Pros: "4 hours late. Many people missed connections. We were up over 24 hrs by the time we got home. Had to check out of hotel & sit at airport for 8 hrs. Rough trip home after great vacation. Head of flight crew was very rude, likely because she was so tired. Rest of crew was fine, though I'm sure equally tired. Plane very comfortable though."

And in this day and age of having nice tv screens and outlets on-board, having a tiny screen with minimal viewing options and zero outlets anywhere meant that once my laptop battery died out, I couldn't work anymore and the viewing choices were limited (compared to other planes)."
Pros: "The attendants were super sweet. I had hurt myself before the flight (nothing caused by the airline) and they were very accommodating. One of the workers pushed me in a wheelchair to luggage, which was super helpful. First time flitting on Jet Blue and it was a very positive experience."
Cons: "There is a control on the armrest and I accidentally messed with my boyfriends controls (lowered the volume). Also, the touchscreen needs to be a bit more sensitive. I tried pausing the movie I was watching and it forewarned the movie. I tried to find the spot I was at but while pausing (announcements during the trip) it kept forwarding so I have up on that movie. Minor annoyance."
Cons: "Everyone boarded on time and were seated ready for takeoff and we sat at the gate for another 30 minutes before taxiing to the runway. When I got on the plane, it was freezing. It was the coldest flight I had ever been on, and I was told I would have to pay $5 for a blanket. I had come off of a flight from Europe, and was tired and probably not at my best, but the flight attendant was a little snarky with me because she thought I was asking for refreshments rather than to get up and get a jacket out of the overhead. She wasn't really listening to what I was saying. JFK was its usual ugly, no sense of design, loud barking people yelling out orders and a loud alarm at the gate with no one doing anything to shut it off for about 10 minutes. It left me with a headache. I wanted to go back to Portugal where comfort, aesthetics, and human decency were evident."

Cons: "My bag was checked at the gate, and I was told I could pick it up in Sint Maarten, my final destination. I arrived in Sint Maarten to learn that AA had left my luggage at Charlotte Airport, despite having landed 30 minutes early."

Cons: "We made thru customs and rescreening and still 18 minutes early. The gate agent literally closed the gate right I front of us. Argued that they closed the flight. AA closed the gate 8 minutes above the minimum 10 minute gate close requirement. We missed our flight and there was no announcement."

Check-in was a little worrying cause we didn't get seat #'s until we asked the flight attendants at the desk. We were concerned that they overbooked the flight. But everything else was great.
I had requested wheelchair assistance prior to flight. The airport staff had no record of it. It was not provided at Cedar Rapids which was a small airport, so I managed on my own. At O'Hare airport the same thing happened. The staff told me they had no record of my request for a wheel chair. But they finally provided it after a delay when I insisted that I needed it.
Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.

Pros: "The flight was great and we enjoyed the airline but the kids behind us on the way back were awful! Loud, feet in our backs, music without earphones. Not sure the airline could fix that if we had complained and it wasn’t their fault. We will DEFINATELY fly with them again. Timely, great staff, great value too."

They charge more for the carry on than for a checked bag!!! So on the way back I checked both bags, only to find out that they charge even more for a second checked bag!!! Get on the plane, and find out that you don't get a free drink... I had to pay for a cup of coffee. So much for cheaper... this was probably the most expensive choice, once I paid for all my small bags."

If it happens to you don't be the guy yelling and screaming, we quietly asked what to do and we're rebooked amidst the chaos within 20 min or so, while the aggressors were still waiting several hours afterwards."

Cons: "I booked through Kayak but was not told about all the extra costs that could be incurred. I was unaware of the extra costs for checked bags. The cost was far more than other airlines. The flight attendants talked non stop to the point I was wishing I had ear plugs. The discounts for printing your own tickets and checking your bags ahead of time was not communicated prior to check in. It is on the website but not through the booking service. The self check in kiosk at check in would not work so we were upcharged for not using it but we couldn't."
