I needed internet for critical matters and it never worked.
No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.
It was great with United overall except for two things. 1) It was a 5-hour flight and we were with kids, so we were asking for extra snacks. They were extremely reticent to dole them out even though there wasn't any meal and the kids were starting to hit their limit towards the end. 2) Baggage didn't arrive until 80 minutes after we landed.
Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy
Great smooth flight. Had a seating change, but that was an improvement. Thanks United Airways Crew.
We had to deboard 2 times due to maintenance issues. They changed the plane, and then we got deviated to LAX due to maibtenance issues on the other plane, had to sleep at LAX and los a full day.
Staff was rude. Didn’t give water for 2 hours. Worst service
Breakfast was not loaded at SFO due to catering company change. Seems like a major airline at a major hub would have thought of something else or warned passengers to pick up food before boarding a 3 hour flight.
They switched out gate from terminal 1 to terminal two ten minutes before boarding. So we had to make a 20 min crazy fast walk to a different terminal. Then we boarded the plane and waited for over 40 minutes until push back. Brutal

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

The flight was very smooth and the meal in business class was great.
Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted
No food/snack served during the flight. Crew wasn’t interested at all. Flew American First but flying low cost with Ryanair is even better

Flight delayed from rdu due to too much fuel. Had to stay overnight in dfw. Food vouchers inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast
Delayed multiple times. Boarding was ok but getting off the aircraft was a mess. So disorganized with staff trying to help the elderly but completely blocking path for anyone else to move. Bathroom was disgusting, probably caused by one of the customers but staff couldn't care less to help clean it. No one wanted to use it since the floor was completely soaked so everyone just lined up the other restroom while the staff just chit chat with each other while looking at us.
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
Super BAD Everyone Behind the counters in Cancun Not Helpful At All And then on the second flight I Had to purchase Cancun - Guadalajara one of the flight Attendants Kick Out a Couple Out of the Plane and that Flight Attendant Had a Mask So People wouldn’t take pics of her and she was kind of Mean ! I Would NEVER Flight VIVA EVER THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! People think They Are Cheap but They Arent!!!
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
Staff especially Alan Hernandez was a great help with arrangements for my partner and me sit together. This made the trip do much more enjoyable. Thanks so much.
One of the flight was delayed an hour. We then boarded a new flight. We were told to unboard after some other time. To wait for the next flight for another hour. I paid for a short flight that turned in to half a day of travel.
No entertainment, charging, nor wifi on board but I napped for basically the entire time so it was alright. Was allowed to switch seats because the flight was not full but everyone was assigned to the back. Comfortable seats and we got moved to the emergency exit so the extra room was nice.

They need to have enough immigration forms for every one. They should offer free water to everyone, unless some one needs bottled water

The check-in is either at a kiosk that didn’t allow me to check-in because my middle name was not on the reservation or at an agent that cost $15.
The app doesn’t work. I am having a lot of trouble checking in for flight tomorrow. Very disconcerting. Then they es t to charge extra for checking in at the airport;(
To many extra fees, poor customer service and very uncomfortable flight. No leg room and seat wont recline.
I am disabled and was unable to get any assistance from Volaris. I had to wait in line at front desk for 45 minutes, I am by myself, and unable to stand. When I got to front desk check in, they had no assistance for me. I did however, have wheelchair assistance when I arrived in Mexico City. Thank God for that!
Our flight got overbooked and we missed one day of our trip.
Be prepared to pay extra for everything! I'm not sure I really saved any money?
Check in at LAX was terrible. Unbelievable lines. Chaos. The landing in Morelia was scary, with the plane fishtailing. If other airlines flew directly between California and Morelia, I would never fly Volaris again.

During the flight I suddenly felt very sick, and no one from the crew even tried to help me or check on my condition. They seemed completely indifferent and showed no concern for my well-being. I was very disappointed by the lack of care and compassion. I hope the airline improves its customer service and trains its crew to respond better when passengers need assistance.
Tiny seats, no entertainment, no amenities, delays, they charge for carry on and their allowed personal item is smaller than in other airlines.
The seats are tiny and they don’t recline. The planes are dirty and very small. You have to pay for carry on and even the personal item that you’re allowed is smaller than with other airlines. Flights are usually delayed and there’s no screens or any amenities or entertainment.
Flight was delayed but it was very smooth. Crew was very nice. Seats are uncomfortable but ok.
