Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Seat average for a small jet"
Cons: "The AC was not cool enough, but tolerable"
Pros: "It was a safe journey good rest and a very smooth operation"
Cons: "More vegan options"
Pros: "The poor cabin stewardess was working the whole time as it was a short flight."
Cons: "This is a horrible route, they charge you more than flying to Europe and give you a one hour ride in a cramped plane where you can't even bring in a carry-on. The cost is insane but is one of the reasons Wall Street loves Delta as they are racking in the profits for very little service."
Pros: "Nothing exceptional stands out"
Cons: "Flight was not on time"
Cons: "There was a lot of turbulence and people screaming in fear, it always makes me feel better when the crew says something reassuring to make people less anxious."
Pros: "There was no flight"
Cons: "Flight left without notification. This was my dads connecting flight and it was missed, due to delays."
Cons: "Notify the delay quickly"
Cons: "Even the comfort seats are crammed together too close. One can barely move. Dreadful"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and we missed our connection in Atlanta. We’re put on standby on the 2 later flights with no guarantee of seats. Flights out the next morning we’re booked as well. Would’ve had to wait until 2pm for a flight home. Decided to switch destinations and rent a car to get home. Luggage also wasn’t on plane to Columbia, SC either even though they said they would be!!"
Pros: "see above"
Cons: "Missed connecting flight because the first flight was delayed by 2.5 hours. I didn’t get the comfort seat I paid for because of this and was not given a refund for it."
Pros: "Good customer service in person"
Pros: "I was surprised by the amount of snacks and drinks on such a short flight."
Pros: "Professional, courteous, and responsive crew and attendants."
Cons: "My flight was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."
Pros: "Almost everything."
Pros: "We boarded quickly, in zones. Staff were professional and courteous."
Cons: "Perhaps more than just 2 episodes of some TV programs eg Goldrush. Also more current shows."
Pros: "I asked twice for a second declaration form as I made a mistake on the first and both requests were ignored by cabin crew. 2 crew members said that they would accommodate me but neither delivered."
Cons: "Not enough searband leg room"
Cons: "Was unclear which zone was boarding. Legroom was comprised when passenger in immediate row ahead reclined seat early in flight."
Pros: "It was everything you look for on a plane. Friendly crew. Lots of space. Clean. Lots of entertainment. Plenty of space for luggage."
Cons: "I loved it all."
Pros: "Smooth flight. On time and took me from 20 degrees to 80"
Cons: "very cramped plan with very little leg room. OLD OLD OLD"
Cons: "Flight delayed 2 hrs"
Pros: "After almost every airline cancelled. Delta still took me to where I needed to go with not one single problem. That pilot was amazing. I forget his name. But the plane didn't slide or anything during take off. Amazing."
Cons: "What was there not to like. We were a little bit late but I wasn't in a rush. I planned well ahead. Delta moved my flight from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. and that was perfectly fine with me."
Cons: "App did not work for entertainment."
Pros: "Boarding and staff were excellent. Plane was clean."
Cons: "I was unhappy with the seating arrangements. I could not upgrade my seats because I booked through a third party. If I’m willing to pay for my upgrade then it should be allowable. I don’t like seating in the rear of the plane!"
Cons: "I never got to Cabo. It took 2 hours for Delta to de-ice the plane in Milwaukee. Because of the long delay we missed the flight to Cabo. We asked Delta to book us on another flight to get us to Cabo today, Delta reps said nothing was available. Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow."
Cons: "Let me just say that I’m a loyal Delta costumer until now. The flight attendants (the two women) were an absolute nightmare. They were so rude and condescending. I was carrying with me my service dog and a bag containing an expensive medication (it couldn’t go on the top bin). Despite being in the comfort class and having the seat next to me empty, we were tight for space. The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. They did not listen and pressured me into giving them the medication. The medication could have easily gotten broken. Thankfully it didn’t but this is no way to treat a human being."
Pros: "Was initially hoping to fly a US airline but will now look for Aeromexico first. Exceeded my expectations!"
Cons: "The layover in Mexico City was a bit long and the airport was not so great"
Pros: "Food was actually ok and the crew tried to remain upbeat despite all the challenges we encountered."
