Pros: During my experience on 19 November I encountered only wonderful crew members, from the gate attendants to the on-flight crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind.
Cons: Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen.

Cons: The ground crew (in Detroit) were unfriendly and rude. I asked two simply which line I should be in, the First lady just ignored me, the second gentleman rudely told me where to stand. They were not terribly busy at the time and I politely asked as I was unsure which line to be in. The flight attendants (only from ORF to Detroit) also were unfriendly with an attitude. Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!

Cons: I would’ve appreciated if the crew did not blame a very evident turn-around delay on weather. The TAF and METAR in Halifax do not support that. It looks more like the crew was trying to hide their incompetence. This delay prevented me from catching my connection in Calgary. Needless to say, Westjet refused to take their responsibilities.

Cons: Hello, I just needed to voice my dissatisfaction with this fight. I’m not sure if every Westjet flight I was lucky and had amazing crew members or if the staff on this flight was having a bad flight. Our flight was delayed by 75min. The flight crew did not attend to any requests from the customers for the 75min we were on the tarmac. I asked for headphones and the crew member look agitated I asked made a remark about how nobody buys them so she didn’t know how much they are. She said she would come back with the price, and did not. I had to wait for the beverage cart and then order them again. Then I asked for an additional can of ginger ale. The gentleman said he’ll need to come back (as he was cleaning the garbage). He never came back. I had to hit the assistance button again and got the original woman. Once again agitated and when I asked she said to wait for the beverage cart again. After another 10-15min they started the beverage service again. On previous flights there were delays, shorter like 30min westjet crew members gave free headphones. And those are the kind of experiences I’ve come to expect from westjet. Not the free aspect but flight crew that care about the customers. The entire crew on this flight was agitated and annoyed from boarding and it definitely showed. Small things like even a smile or even sorry everyone, would’ve gone a long way. But when the crew doesn’t care the flight gets 10x longer, and when the flight is already delayed by 25% of the flight duration it comes to a point where you’re counting down the seconds to get out. The delay was unfortunate and out of the control of the company and crew but that doesn’t mean the crew couldn’t still make it into a memorable experience for the guests.

Cons: Today in Montreal during boarding the lady coordinating did not give priority to people with children. We were at leastthree families - we were all upset with the situation. However as I have had very good experiences with west jet I consider this an isolated issue.

Pros: Always pleasant to find that in an 'ordinary' seat my knees are not embedded in the seat in front of me. The USB power at the seat is important - I know everybody has it now, but still worth saying.
Cons: Elbow crunch by a passing service cart is an unpleasant way to awaken from a doze. Is there some way that service people can be a bit more aware of (living) obstacles?

Pros: WS Care Center staff Minmico (think it was her name) arranged the 4:15 flight instead of the 6 pm flight but only because I requested her to check that flight when I returned to the CC to find out if it was possible to get on an earlier flight. I should have been advised when I first arrived at the CC from my delayed flight from Toronto that I could check back at the CC to see if there was a cancellation. Minmico allowed me to use her phone a couple of times to call my husband to advise him of the changes in my flight, which was very helpful. She tried hard just prior to the flight departure to have my bag delivered to the 4:15 flight but was unsuccessful. She gave me food vouchers, which I liked. I also thought the WS CC staff in Abbotsford was very helpful explaining the process for making a baggage claim when my bag didn't arrive due to my last minute flight change - the $100 voucher was appreciated when I picked up my bag the next day.
Cons: Had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours because the computer was being fixed on the plane. Crew did not communicate in a timely manner about when we would be flying.The plane should not have been in operation if the computer didn't work and passengers should not have had to wait on the plane for two hours while it was fixed. I missed my WS connecting flight to Abbotsford from Calgary and was only rescheduled on a plane departing 6 hours later! No one at WesJet Care suggested there may be a cancellation on an earlier flight - I had to arrange it by returning to the WS Care Center. I just barely made it onto an earlier 4:15 pm flight but without my bag which was put onto the later 6 pm flight. I chose to return the next day to pick up my bag.

Cons: Checking in at Airport very slow, I had a terrible experience even thought I spoke to them several times at checking counter. And missed my ride home as a consecuencia of arriving late.

Pros: The over all star rating should have five stars. I mistakenly pressed something and it went to one And I could not figure out how to get it back to five. Everything was on time which I so appreciated.

