I wasn’t checked in for the third leg of my flight, my bag was checked through to Dublin but when I went to the gate in Toronto they said I wasn’t on the flight and had given my seat away. I had to wait 24 hours for another flight and instead on the one I had booked it was now 2 flights.
Flight was delayed for 5hours. Food vouchers just aren’t good enough
The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.
The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected

Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.
there was no food or entertainment on that short 1.5 hour flight unless you mean the cookie and the overhead announcements... Those Q-400's are the workhorse of the rugged coast and mountains for sure.
I liked the quiet airport and no queue. I don't like that when booking it is not clear that there is teared economy, that you have to pay extra for choosing a seat and for your luggage both ways. We didn't find this out until checking in. It turned out not very economical.
I hope they were able to assign my preferred seat on my connecting flight. Wasn’t sure if it was language issue or they just can’t.
All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.
Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.
Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?
The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.
The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.
