A Lousy airline. Also for Americans: They don't issue visas to allow the passenger who lost their flight to go to a hotel. They stated that there was a diplomatic problem between Turkey and the US so they don't issues visas anymore to Americans. STAY AWAY FROM TURKISH AIRLINES!
Flight was good
There should be more snacks during the long flight. Only one item was available and it was located in the rear of the plane. It was difficult for senior citizens to avail this service.
The food, cabin crew behavior, entertainment systems were decent.
1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment.
I missed my connection in Istanbul and got delayed until the next day. Because I’m a US citizen they couldn’t offer me a hotel room because US citizens can’t get visas there.
Our flight from CAIRO was delayed for 3 and half hours. We missed our flight to Chicago. The Staff at Istanbul airport were very very unhelpful and rude. They did not try at all to find an alternative route for us. The lack of empathy and understanding was astounding. NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN!
My first flight was not confirmed (despite the confirmed booking/itinerary email), so I was unable to check in and proceed with any of my flights. This delayed all my plans by at least 1 day and I have incurred unplanned additional costs.
We boarded, departed, and arrived on time. Decent food and beverages provided twice during the flight. Pillows and blankets were provided too. Nice airline to fly.

Oman airlines refused to board in zurich without any intimation neither from airlines nor from agency I am an heart patient and got mild stroke when I heard this and I paid 550 Swiss Frances to take the same flight on same time I need to peruse this case on top priority and reimburse the payment. Awaiting for your urgent reply. I want to know what could be the reason before I need to take further action.
The flight was smooth
Boarding took a long time and they checked my carryon luggage saying the overhead cabins were full but then i got on the plane and there were all empty. After i boarded, i noticed people with huge carryons boarding the flight with theirs.