Cons: Due to the fact that my trip to was not clearly indicated as non stop it is the first time in thirty years of regular travel that I did not have a direct flight to Calgary. Then I was not able to change my flight at the airport even though there was room available on a direct Westjet flight leaving as close to the same time. But the worst part as after landing we waited for a very long time for the plane to pull up to a gate (unnecessarily burning fuel and poluting the environment). And finally we waited another very long time for the doors of the plane to be opened for disembarkation. More than 3/4 of an hour waiting on the ground after a one hour flight very late in the evening. As a result I hat to take a cab home from the airport. Now I will try my best to not fly Westjet.

Pros: West Jet just runs a relaxed yet professional airline. They are just more laid back and accommodating. You can use any bathroom on the plane as well which is huge on those rare times you need to use it. They are funny and chatty and seem to enjoy working together which all translates to a less rushed and relaxed experience for us the passenger. I really can’t complain....I had an entire row to myself....the best you can hope for, when riding on a plain for hours that’s like winning the lottery!

Pros: I like West Jet over all and it is my preferred airline, as it flies direct between most cities I need to visit. The price is decent and the majority of time the in flight staff are reasonable. I had another flight recently where they were excellent.
Cons: The flight attendants were a little dour. Whether due to the time of flight or that they were leaving Orlando, I don't know, but I was expecting a little more cheer or at least positivity from them. Also the flight was "running low" on drinks and so I they only came through the cabin once to offer soft drinks, which I needed as I had still to catch a red eye and function during my layover. I wasn't pleased with them. Lastly the West Jet connect app worked just fine for my ipad but despite advertising my wife was unable to get it to work on her computer (mac) despite multiple attempts. If TVs are no longer going to be standard on planes someone needs to be present to help with I.T. when the system isn't working as advertised.

Lucky Westjet flight delayed (usual) And made flight by running to gate. Then get to sit on plane for an hour. AGAIN. Two flights on Westjet and two delayed and two sat in the plane an hour. First time missed my connecting to Hong Kong and Bangkok. I know nothing perfect, but this seems to be the norm. Next time will try to find someone else to fly with.

Pros: I liked the fact that all the movies food and beverages were included in my Plus seat.
Cons: This was my first time booking a PLUS seat and never realized that row 2A seat sucks. Its a bulkead row seat that is by the window. This seat was worse to sit in than any other seat on the plane. This seat is located were the plane starts to curve in toward the front of the plane reducing the seat width, I have a 33" waist and it was tight. The arm wrests in this row don't come up as they stow your table, as well the leg room is only as good as a regular seat because of the bulkhead location. So FYI do not book this seat on a long flight.

Pros: There was one nice, friendly flight attendant. Nice to have a variety of beverages and pretzels offered (I feel I don't expect this anymore from domestic flights-- usually just expecting the coffee or water option).
Cons: The seats were up there with the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced--mostly due to the lack of ability to recline. I feel a four hour flight is sufficiently long enough to provide people some space to relax. We were delayed for whatever reason, lack of communication from staff to the passengers that were boarded really quite early (perhaps too early). One of the staff, while nice enough, was being a bit snarky to people as they were trying to, what I thought was helpfully, give them their garbage.

Pros: The staff were friendly as they had to deal with many annoyed customers. I thought the staff handled the constant delays and cancellations well.
Cons: My flight to Calgary never happened. In fact due to weather conditions, many, many flights were delayed, some cancelled. No more flights to Penticton, so I had to take a flight to Kelowna after 6:00pm or fly the next day. I met a couple to share a ride to Penticton once I reached Kelowna. My luggage was lost in Calgary and so I went on to Penticton, to Osoyoos. The next day, West Jet delivered my suitcase to me. I appreciate the voucher I was given to buy a few things and the promptness of my luggage. We live in Canada, the weather in the winter can be quite an annoyance and so it was last week.

Pros: Crew was amazing, seats were comfortable. Only negative is out of your control - bad weather in DFW held up departure 5-6 hours. Much of that was on the plane, but crew kept us notified. We had to return to the gate and wait another couple of hours. Awful trip, but not your fault. What I was surprised by was no comp hotel, and the discounts were not rally good discounts.
Cons: Most of my issues were ATC problems, not AA. The AA personnel kept us informed, etc. The one thing you can control is hotels if delayed to the point of missing all connection until the next afternoon. I understand not compi9ng BUT, when google maps shows better rates at local hotels than your "discount" program, that's sad.