Cons: "where do I start....seats are incredibly close together and once the passenger reclines their seat, it is actually painful. I don't consider myself overly tall or large at 5'10" and 190 pounds, yet I did not have circulation in my legs for nearly the entire flight. The pilot indicated that flight would be only 9 1/2 hours and ended up being 14.5 hours due to a maintenance issue that required us to make a stop in Anchorage. Pilot said it would only take 30-40 minutes to repair (supplemental oxygen bottle was apparently empty) and after 3 1/2hrs I think we were finally airborne, only to be delayed an additional 45 minutes or so upon landing because our gate was occupied by another plane. So what, they can't find another gate to use? The whole flight there was also delayed for an unexpected stop in Anchorage to get more fuel for the flight. Did they not complete proper flight planning? I'm a pilot and I know you can check winds aloft and plan your route with ample fuel for emergencies. So did this pilot not properly plan for the flight? I can go on and on about why I won't be flying with Delta for a long long time....so the 5,000 air miles they gave me as a courtesy for putting me through so much pain...well those extra miles are useless to me. How about refunding me the cost of my horrible flight?"
Pros: "Boarding, checking in etc. The usual stuff, nothign spectacular."
Cons: "Seats are getting too crowded!"
Pros: "That I was able to sit next to my husband"
Cons: "Everything else."
Pros: "We finally got home"
Pros: "The crew was beyond friendly and courteous. Lots of leg room."
Cons: "I was an older plane, it was louder than our flight down to Atlanta. Nothing they could do about it, but a slight annoyance."
Pros: "Two Delta agents a kiosk assistance were not aware of the Hurricane Irma policy of waiving baggage fees to my destination. I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived."
Cons: "When they called for passengers with infants and those who needed more time they also called for anyone who wanted to check their luggage. So of course people cut right in front of me as I was about to scan my pass. What is the point of asking us to come up if they are just going to let people jump in front of me."
Pros: "Friendly and informative flight attendants kept the passengers in reasonable spirit."
Cons: "Left nearly an hour late after confusion related to oversold seats and upgrades. The gate agent entered the plane multiple times. The landing was rough, the brakes were loud."
Pros: "Short eas6 trio"
Cons: "Lack if parking at airport"
Pros: "Wonderful flight attendants"
Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating, and service was good"
Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."
Pros: "The length of the flight, one of the flight attendants WAS very charming."
Cons: "When I asked for a drink, after having fallen asleep and awoken just as the cart passed me, I was told just one minute, 10 minutes later, a flight attendant came by, they had food, I asked again for some water, was again told in just a minute, took 20 minutes to get water. The earbuds I was given didn't work, my own didn't work, apparently the seat I was in has a connectivity issue, so the sound kept blasting in and out and was horrible. I had to hold the connector in the seat. The food option was non-existant once the cart came to me, the only option was chicken, which was horrible. Overall, I was not impressed with the service or flight ...."
Cons: "Flight attendants were a little snobby and didn't treat all passengers equally, in my humble opinion (note: I was sitting in 1st class)."
Pros: "Always have great experience with Delta flight attendants and staff. The entertainment on mobile phone was a really nice add-on, I had never seen before."
Cons: "Flight was delayed in taking off, waiting for connecting passengers. Plane was old, which is most Delta planes, but this one showed it. The tray table looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. Flying into Midway instead of O'hare was anticlimactic."
Pros: "I like the promptness of the service Delta offers. The planes typically are not delayed due to mechanical difficulties."
Pros: "The gate agent was very helpful."
Cons: "The seat was very tight because the person who was next to me leaked over the arm rest into my space. I had a window seat. Also I had a torn ACL and requested a seat with more leg room and it was not assugned."
Pros: "Good onboard service, comfortable seat, flight was timely."
Cons: "Preposterous delay at check-in for a sky priority and business class passenger, fully disorganized boarding procedure that staff don't know how to handle, and one female flight attendant in particular who chatted way too loudly with her colleagues during takeoff and landing."
Pros: "Son got to see the cockpit after the flight."
Cons: "I wasn't able to choose my seat even though I bought my ticket a while back. Seat assignments were given at the gate and we were never given a real reason for this. I ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between people, and the man at the end slept the entire time, making it difficult to get up and walk around which I need to do as I am prone to DVTs."

The owner also walked the dog over to a couple to visit, and the couple had a large cat in a carrier. The dog owner did not see the cat in the carrier for a few minutes. Then, when she did realized it she did not move away. You could see that the dog noticed the cat and was getting excited, and proceeded to bark.
