Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
Great job Southwest! My family doesn't fly often but we felt safe the whole time.
SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
An entire day of delays. Cost lots of money. Meals and a hotel.
Easy to book and to get check in and get on and off.
Everything worked well. Crew was as entertaining as is possible on a plane flight. Southwest still has good legroom:
Chairs are not reclinable. Not ear phones for sale. Seats should be assigned to avoid confrontations. Flight attendants were AMAZING.

I like SW’s approach to seating. This flight was about 1/2 hr late. The seats are uncomfortable. The snacks have too many ingredients to be food.
Made flight arrangements for my granddaughter & great granddaughter once I knew there wouldn’t be a government shutdown. Connection could have been better from Nashville to Destin/Fort Walton on Nov 22, 2023 … three hour wait for 1 hr 40 min flight; once airborne, flights were great👍🏽 Return to Washington National was very nice 😊 Family left Destin/Ft Walton on schedule at 7:35 am, arrived in DC early around 1 pm.🥰
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
Audio Visual Equipment lacking content and features. No connection ability for noise cancellation pods
Delta is getting worst by the minute. Where this was at one point my only go to airline, it has become like a budget airline
Long story short, it was one of the better flight experiences I've had in some time when compared with other airlines.
Smaller plane for a longer flight than my first one. Doesn’t make sense.
Another late night flight and MORE men belligerently drinking and yelling. I had to move from first to economy because they were so obnoxious and disruptive. Crazy to go from a cozy chair to cardboard when you were supposed to be in first. Delta allows was too much drinking which leads to belligerent behavior.
Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
Only freetext wifi was available in flight; browsing WiFi required payment. Since the seats had no in flight entertainment, Delta should revisit this policy on this longer flight.
Because I was moved to an exit row, the snacks in economy comfort, the selection of snacks was better.
My flights were all delayed , mostly due to technical issues with AA aircrafts. I had to rebook my trip 4 times . I lost my whole day and finally arrived in LAX around midnight. This was a very bad experience with American airlines , I will always try to avoid flying with them
APU on the aircraft was not working. No AC while boarding. Plane was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Ground AC failed. Miserable experience. Arrival at DFW, no gate available. Not sure why that keeps happening at DFW.

Not great. I understand delays happen due to weather and crew issues, but it was unacceptable that no agents were available at the counters inside the airport for customer service or help getting on a standby list. The app was not helpful either. I stood in line for an hour waiting for someone to show up at the gate to help me get on a standby flight. Customer care does not seem to be a priority.
It was what i expected. I like the movies you can access from your phone. It would be nice if there was a gluten free snack offered. But I did bring my own snack knowing there would not be a gluten free option
There were flight delays making our flight arrive at our destination after midnight didn’t seem to have enough crew or airplanes for the flights laid over in Dallas should’ve had plenty of time to make it to our next flight only made it because that flight was also delayed because our plane wasn’t even at the airport yet overall have not had a good experience on American
Business class was very good, one of my best flights

Where do I start!! I was delayed with my flight from Dallas to Tampa. On the way back from Tampa to Dallas the flight was delayed over 4 hours+. I was put on another flight that was also delayed but not as long. Traveling on American Airlines is becoming exhausing.
This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.