Pros: The crew was amazing. It would be nice to be informed that although beverage service is suspended, you can still request drinks that are available. I had to find this on the website and didn't get anything by a tiny water bottle for both of my 3+ hour flights.
Cons: I understand main cabin isn't supposed to be as upscale as 1st class, but it would do well if the seats were a bit more comfortable and the headrest was softer, it feels like a lump or sack of potatoes. Very stiff and hard. Also, having enough arm room would be nice so you're not fighting the person next to you for space on the armrest.

However, we were later switch to another plane 4 hr later, boarded, de iced, taxied, then notified he flight was cancelled at 1 am because the crew hit their maximum work time. We were de-boarded. There was no organization to get vouchers passed out. The hotel ran out of rooms for passengers. The whole trip was 16 hrs delayed and no customer service provided.

Cons: Check in staff was unprepared for volume of people. When asking an American Airlines agent if I could use the priority check in because I had priority seating I was told no. I was informed by a customer going that way that I indeed could. When I got in line for the priority check in, the agent looked over and very loudly said that I was in the wrong check in area. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location.

Pros: My flight wasn't completely full, so I had a row to myself. The pilot was excellent; takeoff and landing were very smooth.
Cons: I had to gate check my luggage because of the small plane size. Had I had a shorter layover this could have caused an issue for me.

Supposed to arrive in Philly approximately 2:24pm - we didn't arrive until 3:03pm. Baggage took another 20-30 minutes. All American emoloyees looked tired. Not one smile either to Orlando or from Orlando. (Oh yeah - we were late taking off to start my vacation from Philly because a crew failed to arrive to "start the engines of the aircraft," per captain's announcement. The entire aircraft boarded and sat, again, for 30 minutes without any air conditioning or air flow in the cabin.) Blah experience. Blah employees. And two different captains announced the reasons for delay with an "annoyed tone."

Pros: Left on time, seemed to have a little more leg room than on previous flights. Experienced some air turbulence, but not sure pilot could have done anything about it. Delayed refreshments, but the attendants still managed to serve everyone.
Cons: Seemed to take a long time for luggage to arrive; not sure what problem was. Not sure why we had to claim our luggage, only to turn it in again right away.

Should have waited a little longer at 1st de-icing so we could have left in allotted time period (20 minutes after application). Also fairly certain we left Toronto Airport past the 20 minutes of 2nd de-icing. Which resulted in many passengers missing connection flights (myself included) with as much as a “We are sorry” from Air Canada. I know the weather was an issue, but wasn’t sole cause.

Pros: Crew as always with air Canada were very accommodating. Always smiling!

Cons: The flight was delayed which happens, but there was no communication as to why or how long it would be or any other information. In flight the crew were barely visible as I had to ask for refreshments and then they brought it around for everyone. Next was cleanup which took way longer before it showed up.

Pros: Both going and returning flights left and arrived on time. The crew were good. Boarding and unloading went fast and efficiently and bags arrived fairly quickly and not damaged.
Cons: The rouge entertainment system didn’t work. It seems like it’s old technology that was used when only some passengers used it. Now every seat has a device trying to log in. System just can’t support the high volumn of use. It worked on the return flight but most passengers were sleeping.

Cons: At least from my experience, Air Canada is late half the time. This last leg was 6 hours late. No check-in availability notification on the second leg, and I got the flight delay notification after I landed (6 hours later)! Pretty useless. Everything is nickle and dimed with no included food except for the tiny snack thing on a 6 hour flight. It's pretty difficult to get their app to work for entertainment.

Cons: Ended up missing this connecting flight to Calgary . Our plane left 45 minutes late from Phoenix because of a gas spill so when we got to Vancouver from Phoenix, we had to go through customs which took extra time. When we first landed in Vancouver and before we even got off the plane, we had 5 minutes to board onto our next flight which obviously was not going to happen. We rushed through customs and still might have been able to board our flight at the last possible minute except the staff at the airport led us to somehow get out of the secure area and have to go through security again before going to our gate. That took so much extra time. This never should have happened. When you get off the plane and have a connecting flight, there is always a way to get to the gate to board without having to go through security again. When we finally made it to our gate for our connecting flight, our plane had left and we were told to go to the air canada service desk. There was about 10 to 15 of us that had missed our connecting flight because of this so the 2 staff at the desk were trying to help us all but had to wait for their manager to come and confirm they could give us another flight which took quite a bit longer than I thought. We ended up getting booked on standby on a flight straight from Vancouver to Saskatoon in 2 hours which was our final destination, but never was told that because of all this headache, we should have grabbed our luggage. We thought our luggage was going to go on without us on the flight we missed but apparently if you do not get on your flight they don’t send your bags which makes sense. We also had thought for a second that maybe our luggage didn’t go on the flight from Vancouver to Calgary but if it didn’t then someone would most likely put it on the flight to Saskatoon. We should have asked about it but they should also have mentioned it when we were in a panic. And I understand you can’t put extra people on a flight that is booked, but what if the plane we were on standby for was full and we had to wait even longer .. could have taken us a day to get home when this wasn’t our fault we missed our flight, but was air Canada’s.

