I would rather be hours late getting home than feel like my life was possibly gambled with. I have my pilot's license so I am not unfamiliar with having to create an alternate flight plan when inclimate weather strikes. However, this was scary. My boyfriend quietly had a panic attack while we were on board. Would not fly Delta again because of this experience."

I always fly First Class for the extra room and perks of crew service. Crew spent most time in galley chatting. Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights."

They have this tiny little frame no reasonable carry-on could possibly fit into. Over and over again I see people including myself and my traveling companion’s having to check their carry-on bag because their “too big” this is nonsense. These are standard size bags. It’s more than enough space on board the plane. In a way in which the gate check individuals handle this interaction is a palling you’re insulting demanding and don’t give you a chance to rearrange your luggage so I can go into their absurd dimensions"

Cons: "Gate agent spoke so ridiculously fast and swallowed so many sounds that it was virtually impossible to understand most of what he was saying. Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."
Cons: "I was apparently "flagged" by British Airways for extra security checks. As I understood it in London, I was randomly selected for this security check. This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."

They would not accept cash, but made me spend another $5 on a "gift card," because I don't own credit cards. Rude, uncaring, marginally competent ground crew."

The flight was delayed several times, with each new delay only being acknowledged after the previous departure time had already passed. Eventually, the flight was "delayed" to 3:15, but then it was bumped BACK to 2:45, so one woman ended up missing the flight because she had gone to the lounge based on the 3:15 departure. I accepted a voucher, but as the original flight kept getting delayed and I couldn't receive the voucher until the doors closed, I almost missed the flight I was rebooked on. If airlines would just communicate better (e.g., tell us there's a delay *before the departure time has passed*), people would be much more willing to deal with the hassle."

We had upgraded for better seats but it turns out the seating wasn't better at all. The flight home in seats much further back were MUCH more comfortable. I'm thinking the airline shouldn't book the front seats by the panel as 'better' for the extra price as they were definitely not."

Worst day ever Now, No one can give me a refund. mind you I took a day off from work this was a last minute. The reason this trip was so important to me is because my grandma is in the ICU. I hardly ever complain about any customer service experience. Overall to get a hold of customer service is awful."

The telephone agent told us to see the customer service rep at the terminal counter. After waiting inline for almost 45 minutes we asked an agent who was standing there about a voucher. She checked with a supervisor and said they would not provide them, we would have to wait to see an agent. Rather than miss the next bus to be delayed another 2 hours waiting for someone to tell us they wouldn't do anything for us, we left the line and purchased bus tickets. We had to pick up our luggage at the airport because we 'missed' our flight rather having it delivered. We understand flight cancelations but at no time during the process, especially at the airport, did we ever get the impression that anyone cared about us or what happened to us. We will avoid this airline."

Cons: "Frontier has unclear fees, so be warned. Kiwi.com never offered me the option to purchase a bag; I had to go to Frontier's website to do that (confusing enough, but also, I shouldn't have to use two websites). However, to purchase a bag, I had to pay an $88 booking fee because Kiwi.com couldn't check me in. The nice young woman at Frontier check-in counter in SLC took mercy on me and only charged me $45 for my bag instead of $60. Their customer service was chat-based and VERY slow (not to mention they had no way to actually help me). I contacted them twice; once to cancel the flight (they charged a $20 fee to do so, which I thought was illegal within 24 hours) and once to deal with the bag fee issue. I would NEVER use kiwi.com again."

Cons: "Supervisor was extremely rude and didnt let us on the flight because we had arrived a minute late. We asked to speak to manager and he said that he was alone. It was extremely frustrating having to rebook tickets and getting telling my two kids that we had to wait until 4 in the morning for our next flight and have to pay extra for purchasing new tickets. He did reduce the price for me having to pay for 3 people which I do appreciate but it was a horrible experience."

Pros: "The entire crew was polite, professional and entertaining. The mundane flight rules and regs were given to us comedic style and they had all of us on the plane, in stitches, with laughter... This is the first time I have actually listened to the entire flight preparation speech in years... and IF the plane had gone down... I would have died happy and laughing... Customers have choices when we fly... from now on, "Frontier" will be the first one I check... and I will always hope that I get a flight crew like "580" again. Thank you!! Carolyn"

I was only able to drop off the bag when "last call" for my flight was announced. I arrived at 6:15am for an 8:35am flight and made it to the gate just in time for boarding. Unacceptable."

Pros: "Horrible...AGAIN. I even bought a seat in row 2 in hopes of better comfort and a nap. No way. Crew SLAMMED drawers and doors andb turned bright lights off and on the whole way. In addition, the seats are just as uncomfortable up front in rows 1 & 2 as the rest of the plane. I'm short so more leg room wasn't what I was going for. Guess it's too much to expect a more comfortable seat, even when paying for it. Worst of all the flight was grossly delayed AGAIN...1 3/4 HRS. My last return flight from SLC to ATL was over 2 hrs delayed and by the time we arrived, the airport was closed. We had to be hussled out a back door (just tough if anyone had to use the bathroom), down a flight of stairs and across some distance to wait to be loaded ont to busses with wet seats , then driven to baggage claim. This time, the train closed down at T gates and we were detoured down to south terminal baggage claim...but needed to be in north baggage claim. Furthermore, the baggage crew must have taken a break in the middle of unloading bags. I waited nearly ONE HOUR for my bag, and there were still a good 30 or more passengers waiting for theirs when I got mine."

There was no time to get some food during the stopover in denver, so we ate nothing until 9 pm that day. Employees were kind of rude too for no reason. They kept advertising their creditcard. Wouldve been enough to say it once during the flight, but instead they kept on talking about it for the whole flight, which was super annoying!"

Cons: "We were asked to "deplane" so a computer could be reset. Waited in the terminal about 40 minutes, then reboarded to begin our flight one hour later than scheduled. It seems that this problem would have been discovered before all passengers were boarded. This was an inconvenience. A little free drink or compensation or at least an apology would have gone a long way with customer relations. I don't really desire to fly frontier again."

As there were unclaimed suitcases on the carousel from the Denver flight the day before. I also realized for $20 more i could've flown my favorite airline by time you add up all the extra fees they charge you. They claim you get a carry on and a personal bag for free but thats not true. I ended up paying another $35 to check my bag and the prices of snack were outrageous. Very disappointed in how this was handled."

I thought when I bought the flight I was getting a deal but after everything is added in it was $80 more. They have totally dropped their plans so they can fit more people as well. None of their seats recline and they are all rock hard. I have flown in more comfortable military aircraft."
