There was no entertainment on this short flight which is OK. There was also no service on this short flight so that explains the rating. The main issues with this flight had nothing to do with Delta. The problems with this flight was ATC and the ground crew at LGA. Before taking off from DCA while we were taxiing, we had to be directed to a parking area for almost one hour because of a ground stop at LGA. Once airborne, the flight was fine. We landed and then had to wait another 15 minutes because although the gate was clear, the alleyway was blocked by other aircraft. We had to wait until those aircraft cleared the alleyway before we could taxi to the gate. It was a good thing that I had a 2 hour layover in LGA because due to the delay, I still had one hour to get to my connecting flight. So I made my flight without difficulty.
Maybe because I finally got to New York many delays on the flight. Very disappointed that a survey wasn’t sent out on my my trip out to Milwaukee on August 5-6 debacle. Which flight stranded on tarmac 4 hours then couldn’t get a straight answer to book a flight to Milwaukee. Spent 4-5 hours trying to get flight to Milwaukee no sleep then to finally get a flight with only 2 hours of sleep . No answers why prey flight was canceled and no help at JFK GETTING LUGGAGE & REBOOKING FLIGHT. . This was just the tip of the fiasco!!!!!
At the gate I was stopped by security and questioned in Liberia. They were asking me questions about where I had stayed and if I had left my bags alone. They asked me if I had gone through security with my bags since I had only brought a carry on and a backpack. Even though I was compliant security was difficult and unwilling to answer my questions. They marked my passport with a security sticker then told me to go sit down. I was afraid that I had done something in the rinky dink jam packed airport in Liberia that had somehow compromised me but I will probably never know because they refused to answer my questions.
Flight on time and arrived early so no worries about a tight connection. Complementary beverage service and snack only. Sat next to grossly fat person who overlapped into my seat - uncomfortable but not the fault of the airline
It was nonexistant. We got screwed out of 2 roundtrip tickets due to lack of communication from Delta and Skywest.

The food was expensive and nothing was complimentary including water. And there were no entertainment options except their $20 Wi-Fi. Cons: "I paid $57 for the carry on and something for a seat with "extra room" what a load of lies! My knees were crammed into the seat in front of me the whole flight. These people don't bother with penny, nickel and dimes it's all $5 $10 & $50. It will be a cold day in hades before I fly this airline again."

Cons: "There is a ridiculously expensive fee for CARRY ON luggage. The seats are quite cramped and the tray tables can't even be called that. You even have to pay for just a SODA. I WAS going to use them again for a one day trip since I wouldn't have even needed a carry on. But they cancelled my flight just hours before take off. For a trip where I require bags I'm sticking to southwest where the free carry on or checked bag makes up for the difference of the price of the flight itself."

Cons: "Getting charged $50 for my check bag was ridiculous especially since the spirit website was down for practically an entire day. The crew at the front desk who handled this was very rude. Additionally I requested that I have the aisle seat on both flights and whoever the brainchild who did seating placed me at the window seat on both of my flights. There was even an adequate amount of empty seats that I could have been placed in. Finally, why are the tray tables the size of my wrist? Granted I was trying to use it to lay down, but even if I was trying to use it for food and drink, or to put a laptop on, it would have been next to impossible."
