Therfore, i not only missed the fight to India, the two remaining connections... Not good day, now I have to pay rebooking on 3 flights to get home!!!"
Pros: "Malayasia airlines made me sad since they left my luggage in KL on my trip to Shanghai today. The agent in Shanghai was really bad to handle situation. He doesnt care at all. No one from Malaysia Airlines showed off to explain the situation. Me and my wife dont have any clothes to change. Very bad"

Pros: "Service, free drinks, decent entertainment selection, and the food was actually a little better than edible, the best airline food Ive ever had (I haven't flown many long haul flights)"
Cons: "People don't stop growing at 5'8. There are people taller than that, in fact quite a lot of people are taller than that. So much in this world is made without this consideration in mind. I'm 6'1, I shouldn't have to pay hundreds more just so I have enough legroom. And I don't mean enough to swing my legs about as much as I want, just enough to be comfortable. This isn't essential on short flights, but just seems cruel to taller people on long flights."
Pros: "Friendly and helpful crew"
Cons: "food was horrible"
Cons: "The boarding process from at Langkawi airport could have been better if more staff are to deploy to do the processing. As the que is not in one line, it could create misunderstanding among other passengers."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for more than an hour. We had problem getting the attention of the crew as all of them were just hanging around the galley."
Cons: "There wasn't a food preference option when booking through kayak."
Cons: "My checked bag did not arrive at my work city of Singapore. It took 2 days to be brought to my hotel despite my being told they would be on the next flight. I arrived back in Denpasar yesterday and, again, my bags are lost and I again I was told they would be on the next flight. I still do not have my bag. Seems to be a pattern with Malaysian Airways and I will avoid them in the future, Also, I left my Ipad plugged in at the Premier Lounge in Denpasar and realized it as I was boarding the plane. The Malaysian Air boarding staff got on radios and appeared to try to help by telling them to put aside for pick up upon my return. Yesterday, The Premiere lounge said they did not have it despite my name, email and phone number being written on the Ipad. Between Malaysian Air and the Lounge and their lack of concern and professionalism it was not a good trip. As One World Emerald member, I steer a lot of business towards these One World Airlines. I expect better treatment."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 1.5hours"
Cons: "Food is always the same - soggy noodles and chicken or bland spaghetti and wilted veg with soggy fish. Seats cramped. Wasn't informed of gate change until 30 minutes later. Crew efficient but a little lacking in hospitality department."
Pros: "Malaysian airlines airport crew at least tried to get us back to Singapore."
Cons: "Malaysian airlines did not offer us any incentives or better seats after removing us from our flight. We were seated separately and all in the middle row."
Pros: "Latest informtion about the weither"
Cons: "Flight Costume"
Cons: "Both outbound and inbound flights were delayed for hours. Terrible."
Cons: "When they served satay they didn't ask which I prefer beef satay or chicken one even they asked it to other passengers. After finishing the dinner they took forever to clear a napkin so I couldn't find dinner was finished or not. It was midnight so I wanted to sleep as soon as dinner was finished. When boarding they do security check. It's OK. But why don't they use business class gate even there was the one?"
Pros: "Free beer and wine. Good inflight entertainment. Food ok."
Cons: "Seats uncomfortable and not enough leg room for someone 6'02". They ran out of the chicken meal and I was stuck with the fish which wasn't that great."
Pros: "Newer B737-800 aircraft Improved entertainment system Drinks"
Cons: "Seat pitch is a measly 30 inches Entertainment system USB has very low current - very slow to charge phones Food taste is very poor"
Cons: "Lost baggage took 24 hours to arrive. Rude staff."
Pros: "I actually thought the seats were pretty comfy. And they have in flight entertainment, no need to download an app or anything."
Cons: "Wish I had known there would be a meal on the short flight. I usually request a vegetarian meal so I couldn't do it this time."
Pros: "Just fly."
Pros: "Nothing much"
Cons: "It was freezing on the first flight and although I gave requested for a drink twice this was never brought to me. The Flight attendants were rude and not helpful."
Pros: "Service in the plane"
Cons: "Service at the airport."
Cons: "Fight was delayed half an hour due to waiting for a few connecting flight passengers. This is ridiculous as the airline is making the gain at the expense of other passengers' priceless time."
Cons: "The first meal that was given was poor. a single roll for the fist of two meals offered on an 8 hour flight, is the poorest meal i have had on a flight of this duration."
Pros: "Direct Flight"
Cons: "Food was absolutely disgusting. The mash potato and chicken was completely melt into liquid. The air con continually leaking throughout the journey."
