Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.
The flight was delayed because they closed several flight ways because of air shows, fire works, etc.

Horrifying Almost 2 million miles. Bring your own food and drink. One coffee or drink every three hours. Have to order meals on app more than 24 hours ahead Tiny and dirty bathrooms
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.
Not good , late, and long. We came home so late and spent so much time flying around and taxiing
Stewardess spilled orange juice on my clothes/seat no help no apology just threw napkins at me to clean the mess up. Not Happy.
Overall, it was a good experience. Boarding was good and there was plenty of overhead bin space for everyone’s carryons (even when we boarded toward the end). Only improvement would be to offer trash service more regularly.
Service was great, we had bad departure and bad arrival due to weather, but that we cannot control. Hats off to the pilot!
I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.
They don't really offer snacks or water as much. but it was perfect.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.

Nothing -they cancelled the flight with less than 12 hours notice
The booking itself was the primary problem. The flight should have been 7 AM instead of 8 AM. There was only 20 minutes to get to the next flight and I had to go through passport control. There were 5 stations open to handle 200-300 people and I missed my connecting flight.
The flight was cancelled at 5am, I was forced to have alternate transport home, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I will never fly lufthansa again
Flew business class, flight on time, crew excellent. Boarding a bit chaotic...unsure why groups 1&2 board together and not one group at a time however an issue on all airlines. Designated lines would help.
