Perhaps when you’re sitting in 1st class and the crew closes the bathroom for the pilots, there could be a notification other than holding your hands up as a blockade when you get there and you’re told the restrooms are closed please turn around … especially at night when visibility is poor and you’re met by a flight attendants with their arms up
Loved flying First Class. Very comfortable. The seat was amazing. Enjoyed a movie and was able to relax so much better than in coach.
We landed and sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes because they only have one gate at the airport and there was another plane running late so we had to wait

Delta continues to set the benchmark for traveler-friendly service with minimal disruption and clear communication within the mainland US (coast to coast). I am consistently pleased to be a Delta customer, and this experience once again met my expectations. There was a brief delay departing from MIA due to a technical issue that required the aircraft to return to the gate. However, the situation was handled professionally and transparently. Fortunately, my planned layover allowed ample buffer time, so the adjustment caused no stress. Overall, another smooth and reassuring experience.
Totally worth the miles to upgrade to Delta Comfort. Plenty of legroom.

Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.
I like that the flight attendant was very attentive and helpful. The meal menu could have more of an variety of food choices.

Arrived 40 min early which was great - sat in runway for 35 min so no gain. Then waited for luggage 45 min. They need to staff accordingly knowing its one of the busiest week in Phx
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
It would be nice to have some low carb options in the snacks.
The plane was experiencing problems with the HVAC system, it was very cold in the front of the plane and very hot in the back.
Trip delayed for 2 hours because of rain. We boarded and have to get down the flight and reboard again.
I love American. I’ll never fly anyone else if I can help it.
The flight was on time and arrived early. The crew were friendly and helpful.
Overall experience was great. Flights were almost on time in departing and we arrived at our destination as scheduled. No issues with amenities or flight crew. Everything went well as as expected. Will fly again with American Airlines in the future!
