayak and that has been horrible long unreasolved task now l am trying to go thru Credit card. with this Covid changing world, airlines and travel companies should be refundable especially since this is a Australian airlines. l am about to lose $1000.00.
Cons: "The food was terrible. Why can’t you just serve a regular plain meal. Why try to be fancy with all these nasty sauces. Give me a regular sandwich for lunch and some simple pasta or something. The only things edible was the fruit."
Cons: "As an incoming traveller and a Platinum Qantas member, I was refused access to the Qantas Lounge on arrival in Townsville. All I wanted to do was spend fifteen minutes reviewing my diary and directions for the visits planned here. This is the Irish version of hospitality. God bless his departure."

Cons: "My family of 4 were not seated together even though all four tickets were purchased together in the same booking. After booking through KAYAK for flights, the on-line check-in process was a nightmare with the KAYAK booking number not matching the information required by QANTAS. As my children were all spread over the plane, and two son's look very similar, a hostess almost did not serve one of my son's a meal as she believed my son had already received a meal further forward in the plane. Thankfully, upon checking, the hostess realised that it was a case of mistaken identity."
Cons: "We were booked for a connecting flight we could not possiblely have made given we had to go through customs, immigragion and baggage claim. We had to catch a later flight which was then delayed because none of the toilets worked."

Pros: "The plane was brand new, and the seats were very comfortable. They served food often, and the movie selection was perfect. Overall it was a good trip."

Aside from the 5-6 texts for the flight changing the flight was pretty comfortable
Cons: "the 2 stewardesses disappeared as soon as the flight was in the air. i upgraded to business class in what was a huge waste of money. the fact that they do not make alcohol available in business class is pure laziness, and these people are loving it. keep in mind that you can have water juice and pop. i was given the water i asked for after take off, and then she promptly disappeared for the entire 3 hours. she only returned when i pushed the call button. not good."

Cons: "Poorly organized boarding at Miami. Agent did NOT speak clearly. Uncomfortable long walk outside uphill ramps and steps to board on the a tarmac. Purser’s PA system only worked occasionally. Most communications relayed from rear. My first class seat in row 3 was broken partially reclined."
Cons: "Jammed plane. At origin we were asked to check carry on at the gate to save overhead space. Bags never made the plane. We had our stubs but when we arrived at destination or at layover none was able to help. Bag tags had been removed at origin and bags were opened to determine who they belonged to. Plus wheelchair had armrest broken off."

Cons: "Flight attendant let a drunk male on the plane. Male was disruptive and rude in front of children. The flight attendant then tried to serve the male more alcohol on the flight. Not professional or safe behavior."
Cons: "They wouldnt let me board because they said I was 5 min late, yet I was 30 min before the flight. The internal Brisbane airport shuttle had a problem. They should have let me board because this was the airport’s fault. They charged me 75 extra dollars too. Very lame"
Pros: "Base price for flight was insanely cheap, booked six months in advance."
Cons: "Drastically different bag weight requirements than my connecting flight meant I had to shuffle everything around to meet the carry-on limits, then pay $100+ as my check bag went up two levels. Even anticipating this, it still cost double what I was expecting; must have been the difference between advance payment and day-of rates, but the degree of difference in cost left me feeling swindled."

Cons: "The quality of the staff is so varied. There are a few of them, the stewards and stewardesses, who are top-quality, and then there are some that are absolutely horrible. Sexist, rude."

Cons: "The whole terminal is budget. Hardly any seating once you go through to the gates and its a 7-minute walk back to the food court. Nowhere to charge phones. Nothing complimentary on the flight so if Virgin or Qantas are around $20-30 more, do it!"

Cons: "Nothing good to report. Uncomfortable seats. Not even water seved on one 3 hr flight. Invisible flight attendants. Disorganized boarding. Idiotic carryon 7 lb weight limit. Soon they’ll be charging by passengers’ body weight. $145 for 2 checked suitcases. No option for free seats. Very long line mandatory to check in. No kiosk to get boarding pass. Pay for entertainment. Had them booked for 3 flights. The worst."
Cons: "They lost half of our pushchair and it took 5 days of endless phone calls for them to agree to replace it"
