Cons: Flight was delayed and we missed our connection. Wondering why all the shuttles were parked and unavailable when you knew there were connection s that were tight.

Cons: Delayed takeoff by an hour because the plane was too heavy. Had to kick 8 passengers off the flight before they would takeoff.

Cons: There were not head flaps on the seat. The person seated next to me overflowed into my seat making it uncomfortably warm even with the air vent fully open. Was in & out of sleep during a red eye flight.

Cons: The seats were incrediblely uncomfortable; the worst I've ever had on a flight. They cannot recline. Padding is at a minimum. You don't even get water.

Cons: Locator numbers available when you attempt to check in online. There was none and we were charged 50 bucks per piece of luggage at desk.

Pros: The flight was great. The customer service over the phone and online was pretty bad. I had long holds on the phone and my itinerary got changed, which I then had to PAY the fix.

Cons: Easier to navigate website, and be more clear about what you will be charged for.

Cons: flight was diverted an hour away for refueling because of weather over SLC. But SLC opened before we even landed at Grand Junction, CO. I had 8 mins to run between concourses to catch the next flight. My bags didn’t make the flight and have perishable food items. But it is what it is.

We were about 2 hours beyond when we were supposed to have taken off because we had to wait on the pilots coming into Orlando on a flight which had been delayed in Dallas/Fort Worth. Because of the delay, the total time in getting home from London was 25 hours.

Pros: On this flight was a female flight attendant who anticipated my every need. I wasn’t flying first class, but still, she went out of her way to treat me very well. Her personality and hospitality made my flight relaxing, made me feel loved and appreciated, and the flight felt like I was already home

Cons: The female flight attendant in business had a serious attitude problem! She made us feel that she was doing us a favor! My wife never received her coffee or her silverware. I had to ask the male flight attendant who was very courteous.

Cons: When my husband retrieved his piece of luggage, it smelled terribly lie dog poop. We had to drive home with the windows all the way down because the stench was so bad and throw away the suitcase I had just bought because of the terrible smell. Just awful to come home to that!

Pros: The two member of the crew were very welcoming and kept a very good sense of professionalism along with adjustments to every passenger. I can consider myself a frequent flyer and it’s relieving to have a crew like that.
