The original flight was canceled, but thankfully the airline made an effort to rebook to a later departure. However I lost a day and had a layover in LA. My original seat which I purchased was no longer applicable on the new flight and there was some kind of bulkhead that forced my legs to the left. This is more an Airbus thing than anything else. In flight entertainment system was hard to navigate because screen was not calibrated. Pluses: rebooking by the airline Didn't have to claim my luggage for the transfer. Minuses: lost original seat purchase IFE was quirky Did not eat Original flight canceled Weird bulkhead in way of legs
Flight was a little rough, but that couldn’t have been avoided. The flight attendant that did the audio for the safety information talked like she had mush in her mouth, and was very difficult to understand.
Flight was late - waited for the pilot to arrive for over 30 minutes. There were no screens or entertainment options on the flight.
The staff was great, plane was nice, no tvs but trip was short so didn’t really matter
1. The internet with T-Mobile didn't work, so I had to pay $8 :( 2. We stayed more almost 40 minutes because our arrival gate was not available
I haven't flown Alaska in years, so this is my first time in a long time. Both the outgoing and return flights were delayed, which affected my plans at the destination, which were time sensitive. I've flown Southwest dozens of times without delays, so to come to Alaska for just one round trip and have both of them be affected tells me I need to go back to Southwest. Other items: I tried to join an earlier flight, and was denied, even though online it showed seats available. Seems like this would have been an easy way to make things right. The in flight WiFi on the flight down was nice, I watched half a movie and was really looking forward to watching the 2nd half on the way back, but the plane didn't have the same options available, so I had to pay to watch the movie on my own streaming service. Irritating. Given the competitive nature of flying and choosing carriers, I thought Alaska had a better reputation for the little things like this.
Excellent because of the flight attendant Wendy in first class. She is the by far the best flight attendant I have ever experienced!
Departure time was perfect After landing we had to wait for 15 min for aircraft to park, please improve upon it.

No real issues on this flight other than the overhead bins said reserved for premium customers for a large section that was over non-first class seating
I used by Skymiles to upgrade to First so that I could comfortably work using my laptop. But WiFi was intermittent and unavailable for long periods. I feel like I wasted 70,000 miles :(

Mechanical delay of 2 hours without telling us Canadians of the potential compensation for this delay. As this caused 2 out of three people in our travelling party to miss their connecting flights until the next day.
Travelling with 2 others for work. Delta asked to check their carry ons due to the fullness of the plane. This was all good until the next leg of the flight. One of the 3 had their carry on checked through to the final destination but their passport on in their checked bag. Which they could not get to and he was not allowed on to the plane. Even though Delta had to retrieve his bag, because he was not allowed on. So they got his bag and he was in the terminal, but even when the flight was delayed, due to mechanical issues, he was not allowed to come onto the plane. Since the delay was nearly 2 hours, he was finally allowed back on the plane.
The aircraft interior is old and tired on this aircraft. The entertainment system never worked despite the crews attempt to reset the system.
The flight itself was ok but delayed take off meant that service was also delayed once in the air and it was a long time before the lights in the cabin were turned off. The food was pretty poor, which was disappointing for Virgin. Particularly breakfast which was a dry bagel with a pot of cream cheese. Economy sears were not comfortable despite us handing 3 seats between the two of us, I was unable to get comfortable and sleep. The entertainment was brilliant with a great selection and a very welcome addition was free high speed internet access for flying club members meaning I could stream video whilst in the air.
Food was okay. Seats were a bit cramped. In flight entertainment headphone socket didn't work on my seat. Wifi was great, so I was able to stream on my iPad
Selection of movies didn't include recent box office hits. Food was average not great. English sparkling wine is not drinkable. Otherwise, everything was great.
Check in at the desk was very slow pus Security, although not Virgin issue at JFK was a nightmare. 50 minuet wait no time to explore airport and get last minuet gifts. total wait 1.5hours

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.
The crew was excellent as ever on Virgin. The special meal was poor unfortunately. More significantly when we arrived at Manchester Airport there was no air bridge provided and we had to exit the plane down a rickety stair case. This is unacceptable for a transatlantic flight. Whilst I understand that this is the airport’s fault at the end of the day the airline is responsible for our transportation and needs to do something.

There was no internet on the flight. As an executive flying during prime business hours, having internet is critical for a smooth experience. This impacted productivity and time that will need to be spent later to do the work I could have done on flight.
Terrible boarding - 4 flights boarded from the same gate. Chaos there; long ramps to the plane.
Flight delay in lax which delayed our connecting flight to Copenhagen. Was placed on standby the following day and got delayed again at Scandinavian air. Bad bad counter service at ar Canada in Toronto by the name of Camilla who said that she was doing us a courtesy for even finding a earlier flight for us after we the customer are the ones being inconvenient by the cancellation of our flight. Btw, we are going on a tour. Air Canada is the worse

United cancelled the flight after a 2 hour delay. The only choice was a 24 hour delay which was then 3 hours delayed.
Only coffee, tea, and water were complimentary. Seat did not recline.
Overall professional and reliable; only complaint was the lack of complimentary food or beverages on the flight. I’m not accepting an upcharge on things one can reasonably expect.
Movies were old and third rate. Very poor on a seven hour flight. Food was OK but not business class caliber
Although the flight from JFK to Keflavik is not inexpensive, Iceland Air offers nothing but water, no soft drinks, to passengers without a charge. The seats are uncomfortable, there is no leg room, and there was no available internet to purchase.
Was hard to sleep, but other then that everything was good.
We got to the runway and had to go back to terminal to have plane worked on, which is fine, but the 40 minute connecting flight was already gone because of this delay and had to wait 5 hours to get on a different flight and only got a meal voucher which I didn’t see the email until after I had already ordered and paid for food. I feel I should be compensated.
Hard to figure out how to put back the seat, how to get the entertainment, how to upload passport docs. Also, a warning in the airport that food was all for purchase would have been helpful.
Horrible. My dad was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with lymphoma and Icelandair refused to refund flight even though I had a letter from his physician.
The WiFi wasn’t working, so no one could watch any entertainment for 5 hours. The plane also was delayed and did not leave, nor did the staff prioritize those with connecting flights to de-board first. Everyone with a connecting flight to Munich missed their flight by 5 minutes. Then the next flight to Munich was 14 hours later. The airport could not compensate us because the closest hotel was about 2 hours away. This did not seem like the truth. I was not pleased with this traveling experience.
I DO NOT recommend Iceland air...missed connecting flight.....paid for isle seat upgrade for health reasons...had to do that over....baggage left in the rain so clothes got soaked other items ruined....called customer * dont care* service