After a confusing conversation from the officer not understanding that I was not travelling to France ( assumption) I was asked to show evidence I had the right to enter UK !!!! I explained I lived there permanently ; I was then asked why French hate English so much!!! To which I explained only narrow minded people would believe so and that the style of her comment were not appropriate . I explained my children were half French half British and that her comment was offensive .

Pros: The whole experience from boarding to landing was great. Zone 2 boarding is one of the first called and the premium economy section has larger seats that recline more and don't affect the person behind as much. Food was decent and serve on a ceramic plate with real silver wear. On demand entertainment was adequate with a number of recent titles and even audiobook options.
Cons: The section was set up in a 2-3-2 seat configuration and I booked the middle 3, but were given 2 in the middle and one one the left aisle. One of the middle seats was left open for the pilot to come back and watch movies during the flight. When I asked the attendant if we could swap the left aisle with the "pilot's" the attendant made it seem like it was a bigger deal but eventually asked the pilot who said he didn't mind. After all, it was just changing one empty seat to the other side of the aisle.

Cons: Boarding process was poorly organized, crew started the passport checks too late and caused delays on the boarding since people were still stuck in the passport lineups when their zone was boarding. All my documents were re-checked despite a "doc ok" stamp from the first go.

Pros: The plane didn't crash.
Cons: The trip took about 48 hours. After a cancelled flight I got no hotel discount. Several flights were delayed or cancelled and in the end I ended up just going to a city 3 hours from where I live and renting a car to drive home. My luggage still hasn't arrived. This was the worst, most stressful travel experience of my life.

Pros: Since it was very hard to sleep in the airport due to issues caused by air canada, I slept almost the entire flight.

Pros: It was a normal flight. Only one hour.
Cons: Snack options could have been better, only a biscuit.

Pros: Liked everything about this new class of service on Air Canada. Seat was comfortable with good recline that didn't interfere with fellow passengers. Food was excellent, entertainment system was well stocked, flight attendants were friendly and high energy. Even got to use lounge and fast-track security lane at Heathrow.
Cons: Zero complaints.

Pros: I flew roundtrip to Japan on Air Canada business class. Buying a ticket late, I noticed it was only $500 or so more for business class. We did have to touchdown in Canada coming and going, but short and efficient hops. On the way back, it probably saved time because we were cleared in Canada so arriving back in Philly was like a domestic flight. Great Food and service. The trip to Japan on their new Dreamliner business class featured an amazingly designed pod - super comfortable, lay flat for sleeping, But has good layout and table space if I had wanted to work on laptop. Thumbs up!

Cons: Plane was too small with extra small overhead bin. We were asked to keep Cabin Luggage beneath our seats even though it fits the prescribe dimension. Return flight was first late then was told that the Restroom inside the plane is not working which is weird (atleast i never experienced this before).

Cons: Air Canada has very poor communication with customers. Having seen that ALL flights were delayed (it was 9:40 pm when I connected through Toronto) I asked 2 Air Canada employees about my 10:30 flight that showed on time on the monitor but Kayak already said it was late. They said it was late due to late inbound aircraft. A fellow passenger informed me that TO was down to one runway and things would be late late - which they were. TALK to us Air Canada!!!

Cons: As per delaying of Cathy Dragon flight, I missed the flight back to Canada. Can you please give me a hand?

Pros: Crew were likeable, worked hard and very friendly.
Cons: However, waiting for a pilot, no snacks included, and an entertainment system that didn't work turned this flight from routine to a disaster.

Cons: There was a build-up of delays for domestic flights, namely from Toronto to Edmonton, Ottawa and Calgary (the ones I heard). I was on the Toronto to Calgary flight, which was supposedly delayed from 16:45 till 18:55 EST, but the actual boarding time was closer to 19:45 EST. Once all the passengers were boarded, the crew informed us that the pilot was missing. Another 20 minutes went by before he was located, at which point we were informed that the first mate was missing as well. By the time the pilot and first mate were both on the aircraft, it took another 30 minutes for them to get the aircraft ready. My flight from Toronto to Calgary was supposed to arrive at 19:40 MDT, the actual arrival time was 23:00 MDT. As a passenger, I am annoyed to say the least.

