Hospitality and service of the staff were excellent. Food was good. The seat was not as comfortable as the other Airlines that I have experience with.
No way to add a bag without getting in line at the counter, which took at least half an hour. No WiFi.
The preboarding and the gate organizing management was poor, unorganized and mismanaged. While standing in the business line I kept getting ignored and the personnel kept checking in others, right in front of me until I finally spoke up and pointed out their clear signs of ignoring me while patiently waiting to be checked in. Once checked in the gate the personnel kept chit-chatting and not managing which group is to board, being totally nonchalant, unorganized and behaving amateur-like . Very unprofessional and unlike the quality the Austrian Airlines brand otherwise provides. The crew on the plane are always fantastic and the best. What a shame the crew on the ground was so mediocre.

One thing I really liked about Austrian Airlines was that the flight attendants were very kind, and the in-flight entertainment offered many choices. One thing that could be improved is the meal service, since only a vegetarian option was offered — it would be better to have at least two choices

Overall good solid airline but got “burn” with my check in the “free” laugage that weighed 8 kg.
At boarding, the locations where we had to have our passports checked prior to boarding were very unclear. Occasional staff wandered around telling people, but in busy area of the terminal this was not obvious. It was also located well after the check in desk in terms of walking to the gate. The Premium Economy service was attentive and warm. The only big draw back was lack of restrooms, and no division or even curtain between PE and Economy.
Everything was smooth and great. I didnt like that they talk so much on the interphone during the flight.
The cabin was warm and few used the blankets. I should’ve upgraded.

Horrible experience. I was apparently picked at random for a security screening - that was the most demeaning experience I have had in my life with a guy poking and prodding and having me take off my shoes, move up my pants so he could swab my legs - telling me I couldn't bring more than some quantity of cookies - I had 3 boxes of cookies in my luggage. In the end he did let me keep them but that was really uncalled for. Harrassment in the name of security.
Liked being hydrated. Carryon weight was limited for cold weather clothes that are heavy... could test to improve if possible.
Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves
My email and credit card were used fraudulently for this trip, so no, I did not take this flight.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Flight was delayed 5 hours. Updates kept changing. Sears were extremely cramped. Very little leg room. Flight attendant was rushing through with drinks and hit me in the knee either the cart and didn’t apologize. They gave a 15 dollar voucher in airport which doesn’t buy. Much and it was so late that choices were limited.
Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.
The flight was delayed because they closed several flight ways because of air shows, fire works, etc.

Horrifying Almost 2 million miles. Bring your own food and drink. One coffee or drink every three hours. Have to order meals on app more than 24 hours ahead Tiny and dirty bathrooms

I could not even make this flight due to Air Canada delay on my first flight. I had to be booked with American Airlines and arrived 13 1/2 hours late. Terrible customer service.
No charger and no entertainment on the way back. The plane's super old-like 80s old-with zero TVs. At least the free Wi-Fi works, so definitely bring your iPad. Also, no meal on this 7-hour flight.

Having the take off and boarding postponed back and forth a few times was unsettling. The crew wasn’t all that friendly and attentive. Washrooms were filthy from the beginning. Like it never had been cleaned.
i missed my connecting flight nec there was no boarding announcement at the airport and my money in the medium luggage was stolen worth 400 cad with my other currency collections. My luggage also got damaged and the code was changed. i hope this will be looked into and i get my stolen money back.
For the passengers in the back only vegetarian food was left, a disgusting looking mesh of vegetables and carbs. Instead of an apology or the word “sorry” the crew tried to force the plate on everyone. I refused the food and there was an argument. The purser came and tried to introduce a wrong accusation, that I touched the flight attendant. As I had witnesses of the incident she quickly backed off and just stated that AUA is not responsible for the distribution of dishes and that is the end of the story. I shall complain to the airline about this incident.
Premium economy seats are not as big as they claimed. Boarding is a hassle

I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.
They don't really offer snacks or water as much. but it was perfect.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.

Delayed, took forever to get luggage out of the flight. Worst short flight within Europe we've had.
The booking itself was the primary problem. The flight should have been 7 AM instead of 8 AM. There was only 20 minutes to get to the next flight and I had to go through passport control. There were 5 stations open to handle 200-300 people and I missed my connecting flight.
The flight was cancelled at 5am, I was forced to have alternate transport home, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I will never fly lufthansa again
My seat electronics did not work so seat stuck in one position for over tens hours unless cushions ,manually removed and chair shoved into different position. It wasAwful. My back is still hurting. Only the flight attendant to move seat which was near impossible. Ten hours of H. No apologies offered. No compensation. It was unreal. worst flight of my life
The person greeting before priority check in assumed I am economy class and send me to the wrong line.
