Cons: "Some of the food dishes weren't appealing to me. But I get that trying to please everyone with everything on diverse international flights is impossible."
Pros: "On time flights, orderly boarding, plenty of room for carry on luggage, no overcrowding, connection through Doha airport was nice as it is not crowded and has plenty of shopping options."
Cons: "Too many crying babies on board, food was just okay, crew were also just okay, entertainment system didn’t always work, cut out well before landing and took forever to reset."

Pros: "Helpful crew"
Cons: "Food quality and quantity Cramped seating"
Cons: "Entertainment and food timings are odd."
Pros: "Doha to hyd was good. Crew was courteous."
Cons: "Even after online checkin. Just to drop the bags it took 1 hr. The thin old black lady at the baggage drop off counter was very partial in treating people. She allowed a black male take 27.8 kgs but asked us to adjust our bags when we had 23 kgs. Also if the passenger is allowed to carry a laptop bag, according to her training and theory she only knows 1 shape and does not recognize a back pack which has only the laptop. I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."
Pros: "The crew service"
Cons: "The cost of internet access"

Cons: "Seat width is always an issue in economy, but nothing unexpected."
Pros: "Check-in was a breeze; considering this being an internationaly travel, baggage check-in process was fast and easy. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. Goodie bag was a good idea; the goodie bag contains an eye mask, mini tooth brush, paste, hand cream, etc. These all were great idea and definitely helpful. However this is ruined by the tooth paste. It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."
Cons: "Atlanta to Doha was about 14 hours flight. The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."
Pros: "The crew who were dedicated to our row came by and introduced themselves individually. They came frequently to ask for anything I required. They prompty responded to a request call. The lavatory to passenger ratio for Business class was excellent and I never had to wait for more than a minute. The food was very good but there is room for improvement."
Cons: "Some of the bread and croissants were not really fresh. Fresh fruits were also very limited and not properly ripened."
Pros: "On time departure and nice group of crews"
Cons: "Main food amount is small compared To other long range airlines. Did not offer coffee or Tea."

Cons: "Nothing to mention"
Pros: "Everything, great airlineevrething"

