Pros: "The flight wasn’t crowded, but still, the boarding was very efficiently handled. Despite a weather system moving through, the ride was quite pleasant, with only a bumper two. The flight attendants were attentive and solicitous."
Cons: "Small point, I suppose, but when i’m On a “national champion” carrier like Aerolineas Argentinas, I expect them to put their coubtry’s Best foot forward. Having noticed in their in-flight magazine that the airline had improved its selection of Argentine wines, I asked which ones they had. The flight attendant said they had no wine on board because it was not an international flight. Since we were flying from Rio to Buenos Aires, I said “What?”, or words to that effect. I thought, “This will come as a surprise to both countries.” It reminded me of a TAP transatlantic flight I took last year, which had no Portuguese wines in board, not even Port. Why don’t airlines show more pride in their country’s food and drink?"

Cons: "I heard horror stories about Aeros Argentinas but it clearly has improved a lot from how it may once have been. However one area that needs work is reaching this company from abroad. To confirm the flights it took me a week of calling both the 800 and Buenos Aires numbers. I kept getting either busy signals or recordings in Spanish, followed by long holds and then dead lines. The website form did not work either. Eventually I reached a very friendly man who spoke good English, made sure I got e-mail confirmations and then everything was fine."

Pros: "All planes had nice Sky interiors. Pitch was better than LAN B789s. All flights arrived between 15 and 20 min. early. I had to check another bag between 2 flights (I had left one in a locker at 2nd airport) and it was no issue at all, personnel at Ezeiza were efficient and friendly."
Cons: "Although IFE was ok (large new screens, good brightness), the movie selection wasnt stellar, and there was no classical music to relax. But these are minor points. Food was regular airplane food, nothing special but not worse than anywhere else."

Cons: "After our first Uber driver decided he didn’t want to take us to the airport, we found another one 15 min later. We arrived at the airport exactly 1 hour before the flight but after we had to be sent to the international counter, we were only 51 minutes before the flight. They wouldn’t let us even try to make the flight. When we went to customer service they charged $600 to change the flights - 2 tickets. What extortion. I was very disappointed."

Received excellent service from staff in Buenos Aires (had to check in extra bag that my family had there, it was oversize and the agent took extra care, walked me to oversize bag check)."

Pros: "None! Never got to fly. They cancelled our flight. Twice. Then nobody told us the strike was over. As a consequence we lost 2 days of our vacation and hotel fee.Couldn't in touch with their 800 number as it was always shutting down. We went to JFK. There was nobody to ask. This is the worst airline. I think I'll never fly this airline even if it was free. We flew United. Old plane but great service."
Cons: "We got bumped the day before left due to an airline strike. We only found out it was due to a strike because our excellent customer service by webjet.com. Then as we waited for our next flight, we received another email saying we have been bumped another day on our vacation to Argentina. No indication as to why we were bumped. So we tried everything to get in touch with the airline. They only have one customer service number in North America. We called for 4 hours. They never picked up and the automatic service phone number, which is they same for all kiosks at JFK and the main number and the Canadian office number, kept hanging up on us. Fortunately our booking website, webjet.com had great customer service and got in touch with the airline. They cancelled the flight reservation at no charge due to the strike. Without them our flight would have been pushed by two days. Instead of what we did do which was cancel our reservation and moved to another airline, AAirlines, to a redeye flight. But due to the bumps and last minute purchases my wife and I sat separately on the 11 hr flight, in middle seats, overnight with no room to sleep. Also my refund will take 3 weeks according to Aerolineas Argentinas policy! Do not book with Aerolineas Argentina's!"
Cons: "Flight attendants were no where to be found when called. It was pretty much self service. When going around with drink/ food cart, as if we were burdening them. Seats were extremely tight, uncomfortable and I'm very petite. Never flying this airline again."

Cons: "International flight, no alcohol available for purchase or free. The food served was a sandwich, cookie & mint. I have Celiac Disease & could not eat any of it besides the mint. The sandwich was two slices of bread with a slice of meat & some sort of cheese in between - looked dry & awful. The landing was not pleasant, I thought we crashed. Entertainment was not provided nor a USB plug."

Cons: "The flight was delayed all day and then cancelled after hours of waiting. The airline did not give anyone information or make announcements for a long time both during the delays and after the subsequent cancellation, so we continued to wait at the airport without knowing anything. If they had clued us in to what was going on periodically it would have been helpful. They did finally get us to a hotel to spend the night after a long day in the terminal, but the service and rooms were also very poor there. The next day's flight was also delayed. Unreal. All in all a very disappointing experience. Would not fly them again but they have a monopoly on the particular flight we were on so wouldn't have a choice if we were to repeat again."
