Cons: flight was delayed first due to weather and then due to mechanical difficulties. this is never a good situation, and they dealt with it about as well as they could, but why TWO bad things had to happen on the same flight is a bit puzzling.

Pros: The people were friendly and you can't beat the price.

Cons: The trip out was late, but that was because of weather, so no biggie. But on the return trip, we sat on the tarmac for over an hour because of "boarding gate problems". There was a loud beeping noise for the entire hour we waited and only one announcement was made to explain the situation. At some point we were finally allowed to exit the plane onto the runway (not the boarding platform).

Cons: TSA at Denver was the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of flying - they closed down lanes despite incredibly long lines winding around the entire floor of of the security areas, their staff was rude and the lines moved incredibly slowly - mostly because they seemed understaffed and unconcerned with anything other than themselves.

Cons: The landing was terrible. I guess everyone is allowed a “opps”

Pros: Airport person with wheelchair at Denver was extremely helpful getting a disabled co-travelor from gate b85 to gate b28 in record time to catch the flight to Chicago. A BIG Thank You to the agent in charge of boarding for getting the three of us sitting together.

Cons: The direct tv screen couldn’t be shutoff. With a plan as big as a 757 there should be a beverage cart per section of the aircraft otherwise passengers at the far end are wondering why they’re being left out.

Original departure time was 1:55pm and was pushed out until about 2 - 3 times for “mechanical issues” until 8:20pm. By 8:10pm there was still no plane and no additional updates; we didn’t board until 8:30 and didn’t takeoff until 9:46pm

Cons: You have to pay to choose a seat. You have to pay for carry-ons, regardless of size They only serve water, charge extra for a soft drink The seats are uncomfortable and very close together. You don't get an option to pay a lower price for carry-ons at time of purchase when booked through Kayak

Pros: Good is that they sent you to Finnair to correct AA created break in service...why would they pay for it? AA is just an operator per itinerary! Why would you care if ppl get help with connections!

Cons: Checked in online on Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight...and not the first -AA. So, had to check-in again for the first flight at the terminal. Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!

Pros: Comfortable seats, good legroom.

Cons: Not enough coffee for breakfast.

Pros: I have always loved flying Lufthansa however we didn't fly Lufthansa, we were on United for both legs of our flight. Like all American opperated airlines they skimp on comfort in order to pack more people on their flight. I hope we are on Lufthansa on our way home at least.

Cons: There was a power outage and the Spirit representative told everyone that the plane wouldn’t leave anyone behind. Once we got through security at to the gate they said the plane left 2 minutes before. No announcement was made. I could’ve saved time checking in online but the server went down (seemed unrelated) and the site is incredibly confusing. Its hard to describe but all the employees seem really inexperienced and it’s hard to get good information. So unreliable

Cons: The plane had some technical difficulties and after some time it was ready to go. Everyone boarded (some for the 2nd time) all luggage and carryons in place. After sitting at the gate for aboit 20 min they said the plane was not safe to fly and got everyone off. This took a while since it is a huge plane. We finally got a new plane and instead of leaving at 8:20 am we finally left Denver and arrived Chicago at 2:50 pm. Out of the 4 legs of this round trip, 3 of them were terrible.

Cons: My flight was delayed 7 hours. I never recieved an e-mail letting me know of this even though I gave my email when I bought the tickets so that I would get updates on the flight. I checked the flight status before leaving my house at 2am and the flight was still on time. After driving 2 hours to the airport and going through security I found out that my flight was being delayed 7 hours and no representative was even at the gate to speak with. All I was given was one $14 meal voucher which didn’t even cover a full meal at the airport. It’s told that the issue was mechanical but I later found out that te first flight had been over booked and the 1pm flight didn’t have enough people on it so they made everyone on at 6am flight wait until 1pm to fly out. Once on the plane, the seats were hard and uncomfortable and the plane was cold. I am extremely disasiflied and will never use Spirit again.

Cons: Flying from New York to Atlanta on business class there was no access to the lounge because I was not flying to Lima on the same day. I bought the whole international business ticket to Peru together, I don't understand why Delta consider my first portion not part of my international ticket!

Cons: The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class.

Pros: I was on a plane with leather seats and sexy red lighting. Clearly a plane aquired from Virgin during the merger. I had a handsome young gay flight attendant who gave me a big smile. And there was free Chardonnay for the beverage.

Cons: My seat mates on either sides were both young millennial females who both had huge carryons they stuffed under the seat in front of them and both were gorging on food they brought with appetites that seemed to convey they hadn’t eaten in days. The plane was fine. The passengers not so much.

Pros: Crew was pleasant and very polite. I like that one carry on was included in my ticket. Enough leg room. Love the free in flight movies! Glad I didn’t have to purchase a beverage either.

Cons: I will never understand the way boarding works. Did going from window groups, middle seat groups to aisle seat groups not work? I hate having to squeeze through and hope I don’t knock anyone in the face with my bag. I don’t like I can’t pick my seat and that my seatbelt is a little too tight. If I get a seat in the back I’m waiting for everyone else to get on and then for them to get off the plane. I guess I’ll have to pay the $75 fee for “first class” next time since that’s the only way to update my seat. And if I have a “saver rate” ticket - I should be able to still change my flight within 24 hours. I wanted to come back a day earlier and it was the same price! But I would’ve had to cancel and repurchase for an additional $200!!!
