Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.
Late, dirty cabin, charging ports broken, uncomfortable, no tomato juice, barely edible food
Flight on time, landed well ahead of schedule. Attendants were excellent and responsive

Rude Iberia security crew at the Madrid terminal. No Iberia officials to be found to redress complaints at the gate. No supervisors. Nothing for processing upgrades at the gate Iberia app did not work to let me upgrade my options to higher classes. No water was offered on a hot day in Madrid. Madrid airport air conditioning was so weak that people were sweating. Never book on any airlines that codeshare with Iberia.
Great if not for the boarding by bus at Heathrow terminal 3. Medieval disappointing time-consuming and very hard on handicapped flyers. It was awful
All reviews good because...flight from BWI to London ,economy seats was miserable. I usually book 1,step up from economy but this would have added 1500 bucks 1 way. Bit the bullet and upgraded for retun flight, otherwise all ratings would have been rock bottom.
Do not use KAYAK or Finair for future travel. Unless you purchase the tickets directly from the airline, you were going to have a difficult time checking in. Kayak canceled my flights twice and ended up causing great difficulty in me getting back from Europe because they double sold my tickets between American Airlines and Finair. The event caused significant delays and led to me having to rebook my flights.
It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope
Flight were delayed which made me miss all the other flights. Bags are still missing from 2 weeks ago. This airline is worse the Spirit Airlines!
Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.
The seat was paid for but given for some different person .
Krakow airport is very disorganized. nice seats. friendly crew. long legs had screens. short leg did not
Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.
I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.
All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!
Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..
Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
It was ok but no WiFi I think I’ll fly Iceland air next time
I feel the service staff do not treat American customers well. I also feel there may be discrimination against minorities.
My daughter always gets sick when we order the gluten free meal option. Internet didn’t work as advertised.
The flight was very cold, and the seats were rather uncomfortable. The food has been better on our other SAS experiences. Most significantly, the luggage with most of my wife's personal items and clothes didn't make the flight. Hoping for a quick resolution, but no real opportunity to speak with a Human has us concerned.

We were sitting in SAS plus. Super friendly, service that went above and beyond on a Full Flight too! Meals were deliscious and trays were cleared promptly. Generous drinks offered throughout the flight. Would like to suggest better movies on offer to watch.... In all genres and maybe more cooking shows? There was only 1, Nadia's Everyday Baking... Thank you
This was my first time flying SAS and used them for 4 flights. The crews, flight and communication was outstanding. I flew premium economy and was extremely impressed by their SAS lounges. I will 100% ise SAS again. Everyone was so pleasant!

The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.

I wish the plane had pod seating for business class. I had a window seat (8K) and I had to climb over the person sitting on the aisle when I needed to get up. Also there is no partition between the seats for privacy when sleeping. The Asian airlines have much nicer business class seating. Their seats are wider for better comfort when sleeping.
The seat space seemed small especially when the person ahead reclined but other than that, very good.
Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.
