Cons: "Your flight was delayed 2 hours. I nearly missed my connection after running to another terminal. There was no announcement made for those of us worried about arriving or missing a flight. I also understand the limited conveniences, but you could have offered water after a 2 hour delay."

Cons: "Minor but thought is share. A party with kids got boarding assignment in A and B sections for a single reservation, and then when A was being boarded, all were told that all have to board with B since at least one in the party was in B. Since with kids, probably ok to pretty everyone as A."

I didn’t like a thing! Flight attendants were rude, they didn’t have a pilot to fly, 1 hour delayed and I lost my connection flight at Miami due to American Airline’s irresponsibility.
The food service was limited and not good. For a seven hour flight they could do better.
I love to be able to connect my own devices to the entertainment system. It works great!
I paid to upgrade my seat to premium economy, it was well worth the extra cost. I have vegan meals and they were very good. Most of the flight attendants were very attentive, but for one was slightly rude. I thought the service was great overall and they had a nice movie selection for entertainment
Left 40 mins late; we were fine on our connection but many on our flight were not.

Cons: "The AC was off while we were waiting to takeoff so it never felt cool in the cabin for the hour(ish) long flight we had. I don’t know if it was the size of plane that made it so we couldn’t have that on while taxiing/waiting our turn to take off or what, but it was too hot and stuffy onboard in Texas on the tarmac. Our next flight from Dallas to Huntsville, AL had the AC on the entire time we were waiting our turn/taking off- the plane was newer and slightly bigger. Not sure what the deal was but it made the flight pretty miserable."
