The flight was ok, left late but didn't impact our arrival time.

Tray table was very dirty, restroom not cleaned or refilled, generally unkempt.

This was an A-350 and the plane was very nice. Better entertainment system than the 777. The flight was smooth and the food was good.

It took quite a while before the first service. It would be nice to have a drink service sooner.

Customer service was horrible. Cancelled a trip within 24 hours of booking but put me through hours of waiting on the phone for assistance and still charged a 300 dollar fee. Our ticket was somehow suspended BY THEM so we had to call an office in a different country to unsuspeND then we were able to cancel. No help at all and kept dodging responsibility and forwarding the problem to other offices. Would book a different airline to avoid unneeded stress.

bad experience- The personnal was not that good! Lack of manners! Bording was evryone for himself; people with children left behind, evryone got in, all at once. The food was very bad, usual it is good..I dont know if i would fly again with TAP

The customer service I received was horrible horrible horrible especially from the check in counter the were very rude . After booking my flight on kayak I called TAP customer service just to make sure that everything was fine .I asked them about luggage they said I had 2 free and a carry on when I got to the airport said I had to pay for the 2 i said no told them that i called TAP they didn't wanna hear it i asked for the manager she I am the manager and you bought a discounted ticket and there's no luggage with this ticket only acarry on in a mean way if you want the you have to pay $90 for each I tried to call TAP can't get through them when they finally got through them the guy confirmed that I ve called it on the records but it said now it's too late to do anything I am already at the airport that I have to pay and contact them later. I wasted good hour and a half on this and I had to pay $180. After all that at the boarding gate they announced that they will call by zone .they called especial need called frequent flyers zone A never called zone B all they said last minute was this is the final call for flight #.... and I was right in front of them and guess who were the people making the announcement yep the same people at the check in counter

I love flying TAP because I love having extended layovers in Lisbon. Lisbon itself, including the airport, is easy to navigate. The food is great and the culture and architecture is gorgeous. For shorter trips TAP doesn't have as many amenities as other airlines, but on this trip the typical video screens with movies, music, etc. was available.

In this particular flight there was a male airline attendant who was fabulous and who could speak many languages, including German. I noticed the other airline attendants seemed to be giving him a really hard time and weren't friendly at all. In fact, I rang a bell to ask for attendant help at one point and no one came to help. I was just a seat back from the area where the helpful airline attendant was available. I think that overall TAP flight staff could be a bit more open to being friendly. However, on the ground in Lisbon I've found the staff to be amazingly helpful.

Crew members were very friendly, plane was clean, seats were comfortable, and flight was much quicker than what I thought it was going to be. Boarding was a tiny bit unorganized, but overall flight was great.

Boarding was a bit disorganized. I had brought my carry-on but the lady at the counter said I had to check it with baggage (which ended up getting delayed once we landed for an additional 15 minutes)

I have been flying for a while but it is so difficult to find out what fare class you have. the website is not helpful with bag check in information. $90 is way too much to check in a bag especially for an international flight the line at Lisbon for passports is way too long

After booking my flight on kayak I called TAP customer service just to make sure that everything was fine .I asked them about luggage they said I had 2 free and a carry on when I got to the airport said I had to pay for the 2 i said no told them that i called TAP they didn't wanna hear it i asked for the manager she I am the manager and you bought a discounted ticket and there's no luggage with this ticket only acarry on in a mean way if you want the you have to pay $90 for each I tried to call TAP can't get through them when they finally got through them the guy confirmed that I ve called it on the records but it said now it's too late to do anything I am already at the airport that I have to pay and contact them later. I never boarded Brussels airlines. United Airlines put me on TAP or TP which I did like. But my luggage wasn’t forwarded until the 15th dec. Brussels had many natural disasters. My problems I believe were with either United Airlines or Swissport Luggage department

The safety instructions movie was entertaining the first time. The crew was friendly overall.

The crew was very nice, we boarded on time and landed a bit early which was nice. We recieved little snack packs that had a sandwich and a granola bar or fruit snacks and a juice.

The seats were not very comfortable to sleep on for 6 hours as they didn't recline back too much but that is to be expected in 2nd class seats.

Food was bad. Crew was distracted gossiping. They skipped rows during meal times as they were distracted. The seats are the most uncomfortable airline seats I've ever sat in.

I never boarded Brussels airlines. United Airlines put me on TAP or TP which I did like. But my luggage wasn’t forwarded until the 15th dec. Brussels had many natural disasters. My problems I believe were with either United Airlines or Swissport Luggage department

It was easy boarding. The flight crew had been been late due to a bad taxi driver. We still arrived on time!

Understaffed. The plane looked and felt old. Food was sub-par.

Tray table was very dirty, restroom not cleaned or refilled, generally unkempt.

The overall work ethics and the ease of boarding was awesome as well as time line, for hotel transfer due to layoff time was also excellent

I took a roundtrip to Addis Abeba, Ethiopia from Washington, DC. The trip was 13 hours there and 16 on the way back (I think that included a refueling stop in Dublin). There was plenty of food and beverages provided throughout the flight - usually every 3 hours or so. Blankets, pillows, and several movie/entertainment were provided.

I would prefer the the main cabin lights be kept off longer.

This was an A-350 and the plane was very nice. Better entertainment system than the 777. The flight was smooth and the food was good.

It took quite a while before the first service. It would be nice to have a drink service sooner.

Half empty plane was the best part of the flight.

People treated the plane like it was their home. People threw trash on the ground, let their kids run around. It sucked.