Cons: No snacks, and that on a long flight and a flight over the Christmas holidays. Although I was lucky to get a good price to fly to Maui with my adult daughter,, as a senior citizen and a person on GIS, a little snack goes a long way.

Cons: I had a very large man behind me and couldn't recline my seat an ounce therefore I couldn't sleep the entire flight. I think if your a certian size you should have to buy a seat with more room instead of make everyone else uncomfortable. The food was almost inedible, and there wasn't much more than chips or chocolate bars to pick up in That section of the Airport before flying out :( Entertainment choices were excellent though!

Cons: My husband and I were placed in separate middle seats with no options to change. Since I am several months pregnant, this made for an uncomfortable flight.

Cons: On a 4+ hour flight, I was really surprised that there were no snacks or food included in the ticket; only paid "cafe" options.

Cons: I had my checked baggage held up in Calgary for one day. Then on the way back it was held up again in Calgary. This time it took 6 days,and no one could tell me where it was. It will be my first and last Air Canada flight.

Cons: This was the last leg of a 24 hour journey from Venice to Seattle for my sister and me. After having a 3 1/2 hour layover, our plane was supposed to leave at 6:30 PM and kept getting delayed. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of communication by the staff! We could see them at the counter where our gate was but no one would come out and talk to us! Our plane finally got off the ground at 8:30 PM!

Pros: Very smooth landing in Calgary. Almost an hour late leaving Toronto after a problem with pushing back from the gate. The pilot made up for most of the time lost.

Cons: The boarding crew did a poor job of giving direction. In spite of the fact that boarding by zone was not specified, I was reprimanded by staff for boarding when I did. I found it very disrespectful that the staff reprimanded me for their own error. When I pointed out that they had not called a zone the ground staff lied and said they had called the zone. I strongly recommend staff receive remedial customer service training. This was an incredibly negative experience - not to mention undermined the otherwise decent experience that the Air Canada flight team provided.

Pros: The comfort of a Dash 8 was surprising. The seats have a suitable amount of leg room which I'm actually scared to mention so they don't add an extra seat to each row to take it away. Not too much, not too small, just right for a 6 foot man to not have his knees pressed against the seat in front for the whole ride
Cons: Where to start? Dash 8's shake, rattle and roll for the whole trip. Felt like we could fall out of the sky at any time. Staff don't care. Split our group after rescheduling due to aircraft issues despite seats available on both connectors. Said to wait until next stop to fix. Next stop said nothing they can do since we checked a bag. Put 2 hours between arrivals just because they can. Blamed it on the computer. Did provide a $10 meal voucher. Good to know Air Canada values my total trip delay time at $2/hr

Pros: The flight itself was excellent, no comments there. The head stewardess was a bit stressed and bossy (not only to the passengers, but her staff too) but the other crew members made up for that with their excellent, professional attitude.
Cons: Calgary Airport was DREADFUL!!!! The long lineups for Customs & Immigration actually caused me to miss my next flight, even though the Frankfurt flight was early and I had over 90 minutes between flights. Several passengers were expressing concerns about missing their connection, but the staff just shrugged and made everybody wait in line without even trying to organize matters. I spent well over an hour waiting for my passport to be stamped and when I finally got through and tried to locate my suitcase (which was MIA), my next flight was closed. At least my suitcase will be delivered to our home, which is a slight relief.

Pros: The boarding ran smoothly and the employees were very nice and helpful.
Cons: On this flight you had to have an iPad or iPhone to enjoy the entertainment, and I had neither.

Pros: Boarding was fine. The food was not good and the flight attendants sat in the back of the plane instead of bringing drinks and food for a ten hour flight. We lost a day of vacation due to Air Canada not being held accountable for the flight being late as well as sitting on the Tarmac at Haneda airport.
Cons: We sat on a Tarmac at another airport for five hours without knowing how long we would be there. Also, there was only one crew member that was helpful. Our flight was supposed to land at 2:20 pm and did not land until 10:30 pm at Narita airport. We were not compensated and were abandoned by Air Canada. We had to sleep in the airport since everything was closed.

Cons: United canceled the flight ~36 hours in advance of the departure time because of anticipated severe weather. The forecast did not include any bad weather, and the apparent reason for the cancellation was excess capacity on routes to non-Newark United hubs from Norfolk. United refused to accommodate us on a comparable flight on another airline, and Delta offered a direct flight for less money than we originally paid United. United alienated a previously loyal United customer.