Cons: "Only complaint is crew would wake you for very frequent snacks and meals . Minor deal. Crew was great"
Cons: "Nothing wrong every thing is good"
Pros: "Very polite and helpful crew. Nice selection of movies in-flight"
Pros: "Great staff and smooth on time flight"
Cons: "Small plane"
Pros: "The planes were well maintained. Good entertain emend choices. Food was decent too"
Pros: "Seat comfort."
Cons: "Food selection."
Cons: "Great experience."
Cons: "Very professional, helpful and friendly. Clean, great ride, smooth landing."
Pros: "International flights are always the best! You’re treated like you’re sitting in first class!"
Cons: "I packed a SOLID body butter that was brand new. I thought that because it was NOT a liquid but a SOLID it would be okay. Wrong! I took every precaution and even called prior to packing. I didn’t think this would be a problem. So, out it went! My SOLID deodorant was fine, though."
Cons: "You can’t go wrong with Lufthansa."
Pros: "Crew was very nice and attent ive"
Cons: "Delay cause sings uS to miSs oUr fliGh? ENT.ert.ainmrt wasn't good eitHer and way to cramped even for coach on that long of a fligh"
Pros: "Smooth flight. Friendly staff"
Pros: "The flight was very smooth."
Cons: "Airbus was warm. There were no personal vents on the plan. Made for a very long and warm/hot flight. Other than that. The flight was good."
Pros: "Excellent crew, provided beverages constantly, meals were very good for airplane food, seats were comfortable for most of the 9.5 hours. Entertainment selections were more than adequate. Even the babies were quiet !!!"
Cons: "TV screens did not function consistently, had to be reset a couple of times. Plane was late boarding (but made up most of the time). Had to go through security a second time even though it was a connecting flight. Luggage got crushed in a carousel pile-up and took a long time to come out."
Pros: "The selection of in-flight movies is excellent. That has been my only positive experience"
Cons: "Lufthansa is always late, every single flight I have caught with them has been at least 45 minutes late. Additionally they are very inflexible if you want to make a change to your tickets after purchasing. Boarding the plane is handled very inefficiently and takes much longer than most other airlines. The food is mediocre and the drink cart only comes by every 2 hours or so which is far too infrequent"
Pros: "Many bathrooms, crew constantly came around offering juice and water."
Cons: "I didnt get my reserved seats, and the seats were not most comfortable compared toothed airlines."
Pros: "1. I like the plane and the comfort of my seat. 2. I was pleased to find my luggage in Athens as Lufthansa was the only airline that in the past twice had misplaced my luggage and had to wait for one day to get them. 3. The flight arrived at the scheduled time and going through the airport , security to my connection was especially easy. 4. The sandwiches also at the airport were tasty."
Cons: "1, It isn't really a 100% complaint because I'm also responsible. As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."
Pros: "The movie selection"
Cons: "They ran out of food- I didn’t have dinner on that flight. We were almost 2 hours late to Dubai. I was irritated to say the least."
Cons: "Late landing We landed in another terminal to the one our connection was at. Had to run and go through security again Had two minutes to spare and they refused to allow us to board. Very rude The distance to catch the connecting flight The delay at security The lack of trying to let us on the plane. The rudeness I experience"
Pros: "Lufthansa is amazing!"
Cons: "The person behind me complaining when I put my seat back. I had to do the whole trip from ny to Egypt up straight. Both flights the people kept pushing on my seat and told me to put my seat up. I didn't want problems so I did."
Pros: "Waiting area needs upgrade...40 minute flight, no time for food or entertainment..."
Pros: "The service and food was excellent"
Cons: "The seats are too close together like most airlines but for a long flight this is very uncomfortable"
Pros: "The lady at the check-in at the Atlanta airport was extremely nice and extremely helpful"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly"
Cons: "I had ordered a child meal but it was not available. Also they did not have a child pack for my son."
Pros: "Everything except the entertainment"
Cons: "The headphone jack didn't work. It priduced some sound, so it might fool a tchnician doing a quick check. But voices and most of the sound track garbled and muted."
Pros: "Comfortable, timely and pleasant overall."
Pros: "Boarding and departure+arrival times were excellent. Baggage was handled well, arrived without damage. Much better marks here than AirFrance."
Cons: "Food was quite poor, much worse than KLM or Delta... no match for AirFrance, thoug I'd rather get poor food and arrive on time and without getting stranded at CDG. Also, Neither on-board wifi, nor the entertainment touchscreen worked, not at all. You'd be well advised to bring your own iPad... :-))"
Pros: "Food was better than American or Delta."
Cons: "Had a screaming baby during the whole flight. Not Lufthansa's fault though."
Pros: "Pleasant staff, drinks including digestive, toilets situated downstairs"
Cons: "Boarding could have been done in sections, not all at once. Entertainment needs to be refreshed more often"
Pros: "All the staff was very friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Terrible leg room."
Cons: "I traveled to Italy for Vacation. Both times, LH925 on 1st May from Heathrow to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. and TReturn on 9th May, LH327 from Venice to Frankfurt was delayed by 20 Mins. Late arrivals caused extra stress on Connections and We had to run across the airport to catch the connecting flight. Flight getting delayed both ways makes me rethink about LH Flights. I will be careful and wont like to travel on LH ."
Pros: "Surprised by so many entertainment options!"
Pros: "If you can afford to fly business class, it is definitely worth the extra money. The flight, the crew, the comfort we're superb!"
Cons: "Too many controls during boarding"
Pros: "Had really less than an hour to pass through immigration and catch a connecting flight to Rome. In particular I thought my bag would not make the connection, and as I was going on to Perugia that evening and it would have been a big mess. At check-in for the Rome flight, the LH lady was able to confirm my bag was already aboard which put me at ease. It came through very quickly in Rome and I arrived in Perugia on time and with my bag! Food from Bogota was tasty and there was a complimentary snack on flight to Rome."
Pros: "The flight itself was fine, about what you'd expect from a short-duration flight on a major airline."
Cons: "I wished to change to an earlier flight with plenty of seats available. the Lufthansa ticket agent stated the only way, as I had booked a "light" fare, was to pay a full-price one-way economy ticket--plus luggage--for about 380 euros with no credit for my current ticket. After booking a day-room at a local hotel, I checked in on-line and discovered for 115 euros I could have upgraded to business class, with luggage included, and been accommodated on schedule changes. My suggestion to Lufthansa is if they intend to rip their customers off it's best NOT TO LET THEM FIND OUT ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE, or if they're simply too incompetent to match marketing offers to their booking department they could save considerable income and reputation by closing the ticket office. As it was, the impression was a low-class money grab. It's not like they can count on their partnership with United to make them look good."
Pros: "Staff was very professional, the plain was new and clean. Food and drinks were also good."
Pros: "Everything! The food was nice, I liked the entertainment too!"
Cons: "That my fellow passenger took some of my limited space due to being obese:("
Pros: "Service was very good."
Cons: "Pasta was so so."
Pros: "Flight was on time and uneventful. Plane was a bit cool and most passengers were required to put their jackets back on. No complaints otherwise."
Cons: "Newark is not my preferred airport. We had to leave secure area between flights. Upon reentry, security stations were undermanned and wait times were long."
Pros: "I am trying to figure out the difference between Premium Economy and Economy. Looks like the seats are a bit wider, but the meals are just about the same. We waited 45 minutes a Newark for a Gate, but that is not the fault of the airline or the crew"
Cons: "Did not take this flight due to delay missed my connection by 15 mins... Rescheduling was easy but flight was not convenant"
Pros: "Food was actually pretty good, and was plentiful. Comfortable seating."
Cons: "I don't think my tv worked."
Pros: "only negative was whining child whose parents did not seem to care if whole plane was disrupted. Had tv available so watched olympics most of way home. Also, beer or wine with dinner"
Pros: "Nice flight not much disruption, Silent plane for a way back seat Nightflight was excellent handeled"
Cons: "Seats are too close together I had nicer meals on lufthansa flights."
Cons: "Waiting for other flight"
Pros: "The crew was very attentive. I did not want to eat the food and the crew offered me fruit. Great A/V options."
Pros: "flight was cancelled"
Cons: "flight was cancelled a few hours before with no explanation!"
