The flight was delayed and food was averiage - only sandwich. The flight attendants were good and gave outstanding customer service 👍🏼
They broke the contents of my carry on that was forced to be checked in.
They forced me to check a bag. When Kayak sold me these tickets I was not informed of carry on baggage weight limits.
Great food on both legs and fast customer service from the stewardesses....
The food was great; the attendants were pleasant. Waiting to onboard felt stressful, as passengers who had connecting flights at SEA had to be verified again for two things before getting a real boarding pass: passport and carry-on luggage weight. The boarding pass issued by another airline (i.e., the first leg of my trip) did not count. The S terminal at SEA was barren, with lots of sensory overloads because every airline was repeatedly broadcasting long lists of names of passengers who had not gone through that verification process. The carry-on luggage weight check seemed futile to me. I saw a woman who opened her over-weight suitcase to move some items into her shoulder bag. She still boarded with two huge bags with her. I assume this check is an endeavor of ensuring fairness of the overhead bin space or optimizing fuel efficiency when gas price is through the roof, but I don't know if either goal is achieved. Nonetheless I respect the crew's dedication to the SOP.
Food tasted like the meat had freezer burn. Another thing all of our 4 check baggage was left somewhere and my oral medication for my diabetes was left in one of the lost luggage..most of the flight attendants did not know how to communicate in English.. the trip was a total nightmare
The crew need to be more friendly it seem everything such a rush situation during dinner and breakfast. Smiles to the passenger go such a long way just the service from Seattle to Taipei, service from Taipei to Bangkok were great more pleasant the flight attendant from Thailand she was very nice, as far as entertainment were amazing , wiffi connection was incredible great, I will be able to charged my phone from Seattle to Taipei and from taipei to Bangkok I won’t be able to do so flight attendant told me that because I don’t have the original iPhone charger connection has nothing to do what type of charger I have so she said there is nothing she can do about it. Foods : from Seattle to Taipei were ok no flavor , from Taipei to Bangkok I have chicken teriyaki the rice is overcooked all the flavor stuck on the aluminum wraps , breakfast the congee was on point and delicious. Will I recommend anyone to fly with Eva air go for it so you can experience yourself for myself I won’t fly with them again I’m gonna stick with Singapore airlines instead.
Never went. Got rescheduled with Phillipine Airlines to Bali, which was fine.
everything was so good! Especially Food. It was the best I've ever had! However,I requested to add mileage point to Star alliance group ANA; it hasn't been added yet.... 😞
• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
I’ve always had pleasant experiences with ANA and that has made me a loyal customer.
UA discouraged people to choose seat on economy class by charging about three times of another airlines. For example, ANA will charge USD60 to choose an aisle seat but UA is charging USD 219.
Roomy airlines. Friendly staff. Timely service. Temp was warm during the flight.
The food was terrible and totally inedible. If you are flying with ANA/United bring your own food it was a long flight to be hingry

I like that we made it faster than regularly scheduled. Everything else was poor. The boarding was slow and chaotic. One person was screaming instructions to people that didn’t understand and there was only one camera so boarding was slow. The crew was not very friendly and one stewardess was extremely rude to everyone the entire flight. The food was not good and not themed to the country we were going to like every international flight I’ve taken. Lastly the seats were awful. After this flight I would never recommend United and will actively avoid booking another flight through them.
Waited a long time at JFK to board with no information being readily available.Left about 45 minutes late and it was 2:45 AM in JFK.Nothing todo. Second deck of the Airbus is more comfortable or seems that way because there is less people. Food was OK. The food on secondleg was better as we had ordered it before hand. We thought we had did that on the long first leg but we were told we did not. Cabin crew was generally nice. There are people who lean back when eating as they wait for food to be delivered and know no one will check -- drag. TV selection was awful movies OK. Comfortable all in all.
Not enough seat cushion. Butt was hurting especially on long flight. Not enough movie selection. Entertainment was outdated. Coffee served was cold. Other than that flight was good.
Humm, I should have known that the seat I peaked on my flight from Inchon to Manila was designed for a toddler or very small person.
The staff hold my luggage to steel and exchange my stub, i was very disappointed.

I’d have rated Asiana good except an unfortunate incident in which I felt one of your employee didn’t really help us. During the first leg of the trip, the flight from LAX to ICN, I left my backpack on the plane. When I realized, I reported to one of your employee who promised me that it’d be taken care of, that my backpack will be there at HCM city. When we arrived there, HCM people had no idea and my backpack was still at Incheon airport who denied any knowledge whatsoever. I was left in the cold and felt helpless. I was very disappointed. I’d like someone to look into this and let me know.
I am thankful that I was able to fly using Asiana
It was my first time flying Asiana but i was very pleased with how professional and understanding the flight crew is with little kids. One flight attendant held my 3 year old daughter’s hand guiding her to the exit after landing while i had my hands full with luggage and my infant. She was very helpful.
