Late flight Delays Poor service Poor staff Worst airline ever

Luggage transfer in Chicago was not performed in time. I received my luggage at my destination two days later.

We had the best help ever from the airport workers who helped us check in and get our luggage through even though the checkout was closed. We had gotten so lost that a 90 minute drive became 3 hours. They were fast and courteous and even helped with our rental car. Thank you to them!

Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.

Both flights were delayed over 1 hour. And I had to pay for seats, even though my reservation supposedly included free seat selection.

We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

Flight was cancelled I was rebooked I dont know if I will fly back home onnLH again Its a very sad story!

Bad! Disaster!! The LH419 was cancelled after 4 hrs on board with no AC and no toilets

The seating arrangement by having privacy screens would have been more appealing. If you sit in the business class, you pay for extra comfort and privacy. Other than that, the service was excellent and the staff very professional.
