delay several times and wait extra long to board. no entertainment service because there are problem for some rows. always encounter some delays for the last flight of the day.

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

More storage space and leg room, but all-in-all a wonderful experience.

Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.

My experience is based on one crew member. I had found my seat and sat down but there was a gentleman to claimed to the flight attendant I was in his seat. She then came to me and curtly said, "I need your ticket!" No hi, no excuse me may I see your boarding pass? NOTHING! I was taken aback by her attitude and she repeated herself, "your ticket?!?!" I calmly responded with ok, here you go. Only to discover the gentleman was looking at the wrong boarding pass. She gave me back my ticket with no apology. She then was curt with another man who was putting his coat in the overhead bin, already helped by another flight attendant who said it was fine. She realizes it's ok and then asks him if he drinks. The look on the man's face was priceless. She said she was going to comp him drinks. He gets offered a comp drink for a coat as well as an apology, and I got no apology.

The staff was so kind and very helpful. I had to use handicap wheelchair services and was so thankful for how well they treated me during my whole trip. Thank you so much. Jessie took time to explain his service and what part he played and how others was going to be available to help. The flight attendants was so helpful in helping me get to my seat. Made me want to plan my next trip with United Airlines. I usually use Delta.

There was a 6 hr delay and they kept saying we would board soon, keeping us close the gate... I could have relaxed someplace instead of hovering around the gate.

Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.

They makes us feel confident on the flight. There was no any cancelation and they are really helpful with us.

Flight was not comfortable and crew was rude and not wanted to help, i would never choose united if there is alternate options . not cooperative with baby

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

I like the team but I don't like the food you provided with money. I want free food and free water.

An average flight experience. For our transatlantic portion, they provided a main meal and two snacks. However, the food was not very tasty and the drinks far too small and infrequent for such a long flight. The regrettable part of the flight was that the toilets were extremely filthy. I feel this is unacceptable.

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

They made my flight a disaster they had me pay for bags that I already paid for through Iberia airlines and the hostesses were super mean and racist they just turned my vacation to a total nightmare and disappointment in fact they even had me rethink even no to go to morroco ever again even if my whole stay at the country was so nice and fun and perfect but anything at the airport and with the airline was a disaster do not recommend will never take a flight with them

All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)
