Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. Once we landed we had like 20 minutes to go through security AGAIN and nearly missed the final flight to our Seattle destination. No mention of local time upon landing, no one at gate to direct lots of people rushing for connections."

We were forced to purchase new tickets, the cost was $2,500, we had to stay overnight in a nearby hotel, the cost was $220. We are returning one day later than planned all because we could not reach you."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. Cons: "Corralling people into shopping area by not disclosing gate assignment. Then corralling people into a boarding area where there is no access to bathroom facilities. Then boarding without any order except for some privileged passengers (first class, club members). Finally,not serving any soft drink or little snacks unless you pay for some overpriced stuff. This is a sure way to drive passengers away from BA towards no-frills discount airlines."

Cons: "The new 'pay-as-you-go' model makes this premium national carrier more like a budget-end option. For instance, with the refreshments, not only do they not accept cash, but they don't accept the full range of bank cards (from main stream European banks). It was as frustrating for the crew as for the passengers."

Cons: "Massively cramped seating. BA needs to work out if it is the national carrier or a budget airline. The seat back of the passenger in front, when reclined, basically trapped me in my seat and made the entertainment screen very hard to see.The crew were efficient but quite rude to the passenger next to me when she hesitated over a meal choice. I will go quite a long way out of my way to avoid traveling on BA in the future, based on this experience."

Cons: "My luggage was damaged and when we tried to do a claimed over the phone they didn't give us much of an option. I didn't do it a the airport because I was traveling with a minor and my Morher who is 73 years old and after a 18 hour travel day they need to come home."

Cons: "The food served from Washington to London was very good. However,food served from London-Lagos though good but i was surprised that when the cabin crew who served our compartment told me that my choice of lunch was no more available in the plane to served me. Simply, they ran out of chicken and rice when it got to my turn. I had to demand to speak with the manager who came to speak with me & had to go to business class wing to get me a meal to eat. The manager was very understanding & nice.She took good care of me & fulfilled my desire.She made me happy. In conclusion,every flight should always have more than enough food to go round every parssenger in every flight in the future."

Ninguna ayuda con los niños, a pesar del vuelo venir demorado casi 3 h, pedimos que le sirvan ( en el momento que empezó la cena) a nuestra hija de 6 años y nos dijero que esperáramos como todos, ya eran las 11:00 pm para ella, al final se durmió y no ceno. Las maletas llegaron abiertas."

Cons: "This was really a bare-bone flight. They did serve a drink and peanuts, but it was a lunch time flight so one would expect at least some food. Heathrow was busy so went into a holding pattern which added time and some passengers became worried about their connections. Upon landing they mixed up baggage pickup and we had to wait a long time running between two conveyor belts looking for it."

Cons: "Didn’t like the credit card advertising announcement over the intercom and then again by the crew. The lack of food and snack options was pretty sad but that’s par for the course nowadays. One of my pet peeves: People boarded with out verification of their boarding pass location. By the time we boarded, 90% of the plane was loaded and we were in the middle. Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

Cons: "The Wi-Fi, while with a new, less confusing process, it very expensive for a single flight, but that's an industry-wide problem. As far as what American Airlines' problem is, this whole Economy class ticket system. Even with Economy Plus, there's less leg room than they used to have, and it becomes a comfort issue. And for the record, I'm average height."

Cons: "There was an issue where someone had boarded and somehow taken my seat. I was asked to wait until the very end and then allowed in my seat once the passenger in my designated seat was asked to deboard the plane. I don't know how that could have happened."

Cons: "Kayak messed up royally by saying this flight was an Iberian. We went to the Iberian terminal as the email I received said the flight was an Iberian. After waiting on line for twenty minutes we were informed that this changed to an American Airlines/ British airways flight. We had to AirTran to the next terminal and almost missed the flight. Kayak needs to keep their customers better informed."

I'm going to try to avoid American Airlines as much as I can!"

Pros: "I usually don't like or at the meal in coach, but I had a ravioli pasta dish that was great. Also the wine was a much better quality then what I have been getting on the other airlines."
Cons: "On my particular row of seats the power outlets were dead. The flight attendant tried to reset, which reset the entertainment but the outlet remained dead. Used the USB port to charge."

Cons: "One half hour before boarding we learned there was a delay. Obviously, American Airlines knew way before this time of the delay. At 6:00 p.m we were told they were bringing another plane from the hanger. The plane showed up around 9:00 p.m ... must be a long trip from the hanger. Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

Lastly the seats were stuck in the upright posiRion the entire flight. And the attendants walked by me with food but never attempted to actually offer it to me."
