Cons: The plane was shaky, and I was extremely nervous about why the plane was doing that. I’ve been on several American Airlines flights and never experienced this.

Pros: Fast, easy, got decent seats and didn’t have to sit next to anyone

Cons: My flight from LAS to LAX was excellent, it was a larger plane , full and was able to stretch out. I would love to fly American Airlines more but flight times for my destinations are not always the best.

Pros: Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight

Cons: While Delta are stepping up their snack & refreshment options, American seems to be joining the downhill slide group. If you don't like dry pretzels... choose another airline. Also had that wonderful experience of learning after boarding that you need to have downloaded the app to be able to reach any entertainment options. And, nowhere to plug the device to keep it alive. I didn't realise that AA was competing with the budget airlines like Rouge now...

Instead he scolded me not to bring carry on luggage if I can't put it in. The bin wax too high for me . I'm 4'10 inc tall and unable to reach the over head bin. And Daryl H, was sitting on my paid chair. A nice passenger offer his help and put the carry on to the bin. I will not book this airline again.

Pros: The crew was ok, it felt like we were getting as little information as possible from either the flight attendants and the captain. The seats were horrible and honestly this will be my last flight with United.
Cons: Having the crew care and go through what to expect during the flight. United has the worst seats I’ve been on the plain had an insane and annoying rattle by the windows and the pilot could barley get through a sentence without stuttering or relaying wrong information.

Pros: The announcements for our flight was not good. When I asked the counter associate "if our flight was on time" she said yes. What she should have said was "yes we're boarding now". We almost missed out flight! Also once we were settled and was able to order our drinks, it took them so long to teturn

Cons: I can't eat mushrooms. Both meals had mushrooms (3 out of 4 entrees) and it wasn't always obvious which ones. Additionally, the second meal with seafood or pasta, the pasta obviously had mushrooms so I chose seafood, even though I don't like most seafood. Mushrooms all mixed in with the seafood, so I had to pick them all out. Also 2 of the accompanying sides had mushrooms. Do they have a mushroom fetish like Cheesecake Factory? Need more consideration for people who may have varying food requirements that are unavailable to address during the booking process. I know you can't please everyone, but why overuse an ingredient that has a relatively low appeal to potential passengers? Will try again, just hope they can use similar customer service in their food preparation as they have otherwise.

Cons: We were an 1hr and 40mins late. It would have been ok but the pilot and crew did say why. United kept me informed by using text messages which were great. They had us sitting down and water could be given until the flights starts but 1 st class recieved all the accommodations which i unstand that is why you pay for 1st class. But honestly the crew could accommodate a class of water to a few passagers. The pilot didn't have to wait 40 mins to let us k now we were waiting on maintenance to sign off on their form. Some of the passage obeyed the rules by turning of our phone. I turn my phone back on when i heard a passager say maintance was required. I would say flight was good sits were smaller than last August

Pros: I know it's not the crews fault for the delay, but everything was just truly horrendous. I was a little hesitant to fly United after their scandal, but now I know that I should not have. After a 2+ hour delay, I had to pay $60 at the gate to check a CARRY-ON that I had already asked about at the baggage drop at the beginning of that dreadful day. They assured me that it would be no problem, and foolish me, I actually believed them, so instead of paying $25 to check it ahead of time, I got screwed for $60. For a close to 6 hour flight, a meal should be provided. Entertainment was free because of the fiasco, but normally it's $7.99 which is ridiculous. Lastly, the leg room was really nonexistent. Truly the worst experience I've ever had flying, and I've flown plenty of airlines, both domestic and international. I definitely think my return trip back to Jersey will be my last time flying United.
Cons: Refer to the aforementioned post outlining everything I did not like about this absolute trip from hell. Very disappointing to experience that and it really started the trip out on a sour note. Hopefully it gets better before I have to get back on another United plane back home.

Cons: I bought a ticket on KAYAK and it was united flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. I buy many tickets going from LA to Vegas. After no indication about any extra costs but only the inability to check in… At the airport I was warned by one of the agents when she told me that my basic economy ticket would not allow me to bring my computer back on the plane without being charged. I've never experienced this in my life. I said I'm not paying and I went through TSA and I boarded without any problem. United has just been axed off of my list of Airlines with which I will travel. Come to think of it the only other airline that I can choose not to travel on his Spirit so United has reached new lows!

Cons: after transferring from terminal B after a long walk then another long walk to transfer to Terminal C and another walk to baggage claim for a 70 yr.old woman and no transport available is intolerable and unacceptable! It is so disgusting that I am a frequent flyer via United Airlines and getting more and more dissatisfied cause of the troubles I'm encounterring flying with United Airlines! I should think twice,the next time I'm booking with the airline for my next flight!

Cons: While going inside the flight they told me there is no room for Carryon and gave me ticket to book the luggage. When I went inside the Flight there is lot of room to carryon's, why they have to lie this BS.

Cons: Pilot literally turned on the fasten seat belt sign 30 seconds after she turned it off - claiming non existent turbulence. It was fortunately a short 1.5 hour flight but they clearly just didn't want anyone walking around and using bathrooms. Safety is first - but this was so clearly a thinly veiled excuse to keep everyone in their seats. United crews continue to find ways to provide poor customer service. Passengers are such an inconvenience!

Cons: Boarding experience was terrible. Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half due to maintenance. On top of that, when we finally boarded, my ticket was scanned and the flight attendant said I didn't have a seat, even though I selected a seat when I purchased my ticket online and checked-in the day before my flight. I was boarding Group 3 out 5, but they made me wait for everyone else to get on the plane until they could let me on to find an empty seat for me. In addition, they were rude to me about it, like it was my fault that there was not a seat available for me. I was grateful I was able to have a seat since I wanted to get to Las Vegas as soon as possible after the delay, but it should be something that's expected when you purchase a plane ticket...

Cons: Two and a half hour delay. We sat on the plane for over an hour with no information at all for the vast majority of our delay. No apologies, nothing. Only text message updates let me know that the departure time was being pushed back over, and over again.

Cons: The way the upper back and headrest of the seat was shaped made it very hard to be comfortable when sleeping (this was a red eye flight I took, so the entire flight was sleeping). The lighting in the cabin was also not as dim as I've seen on other flights that are clearly overnight flights - it was much too bright.
