$226 Find cheap flights to Lajes

Delayed departure of one hour and half, inflight entertainment NOT functioning. Plane did not crash and I arrived alive, so I guess it was a good flight.

This was a long flight - 6 hours - and nothing is truly comfortable for that long... but the flight crew was friendly and attentive. The airport in the Azores is small but we weren't there long enough to explore any amenities.

There is one flight a day and it was canceled with no explanation

Flight was ok. Food on way there great a pork dish way back tuna and pasta was not good. Flight attendants were great. Wish they had more soda options like ginger ale seltzer water. Good experience overall. Worst part of trip was car rental Klass company car broke down we were on side of road late night 4 hours awful awful experience all they wanted was 500 euros for help to come absolutely horrible experience we were scared side of highway they offered zero help!

Coming from USA it was nice to be treated nice for a change. Even though our flight was pretty short we were served breakfast. On time flight with very caring staff. Please teach American carriers how to treat people.

More space between seats and in bathroom. I don’t think there was any entertainment offered. If there was, I wasn’t aware.

Every meal/snack included something with ham/pork - even the cookies had "swine fat" (which we only knew because we thoroughly checked the ingredients). There were no vegetarian options, and we had not been given the option of pre-selecting a meal when purchasing our tickets or checking in. That made for a VERY long flight. We were fortunate that we had brought our own snacks as back-up.

Waited in line for hours just to get a boarding pass which would not print at the kiosk or load on my iPhone. Waiting again for about 45 minutes to get through passport control. Poorly managed airport. The flight and crew were great and the flight was very comfortable.

I booked and paid for my original flight with E-Dreams. Also made seat selections. Got an email a few days later saying my return flight had be cancelled?? Called E-Dreams and they said it was the airline that cancelled (Sato)? Told to rebook the return flight myself? Cost was double the original flight and was booking me on the same flight as I originally booked?? Called back, the agent agreed to cancel my flight to the Azores and AGREED to a full REFUND. The agent advised me to re-book the flight on my own. Did so and ended up with the EXACT same flights as originally booked?? Have only received a PARTIAL REFUND. Still out approximately $300 dollars?? Is this a SCAM. How do I get the remaining REFUND?? Regards, Brett Parry

I wasn't able to log into the onboard wifi entertainment, but I fell asleep on the flight anyway.

A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.

The flight from MAD to LIS was absolutely horrible since they didn't allow me to board the flight I had paid for. It turns out TAP has a rule hidden deep in their terms of services that if I miss any of the flights in my multi-city plan they will automatically cancel all the remaining flights. I don't know if this is unique to TAP or common practice, but it seems quite ridiculous that I pay for a flight plan and due to unforeseen circumstances miss one leg of that plan that all remaining plan flights be terminated.

The flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight

they canceled the flight. I was at the airport a total of 8 hours. had to fly out the next day. No compensation so far.

They took 8 hours and eventually cancelled the flight. Compensation has been very lackluster and communication has been slow and terrible.

Flew Business with a forced upgrade. dint like how the bidding went . Then at the airport the seat was less than I paid. Not fair The flight crew was great, friendly and very kind. The plane felt like a bucket of bolts. The meal was the worst ever. Ive had better on tap . this was the most disappointing leg of our trip

The flight to Lisbon from Paris was quite pleasant. However, charging several Euros for each item of food left something to be desired. Further, there seemed to be no complimentary drinks, even water.

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

Easier to get to the Wi-Fi they should give more snacks and ask if you want more drinks and I think nuts would be better than cookies

Hard to criticize after the Crowd Strike dilemma. However, when Air Canada says they were "not affected," I expect that is true. My flight delays caused me to miss transportation connections. I understand these things happen, but I don't have to "like it."

Flight was canceled 2 hours ahead. Just as I arrived at the airport

Great flight crew. Flight delayed but still made connection because I rushed through the terminal. If I’d waited for the requested wheelchair I never would have made the next flight. Also, there was no one readily available to ask for assistance, I had to search for assistance. The workers at customs seemed annoyed to help.

I paid for an exit row seat but it did not have a TV. Pretty bad for a 4 hour flight

Everything was fine, would have been excellent if there was a tv for the passengers to make the trip go faster. Crew was great and the flight was smooth. Snacks and beverages are always a plus.

They changed the seats that we paid for 3 times after we booked and paid for them causing me to have to call them. We had a connecting flight from my through Montreal and on to Calgary. It was raining in Montreal and they left our luggage outside in the rain. Water seeped into the luggage soaking our clothes. This was our first and last time traveling on air Canada. Use another reputable carrier, not them

Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.