Cons: There was a dog on the 10 hour flight, I thought United Airlines had an 8 hour limit. The dog barked throughout the flight, so obviously it was a pet not a service animal. UA needs to enforce its own policy.

Pros: Crew was very attentive and professional, and the food and beverage on the Lufthansa transatlantic sector were better than US carriers offer.
Cons: The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat. I will avoid this aircraft if possible in the future.

Cons: They changed gates last minute - plane was in for maintenance and slight delay - then cancelled that plane - did the series of 15 minute additional delays. They found a new plane - changed the gates (big distance) again - and 'the computer' had reseated 1/2 the plane. DISTASTER to fix.

Cons: Well constancy gate changes in the airport to getting on a hot plane with no air going, then to waiting an hour for the plane to start because of the power cable (still with no air) crew didn’t give us any update from the very first one, all of a sudden we are moving, but only shortly because then we waited another 30 minutes to actually take off. Once in the air it took forever to get water, just pretzels for snacks and a horrible attitude by the staff. DO NOT DLY WITH THEM.

AS A RESULT when we got to Calgary we had to wait at the over size luggage racks for our carry ons to be delivered instead of them being set up for us as we left the aircraft which is normal!! Very frustrating!!

Even if there was weather, they didn't hold our outbound flight and missed it by 15 minutes. Didn't comp us for a hotel, had to stay in Jersey out of pocket, Jersey is busy, dirty, smelly, and overcrowded. Not enough infrastructure for the people. We were lucky we got there 2 hours prior to flight time and had TSA Pre Check.

Cons: Delayed for an excessive amount of time before the flight was finally Cancelled. Got stuck waiting for over 7hrs before the flight was eventually cancelled. Barley made it home in time for my grandfather's funeral as a result.

We had to delay boarding to wait for her. 15 minutes. then it took longer to wait for gate check -- green tag bag - than if I had checked the bag. when we finally got the gate check bags and headed through customs the checked bags were all on the carousel. And I have Nexus. So Customs was 3 minutes. NOT a good process. Figure it out YYC international terminal!!!

Also, a United staff person told us we didn't need to touch our bags in calgary en route tonour final Saskatoon destination, which was wrong.

Cons: The tiny cup with more ice than refreshment. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area.

Pros: The United skybus we were on from ORF to EWR was comfy.
Cons: Waiting on the tarmac at ORF for 1.5hr to find a de-icing crew and nearly missing the next flight leading to a multi-terminal sprint to make it.

Cons: The flight was 1 hour late because soeone forgot to turn the batteries off. After waiting 50 minutes in line they would not assis with new connections endwd ip spending the next four hours getting to a new Airport and flight which was also late

Pros: The people were really nice. We left on time or early on most flights which was also nice. Like the variety of liquor and prices for beverage that's offered.
Cons: The in flight entertainment doesn't compare to delta. Our last plane was getting retired so it didn't have any in flight entertainment and the snacks tasted really old. The other flights had spotty connection at best and was hard to connect to their movies.

Cons: I don't think it's fair that you don't any money back of you cancel your plane ticket. It shouldn't matter what type of ticket it was. You should at least be allowed a voucher for the amount of the ticket at a later date. Even if it's a percentage off, you should be allowed something. How is it that you can buy a car worth thousands, and be allowed to return it under the Lemon Law. When a company called can make billions of dollars doing this, it's just taking advantage of the little people.

Pros: I think your agents on up did well handling rebooking and upset people. I was told I would miss my flight first thing this morning but the agent was able to get me on and I arrived in CR only 1. Hour late. Thank you for the great service. It has to be hard picking up the pieces after the hurricane.

This eventually meant we would miss our connection to Munich and had to be rescheduled to the following day. The next day we had another round of "mechanical delays" and just barely made the connection.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Worst customer service my 15 month old daughter and I have ever experienced. United airlines does not care about us one bit. They put my daughters safety at risk with such lack of compassion. Caused such unbelievable stress and chaos. I will continue to tell everyone I know how horrible this was. No one will want to fly United after they hear what my daughter and I were put thru.

Cons: Typical horror story... Lied to by gate attendants... Hours late to destination with no apologies... Essentially got totally screwed without reimbursement.

Cons: I wouldn't know since I wasn't on it and I'm still in the airport waiting for my flight. I have to try to get comfortable on the floor right now.
